(5) filling down feather with down feather: filling the finished down in the step (2) into a channel between the down-proof liner cloth and the fabric to form a semi-finished down jacket;
(6) garment lining: and (5) continuously pressing the semi-finished down jacket product prepared in the step (5) into small blocks by using a liner pressing machine to prepare a finished down jacket product.
The invention further provides that: the time required for the hot melt adhesive powder in the step (3) to be adhered to the down-proof liner cloth and the fabric to complete the printing process is 10-15 minutes, and the temperature range suitable for the process is 125-140 ℃.
