Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, exemplary embodiments according to the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be apparent that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present application and not all of the embodiments of the present application, and it should be understood that the present application is not limited by the example embodiments described herein. Based on the embodiments of the present application described herein, all other embodiments that may be made by one skilled in the art without the exercise of inventive faculty are intended to fall within the scope of protection of the present application.
Based on the foregoing technical problem, the present application provides a method for monitoring drunk driving of a driver, the method comprising: judging whether the type of the functional area to which the parking position of the vehicle belongs is a preset type or not; selecting a target alcohol detection mode from a plurality of preset alcohol detection modes according to the judgment result; and determining whether the driver drinks or not by adopting a target alcohol detection mode. According to the embodiment of the application, different alcohol detection modes are adopted through the types of the functional areas to which the parking positions belong to determine whether a driver drinks or not, so that the detection times of the driver can be reduced, the possibility of false detection is reduced, and the driving experience of a user is improved.
Aspects of a method of monitoring driver drunk driving according to embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Features of various embodiments of the present application may be combined with one another without conflict.
FIG. 1 shows a schematic flow chart of a method of monitoring driver drunk driving according to an embodiment of the present application; as shown in fig. 1, a method 100 of monitoring drunk driving of a driver according to an embodiment of the present application may include the following steps S101, S102, and S103:
in step S101, it is determined whether the type of the functional area to which the parking position of the vehicle belongs is a preset type.
In one embodiment of the present application, for example, the preset type is a restaurant type, and the functional area is a restaurant area. Judging whether the type of the functional area to which the parking position of the vehicle belongs is a preset type or not, including: a1, positioning the vehicle to determine the current position of the vehicle; a2, judging whether a restaurant exists in a functional area to which the current position of the vehicle belongs, and if so, determining that the current position belongs to a catering area. The intelligent vehicle-mounted terminals of the general vehicles are provided with positioning modules, such as GPS modules, which can determine the parking positions of the vehicles. The intelligent vehicle-mounted terminal can also call a third party map application program, determine the position of the restaurant through the third party map application program, and then judge whether the parking position of the vehicle is within a preset range from the position of the restaurant, for example, if the vehicle is within 500 meters from the restaurant, the vehicle is considered to be in a dining area.
In another embodiment of the present application, before determining whether the type of the functional area to which the parking position of the vehicle belongs is a preset type, the method further includes: b1, when starting the vehicle, detecting whether the contact way of the emergency contact person is stored in a vehicle central control system; and B2, if the contact information of the emergency contact is not stored, sending a notification of filling in the contact information of the emergency contact to the driver. In the conventional technology, after detecting that a driver drinks wine, a vehicle-mounted terminal sends a control instruction to a vehicle engine to limit the starting of the vehicle so as to avoid the risk of traffic accidents. However, when the driver is drunk, false detection may occur, and once false detection occurs, the vehicle is limited to be started, so that the driving experience of the driver is seriously affected. In this embodiment, a 4G communication module or a 5G communication module, for example, may be provided on the vehicle-mounted terminal of the vehicle to perform communication, for example, sending a short message or making a voice call. The intelligent vehicle-mounted terminal stores the contact way of the emergency contact person, when the vehicle-mounted system detects that the drunk person is in the vehicle, the vehicle-mounted system can communicate with the emergency contact person, whether the driver drinks or not is further confirmed through the emergency contact person, or when the drunk person is the driver, the emergency contact person can dissuade the drunk driver. The embodiment of the invention can accurately confirm whether the driver drinks or not on one hand, and can prevent the problem that the vehicle cannot be started under the condition of false detection on the other hand, thereby improving the user experience.
In step S102, a target alcohol detection mode is selected from a plurality of preset alcohol detection modes according to the determination result.
In one example, the plurality of alcohol detection modes includes a first alcohol detection mode that is a driver breath detection mode and a second alcohol detection mode that is an ambient smell detection mode.
In an embodiment of the present application, selecting the target alcohol detection mode from the preset multiple alcohol detection modes according to the determination result includes: c1, when the type of the functional area is a preset type, determining the first alcohol detection mode as a target alcohol detection mode; and C2, determining the second alcohol detection mode as a target alcohol detection mode when the type of the functional area is not a preset type. If the driver is required to blow to detect whether the driver drinks when starting the vehicle every time, the detection times of the driver can be undoubtedly increased, and the user experience is affected.
In step S103, it is determined whether the driver drinks or not using the target alcohol detection method.
In one embodiment of the present application, when the target alcohol detection mode is a first alcohol detection mode, the determining whether the driver drinks the alcohol by using the target alcohol detection mode includes: d1, outputting a prompt message, wherein the prompt message is used for prompting the driver to blow air to the air collecting position of the first air-sensitive sensor; and D2, determining whether the driver drinks or not according to the detection result of the first gas sensor on the blowing gas. In particular, the first air sensor may be disposed at a position that is convenient for the driver to blow air, for example, on a steering wheel.
After the first alcohol detection mode is adopted to determine that the driver drinks alcohol, a mode of prohibiting the starting of the vehicle can be adopted, for example, so that traffic accidents are avoided. The driver can also be notified of the drinking situation by the emergency contact at the same time. Or one of the two modes is selected for reminding. The alcohol detection is generally carried out on the driver before the vehicle starts, and if the driver drinks the alcohol, a mode of prohibiting the vehicle from starting can be adopted to avoid the occurrence of effective communication accidents. Meanwhile, the driver can be informed of the drunk situation of the emergency contact person, so that the driver is discouraged by the emergency contact person.
It is noted that the present application is not an essential step in starting the vehicle, that is, if the driver does not perform an alcohol test, or if the alcohol test determines that the driver is drinking alcohol, the vehicle may still be started. However, vehicle launch cannot be disabled after vehicle launch, but vehicle speed may be limited. At the same time, emergency contacts are notified. The method for notifying the emergency contact includes the modes of sending a short message or making a voice call and the like.
In this embodiment, when the target alcohol detection mode is the second alcohol detection mode, the determining whether the driver drinks or not by using the target alcohol detection mode includes: e1, controlling a second gas sensor to collect alcohol smell in the vehicle; e2, determining whether a drinker exists in the vehicle according to a detection result of the second gas sensor on the alcohol smell in the vehicle; and E3, when determining that the drunk person exists in the vehicle, determining whether the drunk person is a driver or not. In particular the second gas sensor may be arranged at a location where it is convenient to collect the smell in the vehicle, for example at the driver's headrest. To collect the environmental odors inside the vehicle. If the collection result shows that no alcohol smell exists in the vehicle, no drinker exists in the vehicle, and at the moment, detection of the personnel in the vehicle is not needed, so that the problem that the driver needs to be detected during each starting can be avoided. If the acquisition result shows that the alcohol smell exists in the vehicle, the drunk personnel in the vehicle are indicated, and then the driver is further detected to accurately determine whether the drunk personnel are drunk during driving.
After the second alcohol detection mode is adopted to determine that the drinker exists in the vehicle, further determination is needed to determine whether the drinker is a driver. Determining whether the drinker is a driver comprises: f1, displaying test questions on an in-vehicle display screen, and prompting the driver to answer questions; and F2, determining whether the drinker is a driver according to the answer result of the driver. For example, "is the drinker in the driving position? "and the like, and requires the driver to answer within 3 seconds, and if the driver does not answer within 3 seconds, the driver is considered to drink. For another example, a voice interaction inspection method may be adopted, and the drinking state of the person under inspection may be detected by recognition of the voice of the person under inspection and understanding of the semantics thereof. Specifically, a question is presented to the driver in a man-machine interaction mode, so that the driver answers the corresponding question, and the driver can answer the question by displaying the question on a display screen; or the driver answers the corresponding questions in a voice question-and-answer mode, extracts voice data from the answer result of the driver, and then analyzes acoustic characteristics such as response time, tone, fluency and the like corresponding to the voice data to confirm whether the driver drinks or not; or the answer result can be converted into text data, and then the content of the text data is analyzed to confirm the accuracy, the speech speed, the personal emotion, the word embedding matrix and other semantic features of the answer questions of the driver so as to confirm whether the driver drinks.
In one example, a reminder to the driver to drive without alcohol is sent when the second alcohol detection mode is used to determine that an alcohol person is present in the vehicle. Because it is not yet determined whether the drinker is a driver at this time, no emergency measures need to be taken, such as prohibiting starting of the vehicle, contacting emergency contacts, etc., so that the driver can be reminded of not driving after drinking only in a voice reminding manner.
In one embodiment of the present application, after determining whether the drinker is a driver, the method further comprises: g1, if the drinker is a driver, detecting whether the current vehicle speed is greater than zero; g2, if the number is greater than zero, reminding in a first reminding mode; and G3, otherwise, reminding in a second reminding mode. In an application scenario, when a driver drinks a small amount of alcohol, and just gets on the vehicle, the alcohol concentration generated in the vehicle is lower, the intelligent vehicle-mounted terminal does not detect the alcohol concentration, after the driver drives the vehicle for a period of time and the alcohol concentration in the vehicle rises, the intelligent vehicle-mounted terminal detects that the driver drinks the alcohol to drive, and at the moment, traffic accidents easily occur if emergency braking is adopted. Therefore, the vehicle speed needs to be judged, when the vehicle speed is zero, a second reminding mode is adopted for reminding, for example, an emergency contact is contacted, the driver is dissuaded through the emergency contact, and meanwhile, the vehicle-mounted terminal controls a vehicle starting system. When the speed of the vehicle is greater than zero, a first reminding mode is adopted, for example, an emergency contact is contacted, a double flash is opened to remind other people of paying attention, and the like.
In one embodiment of the present application, the method further comprises: h1, detecting alcohol concentrations at the driver position and the passenger position respectively; h2, comparing the alcohol concentration at the driver's position and the alcohol concentration at the passenger's position; and H3, if the drunk person is not the driver according to the result of the driver answer, and the alcohol concentration at the position of the driver is lower than that at the position of the passenger, reminding in a second reminding mode. In this embodiment of the present application, air sensors may be provided at both the headrest of the driver and the passenger, and then air at the driver position and air at the passenger position are collected respectively, and alcohol concentrations in these two air are detected, and then compared. If the alcohol concentration in the air at the passenger position is high, the possibility of drinking by the driver is low, and the driver can be reminded in a second reminding mode for further monitoring the drinking condition of the driver, for example, a short message can be sent to an emergency contact to remind the emergency contact, the driver can drink alcohol or the driver can drink alcohol in the vehicle, and the emergency contact is recommended to be confirmed through a telephone.
In one embodiment of the present application, the method further comprises: i1, if the drunk person is determined to be a driver according to the result of the driver answer, or the alcohol concentration at the position of the driver is higher than the alcohol concentration at the position of the passenger, detecting whether the current vehicle speed is greater than zero; if the number is greater than zero, reminding in a first reminding mode is adopted; otherwise, adopting a second reminding mode to carry out reminding. In this embodiment of the present application, if it is confirmed that the drinker is a driver, as described above, a traffic accident is likely to occur if emergency braking is adopted.
Specifically, adopt the first mode of reminding to remind, include: contacting the emergency contact; and/or limiting the speed of the current vehicle and reminding the driver of stopping the vehicle by side; and/or, opening a double flash; and/or notifying the traffic police.
Specifically, adopt the second to remind the mode and remind, include: and sending a short message to the emergency contact person, wherein the short message is used for informing the emergency contact person, and the driver has drinking behaviors and potential drunk driving behaviors.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the drunk person is confirmed to be a driver, the risk of traffic accidents is high. If the current vehicle is in a driving state, if the emergency braking possibly causes a large danger to the vehicle, a first reminding mode is adopted to remind, for example, an emergency contact person is contacted, the state of a driver is confirmed and persuaded, or the starting of the vehicle is limited, or a double flash is opened to prompt other vehicles to keep the distance between the vehicles, or a traffic police department is informed in a voice call mode. A combination of any two or more of the above approaches may also be employed to alert. If the vehicle is in a stopped state, a second alert may be used to alert, for example, contact an emergency contact, confirm driver status and persuade.
