Abstract

本发明公开了一种蜂窝板结构,由上面板、下面板以及位于上面板与下面板之间的蜂窝芯,其特征在于:所述蜂窝芯由波纹板和刚性空心球体组合而成;所述波纹板平行设置并在两两波纹板之间形成正六边形蜂窝格;所述刚性空心球体固定在所述正六边形蜂窝格中,刚性空心球体的球面与正六边形蜂窝格的内壁相切。本发明采用波纹铝板和刚性空心球壳体组合成新型蜂窝芯结构,利用刚性空心球壳体良好的抗压性能以及力学各向同性,使得新型蜂窝板拥有良好的侧向抗压能力并能保持力学各向同性。

Description

一种蜂窝板结构
技术领域
本发明涉及蜂窝板技术领域,具体涉及一种具有各向同性蜂窝夹芯的蜂窝板结构。
背景技术
近年来,夹层结构以其优良的性能获得了越来越多的关注和应用,夹层结构是由两块高强度的薄表层和填充其中用以保证两块表板共同工作的中间夹芯层而组成。表层通常采用金属、玻璃钢、硬塑料等,夹芯可以采用泡沫塑料、波纹金属薄片、铝或不锈钢波片制成的蜂窝等。
将蜂窝芯和面板胶接组合即可得到铝蜂窝夹层板结构。蜂窝具有正六面体结构,此种结构不仅美观漂亮,经实验研究,正六面体结构更耐压、耐拉。由于蜂窝材料具有抗高风压、减震,隔音、保温、阻燃和比强度高等优良性能。因此,广泛地应用于航空、航天、飞机等高科技领域。近年来,峰窝在其它领域也得到了广泛应用,如建筑幕墙、汽车、火车和高档板材(室内装修、各种门业)等行业。在许多行业得到了广泛应用,尤其是在航空航天和军品等行业,近年在民用方面也呈现出蓬勃发展的趋势。
随着蜂窝板的应用越来越广泛,对蜂窝板的承载力要求也越来越高,传统蜂窝板蜂窝芯为力学各向异性构件,由于水平与纵向结构受力形状不同,故水平与纵向受力性能也不同,这在实际应用当中造成构件承载能力不均衡。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有蜂窝板受力性能存在的不足,设计一种具有各向同性蜂窝夹芯的蜂窝板结构。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种蜂窝板结构,由上面板、下面板以及位于上面板与下面板之间的蜂窝芯,其特征在于:所述蜂窝芯由波纹板和刚性空心球体组合而成;所述波纹板平行设置并在两两波纹板之间形成正六边形蜂窝格;所述刚性空心球体固定在所述正六边形蜂窝格中,刚性空心球体的球面与正六边形蜂窝格的内壁相切。
所述波纹板由正梯形单元和倒梯形单元依次收尾相连组成,相连的两个正梯形单元和倒梯形单元具有相同的一个斜边;相邻两个波纹板的正梯形单元与倒梯形单元位置相对并固定。
所述波纹板为波纹铝板。
所述波纹铝板的厚度为0.1-2mm,刚性空心球体与波纹铝板的厚度比值为0.5-2。
所述刚性空心球体的直径与波纹铝板的边长比值为

所述波纹板、刚性空心球体与上下面板之间采用焊接固定。
焊接采用钎焊。
所述波纹板组成的正六边形单元中,根据波纹板的长度放置一个或多个刚性空心球壳体。
本发明与现有的普通蜂窝板相比有以下有益效果:发明兼顾传统蜂窝板抗高风压、减震,隔音、保温、阻燃和比强度高等优良性能,另外通过在蜂窝芯内接刚性的刚性空心球壳体,增强了蜂窝板的整体性,提高了侧向抗压强度,相比传统蜂窝板质量不会增大过多。刚性空心球体增大蜂窝芯各个方向的抗压强度,使得蜂窝芯各向受力性能趋于一致,与传统蜂窝板相比,加入小球结构的加强型蜂窝板在受到来自面内的冲击荷载时,首先也会进入蜂窝壁发生弯曲的线弹性阶段,以及应力平台区,传统蜂窝板在随后会直接进入密实化阶段,而加强型蜂窝板由于存在小球的弹性变形阶段,形成第二段线弹性阶段;之后进入第二段应力平台区,此时应力几乎不变而产生很大的变形;最后小球与蜂窝壁相互接触并挤压进入密实化阶段,此时应力急剧上升。在整个破坏周期内,会形成阶梯型应力平台区,有较好的缓冲耗能能力。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进一步详细说明:
如图1、图2所示,具有各向同性蜂窝夹芯的蜂窝板结构,由上面板1、下面板2、刚性空心球体4和波纹板5组合而成,刚性空心球体4和波纹板5组成蜂窝芯3,刚性空心球体4位于相邻两波纹板5组成的正六边形单元中,并与正六边形内壁相切。在制作具有各向同性蜂窝夹芯的蜂窝板时,每一块波纹板5与刚性空心球体4的构造都是相同。
上面板1、下面板2与波纹板5采用钎焊固定;刚性空心球体4通过钎焊固定在波纹板5的中间位置。刚性空心球体4放在中间位置,目的是为了增大蜂窝板的面内承载能力,放置于中间能使承受面内冲击荷载时受力更加均匀。
波纹板5可采用金属板,如钢板、铝板或合金板等。上面板1和下面板2也可采用金属板,如钢板、铝板或合金板等。刚性空心球体4一般与波纹板采用相同材料。
上面板1和下面板2互相平行,面板厚度为0.3mm。波纹板5的高度为30mm,波纹板5的厚度为0.3mm,刚性空心球体4的厚度为0.3mm,波纹板5的折弯处构成正六边形边的长度为11.5mm,刚性空心球体4的直径为20mm,波纹板5的凹槽内角为120°。
本发明中,由波纹板5和刚性空心球体4组成的蜂窝芯3内还可以根据高度关系,放置两个或多个刚性空心球体4。本结构构造巧妙,通过在传统蜂窝芯的基础上,利用波纹板5组合成蜂窝芯3,并在其内加入刚性空心球体4,提高蜂窝板面内和面外方向的承载能力,使蜂窝板达到各向同性受力性能。
一般的蜂窝板结构其承受面外荷载的能力远大于面内荷载,在波纹板间加入空心球体的结构使其面内承载能力大大增强,使面内和面外承承载力趋于一致。
以上所述仅仅是本发明的一项实施例,本发明不局限于此项实施例,并且在不脱离本发明原理以及基本特征的任何简单修改、替换,均落入本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种蜂窝板结构,由上面板、下面板以及位于上面板与下面板之间的蜂窝芯,其特征在于:所述蜂窝芯由波纹板和刚性空心球体组合而成;所述波纹板平行设置并在两两波纹板之间形成正六边形蜂窝格;所述刚性空心球体固定在所述正六边形蜂窝格中,刚性空心球体的球面与正六边形蜂窝格的内壁相切。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蜂窝板结构,其特征在于:所述波纹板由正梯形单元和倒梯形单元依次收尾相连组成,相连的两个正梯形单元和倒梯形单元具有相同的一个斜边;相邻两个波纹板的正梯形单元与倒梯形单元位置相对并固定。
3.根据权利要求2所述的蜂窝板结构,其特征在于:所述波纹板为波纹铝板。
4.根据权利要3所述的蜂窝板结构,其特征在于:所述波纹铝板的厚度为0.1-2mm,刚性空心球体与波纹铝板的厚度比值为0.5-2。
