The change of the pressure value can be used as a basis for judging whether the air outlet 3 of the air conditioner is blocked or not, and the condition that a driver disables the alcohol detection system through means such as shielding is prevented.
Furthermore, if the pressure value is not equal to the set pressure threshold value, the method further comprises the step of displaying a fault code on the automobile instrument panel, and the reason that the engine cannot be started is distinguished by the aid of the setting, so that confusion with other reasons that the transmitter cannot be started is avoided, and drivers are prevented from blocking the air outlet 3 of the air conditioner conveniently.
The principle of the application is as follows:

(2) Because one end of the detection air pipe 1 is close to the air-conditioning air outlet 3 of the driving position, air exhaled by a driver can enter the detection air pipe 1 from the air-conditioning air outlet 3 at a short distance, and air is needed in the engine starting process, when the system starts detection, the engine intake manifold switch 4 and the air pipe switch 5 are both closed, less air, namely low pressure, is contained in the detection air pipe 1, when the engine intake manifold switch 4 is closed and the air pipe switch 5 is opened, high-pressure air in a driving cab flows to the low pressure, so that the air exhaled by the driver enters the detection air pipe 1, and at the moment, a part of the detection air pipe 1 and the engine intake manifold 2 provides a sufficient space for storing air.
(3) The pressure sensor 7 detects the pressure value in the detection air pipe 1, and under the normal condition, in the process that the alcohol detection sensor 6 detects, the pressure value of the detection air pipe 1 tends to a stable pressure value, and when the air-conditioning outlet 3 is blocked, the pressure value of the detection air pipe 1 changes, so that the change of the pressure value can be used as the basis for judging whether the air-conditioning outlet 3 is blocked.

Claims (10)

1. An on-vehicle alcohol detection system, characterized in that it includes:
the air inlet pipe (1) is used for communicating with an engine air inlet manifold (2) at one end, and is connected to an air conditioner air outlet (3) close to a driving position at the other end;
an engine intake manifold switch (4) for controlling ventilation or air cut-off of the engine intake manifold (2);
the air pipe switch (5) is arranged on the detection air pipe (1) and controls the ventilation or the air cut-off of the detection air pipe (1);
the alcohol detection sensor (6) is positioned in the detection air pipe (1) and is along the direction from an air conditioner air outlet (3) to an engine air inlet manifold (2), and the alcohol detection sensor (6) is positioned at the downstream of the air pipe switch (5);
and the data processing module is in signal connection with the alcohol detection sensor (6) and is used for comparing the data detected by the alcohol detection sensor (6) with a set alcohol threshold value to obtain a detection result and outputting the detection result.
2. The vehicle alcohol detection system of claim 1, wherein:
the alcohol detection device is characterized by further comprising a pressure sensor (7) arranged in the detection air pipe (1) and located in the direction from an air outlet (3) of the air conditioner to an air inlet manifold (2) of the engine, wherein the pressure sensor (7) is located at the downstream of the alcohol detection sensor (6) and used for detecting pressure change in the detection air pipe (1).
3. The vehicle alcohol detection system of claim 1, wherein:
the data processing module comprises a judging unit and a display unit, wherein the judging unit is used for comparing data detected by the alcohol detection sensor (6) with a set alcohol threshold value to obtain a detection result; the display unit is used for displaying the detection result; or the like, or, alternatively,
the data processing module comprises a judging unit and an alarming unit, wherein the judging unit is used for comparing the data detected by the alcohol detection sensor (6) with a set alcohol threshold value; the alarm unit is used for giving an alarm when the set alcohol threshold value is exceeded.
4. The vehicle alcohol detection system according to claim 1, wherein the air pipe switch (5) includes:
a rotating rod (50) with a part extending into the detection air pipe (1); the other part of the air pipe penetrates through the detection air pipe (1) and is connected with a rotary table (51);
a circular baffle (52) which is positioned in the detection air pipe (1) and has a diameter equal to the inner diameter of the detection air pipe (1);
the elastic reset piece (53) is sleeved on the rotating rod (50), one end of the elastic reset piece is connected with the rotating disc (51), and the other end of the elastic reset piece is connected with the outer wall of the detection air pipe (1);
and the driving piece (54) is connected with the turntable (51) and is used for driving the turntable (51) to drive the circular blocking piece (52) to rotate so as to open and close the detection air pipe (1).
5. The vehicle alcohol detection system of claim 4, wherein the drive member (54) comprises:
a connection string (540) wound around the turntable (51);
the magnetic connecting block (541) is connected to one end, far away from the rotary disc (51), of the connecting rope (540);
an electromagnet (542) for attracting the connection block (541).
6. An automobile having an on-board alcohol detection system according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
7. The vehicle-mounted alcohol detection method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
providing the vehicle alcohol detection system of any one of claims 1-5, and mounting the vehicle alcohol detection system on a vehicle;
in the set time of engine ignition, closing the engine intake manifold switch (4) and opening the air pipe switch (5) to make the air in the cab enter the detection air pipe (1);
detecting air flowing through the alcohol detection sensor (6) by using the alcohol detection sensor, and sending detected data to the data processing module;
and comparing the data with the set alcohol threshold value by using the data processing module to obtain a detection result, and outputting the detection result.
8. The vehicle alcohol detection method of claim 7, wherein the set alcohol threshold comprises a first alcohol content threshold and a second alcohol content threshold, and wherein the second alcohol content threshold is greater than the first alcohol content threshold;
the data processing module comprises a judging unit and an alarming unit;
and comparing the data with a set alcohol threshold value by using the data processing module to obtain a detection result, and outputting the detection result, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
the judging unit compares the alcohol content detected by the alcohol detection sensor (6) with a first alcohol content threshold and a second alcohol content threshold;
if the alcohol content is smaller than the first alcohol content threshold value, no alarm is given;
if the alcohol content is greater than or equal to the first alcohol content threshold and smaller than the second alcohol content threshold, enabling the alarm unit to send out an alarm sound at a first frequency;
and if the alcohol content is greater than or equal to the second alcohol content threshold, enabling the alarm unit to send out an alarm sound at a second frequency, wherein the second frequency is greater than the first frequency.
9. The vehicle alcohol detection method according to claim 7, wherein the vehicle alcohol detection system further comprises a pressure sensor (7) disposed in the detection air pipe (1), the pressure sensor (7) being located downstream of the alcohol detection sensor (6) in a direction from an air outlet (3) to an engine intake manifold (2), and detecting a pressure change in the detection air pipe (1);
after closing the engine intake manifold switch (4), opening the air pipe switch (5), and before detecting air flowing therethrough with the alcohol detection sensor (6), the method further comprises the steps of:
detecting the pressure value in the detection air pipe (1) by using the pressure sensor (7), and sending the pressure value to a data processing module;
comparing the pressure value with a set pressure threshold value by using the data processing module;
if the pressure value is not equal to the set pressure threshold value, the data processing module is used for alarming;
and if the pressure value is equal to a second preset value, detecting the air flowing through the alcohol detection sensor (6) by using the alcohol detection sensor.
10. The vehicle-mounted alcohol detection method according to claim 9, characterized in that:
and if the pressure value is not equal to the set pressure threshold value, displaying a fault code on an automobile instrument panel.
