In the above technical solution, the grating plate 11 and the rotating mechanism 14 are arranged in a matching manner, mainly for the purpose that the paddy can be fully scattered under the grating plate 11, although the paddy is already laid on the screen 15, the paddy is still more in the middle and less around, so that the grating plate 11 is arranged under the screen and used in cooperation with the rotating mechanism 14 in order to further improve the uniformity of the paddy laying. When the motor 141 is started, the connecting shaft drives the sweeping plate 142 and the brush 143 to rotate together along the center of the grating plate 11, so as to sweep rice down, and the rice can uniformly fall onto the base plane through the grating holes on the grating plate 11. In addition, the rotating mechanism 14 makes the shavings and dust particles better separated from the rice by the rotation of the sweeping plate 142 and the brush 143, and is easily sucked through the lower air inlet duct 19.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the lower cartridge 2 and the filter 18 are fixed to the base 3, and the base 3 has a rectangular plate shape. The upper end of the supporting leg 12 is fixed on the base 3, the pulley 4 is installed at the lower end, the supporting is convenient to slide, the supporting is stable, the pulley 4 is specifically provided with four, and the four pulleys 4 are respectively installed at four included angles of the base 3. A support frame 10 is fixed on the base 3, and the handrail 7 is fixed on the support frame 10 and used for pushing the base 3 to move. The upper end of the push plate 5 is fixed on one side of the base 3, the lower end of the push plate is provided with a rake 6, and the push plate 5 and the handrail 7 are respectively positioned on the same side of the base 3. The push plate 5 is positioned on one side of the opening at the bottom of the lower charging barrel 2 and is used for pushing the scattered paddy to be flat, so that the paddy is uniformly and flatly laid on the base plane.
In the technical scheme, when the rice is aired, the handrail 7 is only needed to be pushed manually, so that the auxiliary device integrally moves forwards, the working strength is reduced, and the use is simple and convenient. The push plate 5 is mainly used for pushing and flattening the paddy rice so that the paddy rice is uniformly aired on the basic plane.
Referring to fig. 1-8, an upper air inlet pipe 21 and a lower air inlet pipe 19 are respectively inserted into the lower charging barrel 2, the upper air inlet pipe 21 and the lower air inlet pipe 19 are respectively communicated with an air inlet main pipe 25, the air inlet main pipe 25 is connected with an air supply pipe, a fan 20 is installed on the air supply pipe and is used for conveying dust-containing gas in the air supply pipe to a filter 18, and the filter 18 is used for filtering and removing dust from the dust-containing gas. The filter 18 is mounted on the base 3, and specifically, the filter 18 is a bag-type dust collector. One end of the upper air inlet pipe 21 is connected with the air inlet main pipe 25, the other end of the upper air inlet pipe is a closed end, a suction head 22 is arranged on the upper air inlet pipe 21, and the suction head 22 is upward in a shower shape. The suction head 22 is positioned in the lower charging barrel 2, and the suction head 22 is fixed at the top of the upper air inlet pipe 21 and is close to the closed end of the upper air inlet pipe 21. The top surface of the suction head 22 is provided with a through hole 24, the suction head 22 is communicated with the blanking barrel 2 through the through hole 24, and a plurality of suction heads 22 are arranged along the radial direction of the upper air inlet pipe 21. One end of the lower air inlet pipe 19 is connected with the air inlet main pipe 25, the other end of the lower air inlet pipe is a closed end, an air inlet hole 23 is formed in the lower air inlet pipe 19, and the air inlet hole 23 is located in the lower material barrel 2 and is close to the closed end of the lower air inlet pipe 19. The plurality of air inlet holes 23 are arranged along the radial direction of the lower air inlet pipe 19, and the plurality of air inlet holes 23 are uniformly distributed on the circumferential surface of the lower air inlet pipe 19.
In the above technical solution, because some sun-dried straw and leaves will be present on the screen 15, the shower-shaped suction head 22 is upwardly disposed on the upper air inlet pipe 21, so as to better suck dust-containing gas, and prevent the straw and leaves from being sucked onto the suction head 22. The air inlet holes 23 are arranged to facilitate the dust-containing air to enter the lower air inlet pipe 19, and the dust-containing air enters the air inlet main pipe through the upper air inlet pipe 21 and the lower air inlet pipe 19 and then enters the filter 18 for dust removal under the transmission of the blower 20.
