As an optional scheme, after the obtaining the file disk partition instruction on the first interface of the instant messaging application, the method further includes:
s1, acquiring the identifier of the first partition on a fourth interface of the instant messaging application;
s2, acquiring a first creating instruction on the fourth interface, wherein the first creating instruction is used for indicating that a first partition is created in the file disk;
s3, displaying the mark of the first partition created in response to the first creation instruction on a fifth interface of the instant messaging application.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the fourth interface and the second interface in the foregoing embodiment may be the same interface, or may be different interfaces. The partition identification includes, but is not limited to, the name of the partition, the number of the partition, and the like. The fifth interface may be the same interface as the first interface in the above embodiment, or may be a different interface.
In an alternative embodiment, taking the second interface and the fourth interface as the same interface as an example, the name of the first partition may be input in the area indicated by the "partition name" as shown in fig. 7, and the partition name created in fig. 7 is the "shared partition". The first creation instruction may be implemented by a trigger signal, and in the display interface shown in fig. 7, when "complete" is triggered, it indicates that the first partition is created in the file tray. In this embodiment, taking the fifth interface and the first interface as the same interface as an example, the created partition names may be displayed in the first interface. As shown in fig. 6, the education department resources summary and the case arrangement are all the partition names that have been created.
As an optional solution, the method further comprises:
s1, displaying the mark of the created file disk partition allowed to be selected on the first interface;
s2, selecting the identifier of the second partition in the created file disk partitions allowed to be selected in response to the second selection instruction in the sixth interface of the instant messaging application;
s3, acquiring a first target resource shared to the second partition in a seventh interface of the instant messaging application;
and S4, transmitting the first target resource to the second partition, so that the target account with the sharing authority of the second partition operates the first target resource.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the created file disk partition may be a file disk partition created by an employee in another enterprise under the group, may also be a file disk partition created by another account in the first target account set except the first account, and of course, may also be a file disk partition created by the first account before.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the sixth interface and the first interface may be the same interface or different interfaces. And displaying the created file disk partition which is allowed to be selected in a sixth interface, and selecting the identification of the second partition in the created file disk partition which is allowed to be selected.
Optionally, in this embodiment, a seventh interface displays resource types that can be uploaded, where the resource types include, but are not limited to: the seventh interface can also display the path of uploading resources, such as "upload from local", "upload from album", "upload from collection", "upload from scanned document", etc., and select the first target resource to be shared in the seventh interface. And uploading the acquired first target resource to the selected second partition.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the "summary of resources in education department", "case arrangement", "honor certificate electronic edition", "zhhai zone archive file", etc. in the first interface are identifiers of created file partition, the first account may select the created file partition as the second partition, and take the selected second partition as "summary of resources in education department" as an example, as shown in fig. 10, a path through which resources can be uploaded is displayed in a seventh interface of the instant messaging application, and the first target resource may be acquired through the seventh interface of the instant messaging application and uploaded to the second partition, so that the target account with the sharable "summary of resources in education department" performs operations on the first target resource in the second partition, and specific operations include, but are not limited to, browsing, editing, etc.
As an optional solution, the method further comprises:
s1, acquiring a second target resource shared to the first partition in an eighth interface of the instant messaging application;
and S2, transmitting the second target resource to the first partition, so that the target account with the sharing authority of the first partition operates the second target resource.
Optionally, in this embodiment, an eighth interface displays resource types that can be uploaded, where the resource types include, but are not limited to: the eighth interface can also display the path of uploading resources, such as "upload from local", "upload from album", "upload from collection", "upload from scanned document", etc., and select the first target resource to be shared in the eighth interface. And uploading the acquired first target resource to the selected second partition.
For example, in the above alternative embodiment, the eighth interface may be the interface shown in fig. 10, a path through which the resource can be uploaded is displayed in the eighth interface of the instant messaging application, a second target resource may be acquired through the eighth interface of the instant messaging application, and the resource is uploaded to the first partition, so that the second target resource in the first partition is operated by the target account having the "education department resource summary" that can be shared, and the specific operation includes, but is not limited to, browsing, editing, and the like.
As an optional solution, the method further comprises: displaying, on a first interface, an identification of created file disk partitions that are allowed to be selected, wherein the created file disk partitions include shared partitions created by target accounts belonging to a set of accounts other than the first set of target accounts under the target management account.
Optionally, in the above-mentioned alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, an identifier of the created file disk partition, such as "education department resource summarization", "case arrangement", "honor certificate electronic edition", etc., is displayed in the first interface. The created file disk partition may be a file disk partition created by employees in other enterprises under the group, may also be a file disk partition created by other accounts in the first target account set except the first account, and of course, may also be a file disk partition created by the first account before.
As an optional scheme, the first target account set is an account set of a first company, the second target account set is an account set of a second company, the target management account is a management account of a target group, and the management account of the target group is used to configure accounts in the account set of the first company and the account set of the second company.
Alternatively, the first set of target accounts may be subsidiaries, divisions, groups, or the like within the clique. The second set of target accounts may be a different subsidiary, department, group, or the like within the corporation than the first set of target accounts. For example, the first target account set may be a set of accounts corresponding to employees in a first subsidiary within the group, the second target account set may be a set of accounts corresponding to employees in a second subsidiary within the group, and the first subsidiary and the second subsidiary are different subsidiary within the group. Of course, the first target account set and the second target account set may be different departments or groups in the same sub-company, or different departments or groups in different sub-companies, etc. The accounts of the first set of target accounts may be from the same subsidiary, the same department, or the same group, or from different subsidiary, different departments, or different groups. The accounts of the second set of target accounts may be from the same subsidiary, the same department, or the same group, or from different subsidiary, different departments, or different groups. The management account of the target group is a super administrator in the instant messaging application, and the target management account may include, but is not limited to, an account for creating the group, or an account configured by the group for managing the architecture attributes of the group.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the above-mentioned method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present invention is not limited by the order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the invention. Further, those skilled in the art should also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are preferred embodiments and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required by the invention.
According to another aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided a sharing right configuration apparatus for implementing the sharing right configuration method. As shown in fig. 11, the apparatus includes: a first obtaining module 1102, configured to obtain a file disk partitioning instruction on a first interface of an instant messaging application, where the instant messaging application is logged in by a first account in a first target account set, the file disk partitioning instruction is used to request to create a first partition in a file disk of the instant messaging application, an identifier of the first account has a mapping relationship with an identifier of a target group to which the first target account set belongs, the identifier of the target group corresponds to a pre-established label structure tree, a relationship between nodes of the label structure tree is used to represent a relationship between members in the target group, each node in the label structure tree has a node identifier, and node identifiers of some nodes in the label structure tree have a mapping relationship with an identifier of a pre-determined account set; a response module 1104, configured to, when identifiers of account sets allowed to be selected are displayed on a second interface of the instant messaging application according to a relationship between nodes of the tag structure tree, select, in the instant messaging application, an account in a second target account set in the account sets allowed to be selected in response to a first selection instruction, where the identifier of the predetermined account set includes the identifier of the account set allowed to be selected; 1106 a configuration module, configured to configure, for accounts of the second set of target accounts, a sharing permission for sharing the first partition.
As an optional scheme, the apparatus further comprises: the searching module is used for searching a target node in the label structure tree according to the relationship between the nodes, wherein the node identification of the target node and the identification of the third target account set have a mapping relationship; a determining module, configured to determine the partial nodes as including the found target node; a first display module, configured to display, on the second interface, an identifier of the third target account set having a mapping relationship with a node identifier of the target node; wherein the set of accounts allowed to be selected comprises the third target set of accounts.
As an optional solution, the response module includes: an obtaining unit, configured to obtain, on the second interface, a first touch instruction executed on an identifier of the second target account set; a response unit, configured to display, in response to the first touch instruction, an identifier of a member account in the second target account set on a third interface of the instant messaging application; an obtaining unit, configured to obtain, on the third interface, a second touch instruction executed on an identifier of a target member account in the identifiers of the member accounts, where the second touch instruction is used to select the target member account, and the first selection instruction includes the first touch instruction and the second touch instruction.
As an optional scheme, the apparatus further comprises: a second display module, configured to display accounts in the first target account set and accounts in an account set different from the first target account set on a second interface of the instant messaging application, where the account set different from the first target account set includes the second target account set.
As an optional scheme, the apparatus further comprises: a first display module, configured to display accounts in the first target account set and accounts in an account set different from the first target account set on a second interface of the instant messaging application, where the account set different from the first target account set includes the second target account set.

As an optional solution, the apparatus is further configured to: displaying on the first interface an identification of created file disk partitions that are allowed to be selected; selecting the identifier of the second partition in the created file disk partitions allowed to be selected in response to a second selection instruction in a sixth interface of the instant messaging application; acquiring a first target resource shared to the second partition in a seventh interface of the instant messaging application; and transmitting the first target resource to the second partition so that the target account with the sharing authority of the second partition operates the first target resource.
As an optional solution, the apparatus is further configured to: acquiring a second target resource shared to the first partition in an eighth interface of the instant messaging application; and transmitting the second target resource to the first partition so that the target account with the sharing authority of the first partition operates the second target resource.
As an optional solution, the apparatus is further configured to: displaying, on the first interface, an identification of created file disk partitions that are allowed to be selected, wherein the created file disk partitions include shared partitions created by target accounts belonging to a set of accounts other than the first set of target accounts under the target management account.
As an optional scheme, the first target account set is an account set of a first company, the second target account set is an account set of a second company, the target management account is a management account of a target group, and the management account of the target group is used to configure accounts in the account set of the first company and the account set of the second company.
The application environment of the embodiment of the present invention may refer to the application environment in the above embodiments, but is not described herein again. The embodiment of the invention provides an optional specific application example for implementing the configuration method of the sharing permission.
As an alternative embodiment, the configuration method of the sharing right may be, but is not limited to, applied in the scenario of configuration of the sharing right as shown in fig. 12.
In the scene, in order to realize the cross-enterprise file disk sharing service in a group, a configuration mode of the visibility attribute of the account is provided, and the flexible file disk sharing capability is realized by matching the group concept of enterprise WeChat and the basic service of the file disk.
In the application, when the file disk creates the partition or adds members to the partition, an external contact can be selected to share file data with contacts outside an enterprise. A switch of 'partition member can add external contacts' is provided in the management background, and the default state can be an off state. The particular partition created by which enterprise may be set to consume the capacity of which enterprise. "limiting member usage capacity" all belong to respective enterprise controls. And the partitions with the participation of external contacts are specially marked when all partitions in the management background are displayed. File disk partitioning is shown in fig. 13a and 13b, and basic attributes of the file disk, such as visibility, administrator, file disk attributes, and all partitions created in the file disk, are shown in fig. 13a and 13 b.
On the user side, the present method has the following capabilities: the enterprise adults can share files using a "file disk"; the member can create a partition to invite the member in the enterprise to join, if the member has the authority to invite the external enterprise to succeed, a shared file disk can be created and provided for the external enterprise (other sub-enterprises of the group) to share and use; the partition participant can be a manager, an editor, a browser and the like; permission can be set for the partition of the file disk, and sharing permission of participants for file disk resources is specified.
The present approach also provides a management model that can manage the corporate and all subsidiaries from a series of basic capabilities such as creation, management, enterprise import, sub-enterprise management, etc., using the basic capabilities (corporate management) provided by enterprise-level instant messaging applications, using an authenticated enterprise instant messaging application as a corporate super-management role.
Based on the aim of designing the overall technical architecture, a virtual corporate architecture tree can be generated by using a certified enterprise, wherein the virtual corporate architecture tree comprises a multi-level grouping structure which is created inside a corporation and is used for ensuring the structural relationship among the enterprise, the corporation, the grouping and the subsidiaries, and data and relationship chains of an organization framework can be acquired through any one level.
After a group and a subsidiary company are established, a management end configures visibility rules to realize file disk service among members with different organizational structures in the group, and one mode is to create a new file disk partition in a file disk, set sharing authority of the file disk partition, and upload a shared file to the file disk partition so that an account set with the authority can share resources in the file disk partition.
Another mode is to select a created file disk partition, and upload shared resources to the file disk partition, so that accounts having sharing authority of the file disk partition share the resources in the file disk partition.
The method provides the capability of sharing the file cloud service across enterprises, and the flexible file disk sharing capability is realized by matching the group concept of enterprise WeChat and the basic service of the file disk. The shared file disk service can be provided for all sub-enterprises of the group, and the cloud disk sharing service across enterprises is really realized; the group is shared to the sub-enterprises, the sub-enterprises are shared mutually, the sub-enterprises are shared to the group, the sharing range can be controlled, accurate control can be carried out through grouping, labels, departments and designated members provided by the group, and the confidentiality and the safety of data can be guaranteed while the file is shared; the office capacity of the enterprise WeChat is combined, and the forwarding, sharing and notification services provided by the file disk are matched, so that high-efficiency service capacity is provided for the office scene of the enterprise.
According to another aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is also provided an electronic device for implementing the configuration method of sharing rights, as shown in fig. 14, the electronic device includes a memory 1402 and a processor 1404, the memory 1402 stores therein a computer program, and the processor 1404 is configured to execute the steps in any one of the method embodiments through the computer program.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the electronic apparatus may be located in at least one network device of a plurality of network devices of a computer network.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the processor may be configured to execute the following steps by a computer program:

s3, configuring sharing authority for sharing the first partition for the accounts of the second target account set.
Alternatively, it can be understood by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 14 is only an illustration, and the electronic device may also be a terminal device such as a smart phone (e.g., an Android phone, an iOS phone, etc.), a tablet computer, a palm computer, a Mobile Internet Device (MID), a PAD, and the like. Fig. 14 is a diagram illustrating a structure of the electronic device. For example, the electronic device may also include more or fewer components (e.g., network interfaces, display devices, etc.) than shown in FIG. 14, or have a different configuration than shown in FIG. 14.
The memory 1404 may be used to store software programs and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the method and apparatus for configuring account attributes in the embodiment of the present invention, and the processor 1402 executes various functional applications and data processing by running the software programs and modules stored in the memory 1404, that is, implementing the control method of the target component described above. The memory 1404 may include high-speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic storage devices, flash memory, or other non-volatile solid-state memory. In some examples, the memory 1404 may further include memory located remotely from the processor 1402, which may be connected to a terminal over a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The transmission device 1410 is used for receiving or transmitting data via a network. Examples of the network may include a wired network and a wireless network. In one example, the transmission device 1410 includes a network adapter (NIC) that can be connected to a router via a network cable and other network devices so as to communicate with the internet or a local area network. In one example, the transmission device 1410 is a Radio Frequency (RF) module, which is used for communicating with the internet in a wireless manner.
Among other things, the memory 1404 is used for storing application programs.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a storage medium having a computer program stored therein, wherein the computer program is arranged to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments when executed.

Claims (15)

1. A configuration method of sharing authority is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a file disk partitioning instruction on a first interface of an instant messaging application, wherein the instant messaging application is logged in by a first account in a first target account set, the file disk partitioning instruction is used for requesting to create a first partition in a file disk of the instant messaging application, an identifier of the first account has a mapping relation with an identifier of a target group to which the first target account set belongs, the identifier of the target group corresponds to a pre-established label structure tree, a relation between nodes of the label structure tree is used for representing a relation between members in the target group, each node in the label structure tree has a node identifier, and node identifiers of part of nodes in the label structure tree have a mapping relation with the identifier of the pre-determined account set;
under the condition that the identification of the account set allowed to be selected is displayed on a second interface of the instant messaging application according to the relation between the nodes of the label structure tree, responding to a first selection instruction in the instant messaging application to select an account in a second target account set in the account set allowed to be selected, wherein the identification of the predetermined account set comprises the identification of the account set allowed to be selected;
and configuring sharing permission for sharing the first partition for accounts of the second target account set.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein displaying, on a second interface of the instant messaging application, an identification of a set of accounts that are allowed to be selected according to a relationship between nodes of the tag structure tree comprises:
searching a target node in the label structure tree according to the relationship between the nodes, wherein the node identification of the target node and the identification of a third target account set have a mapping relationship;
determining the partial nodes as including the searched target nodes;
displaying the identifier of the third target account set with a mapping relation with the node identifier of the target node on the second interface;
wherein the set of accounts allowed to be selected comprises the third target set of accounts.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein selecting an account in a second target account set of the account sets allowed to be selected in the instant messaging application in response to a first selection instruction comprises:
acquiring a first touch instruction executed on the identifier of the second target account set on the second interface;
responding to the first touch instruction, and displaying the identification of the member account in the second target account set on a third interface of the instant messaging application;
and acquiring a second touch instruction executed on the identifier of a target member account in the identifiers of the member accounts on the third interface, wherein the second touch instruction is used for selecting the target member account, and the first selection instruction comprises the first touch instruction and the second touch instruction.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after obtaining the file disk partitioning instruction on the first interface of the instant messaging application, the method further comprises:
displaying accounts in the first target account set and accounts in an account set different from the first target account set on a second interface of the instant messaging application, wherein the account set different from the first target account set comprises the second target account set.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein after obtaining the file disk partitioning instruction on the first interface of the instant messaging application, the method further comprises:
acquiring the identifier of the first partition on a fourth interface of the instant messaging application;
acquiring a first creation instruction on the fourth interface, wherein the first creation instruction is used for indicating that the first partition is created in the file disk;
displaying, on a fifth interface of the instant messaging application, an identification of the first partition created in response to the first creation instruction.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
displaying on the first interface an identification of created file disk partitions that are allowed to be selected;
selecting the identifier of the second partition in the created file disk partitions allowed to be selected in response to a second selection instruction in a sixth interface of the instant messaging application;
acquiring a first target resource shared to the second partition in a seventh interface of the instant messaging application;
and transmitting the first target resource to the second partition so that the target account with the sharing authority of the second partition operates the first target resource.
7. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
acquiring a second target resource shared to the first partition in an eighth interface of the instant messaging application;
and transmitting the second target resource to the first partition so that the target account with the sharing authority of the first partition operates the second target resource.
8. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
displaying, on the first interface, an identification of created file disk partitions that are allowed to be selected, wherein the created file disk partitions include shared partitions created by other accounts in a set of accounts that belong under a target management account other than the first target set of accounts.
9. The method of any of claims 1-8, wherein the first set of target accounts is a set of accounts of a first company, the second set of target accounts is a set of accounts of a second company, and the target administrative account is an administrative account of the target group, the administrative account of the target group being used to configure accounts in the set of accounts of the first company and the set of accounts of the second company.
10. A configuration apparatus for sharing rights, comprising:
a first obtaining module, configured to obtain a file disk partitioning instruction on a first interface of an instant messaging application, where the instant messaging application is logged in by a first account in a first target account set, the file disk partitioning instruction is used to request to create a first partition in a file disk of the instant messaging application, an identifier of the first account has a mapping relationship with an identifier of a target group to which the first target account set belongs, the identifier of the target group corresponds to a pre-established label structure tree, a relationship between nodes of the label structure tree is used to represent a relationship between members in the target group, each node in the label structure tree has a node identifier, and node identifiers of some nodes in the label structure tree have a mapping relationship with identifiers of a predetermined account set;
a response module, configured to select, in the instant messaging application, an account in a second target account set in the account set that is allowed to be selected in response to a first selection instruction under the condition that an identifier of the account set that is allowed to be selected is displayed on a second interface of the instant messaging application according to a relationship between nodes of the tag structure tree, where the identifier of the predetermined account set includes the identifier of the account set that is allowed to be selected;
a configuration module, configured to configure, for the accounts of the second target account set, a sharing permission for sharing the first partition.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, further comprising:
the searching module is used for searching a target node in the label structure tree according to the relationship between the nodes, wherein the node identification of the target node and the identification of the third target account set have a mapping relationship;
a determining module, configured to determine the partial nodes as including the found target node;
a first display module, configured to display, on the second interface, an identifier of the third target account set having a mapping relationship with a node identifier of the target node;
wherein the set of accounts allowed to be selected comprises the third target set of accounts.
12. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the response module comprises:
an obtaining unit, configured to obtain, on the second interface, a first touch instruction executed on an identifier of the second target account set;
a response unit, configured to display, in response to the first touch instruction, an identifier of a member account in the second target account set on a third interface of the instant messaging application;
an obtaining unit, configured to obtain, on the third interface, a second touch instruction executed on an identifier of a target member account in the identifiers of the member accounts, where the second touch instruction is used to select the target member account, and the first selection instruction includes the first touch instruction and the second touch instruction.
13. The apparatus of claim 10, further comprising:
a second display module, configured to display accounts in the first target account set and accounts in an account set different from the first target account set on a second interface of the instant messaging application, where the account set different from the first target account set includes the second target account set.
14. A computer-readable storage medium comprising a stored program, wherein the program when executed performs the method of any of claims 1 to 9.
15. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, characterized in that the memory has stored therein a computer program, the processor being arranged to execute the method of any of claims 1 to 9 by means of the computer program.
