The following describes an embodiment of the present invention by taking instant messaging as an example of enterprise wechat.
In order to solve the problem that a group needs to cooperate and cooperate among a plurality of subsidiaries in the enterprise management process, the embodiment of the invention breaks up and then combines all members of the subsidiaries, and breaks through the traditional organizational structure for integration.
The corporate label shares the capacity of multiple enterprises, and relies on the basic capacity provided by enterprise WeChat (management of the corporate), so that the enterprise of the existing enterprise WeChat can be used as a super management role of a corporate to manage a corporate and all subsidiaries from a series of basic capacities such as creation, management, enterprise import, and sub-enterprise management.
Designing an overall technical architecture based on this goal, it is necessary to generate a virtual corporate architecture tree based on an enterprise, including a multi-level grouping structure created inside a corporation, so as to ensure the structural relationship among the enterprise, the corporation, the group, and the subsidiaries, and the data and relationship chain of the organizational framework can be obtained through any one level, which specifically includes:
and background maintenance of the architecture tree of each group: HashNode + Party, which is issued by HashNode increment or full amount, and the issuing mechanism is similar to the organization structure of an enterprise.
If the Party corresponds to the entity enterprise, the Party node stores corresponding CorpID, and the client displays that the data of the related entity enterprise is pulled through the CorpID.
The information of departments and members selected in the tag group is all in binding mapping relation with HashNode of the group and CorpID and PartyID of the affiliated enterprise, the tag members are managed uniformly through the same tag ID, the operations of adding, deleting and the like of the members in the tag only take effect on the data mapping in the tag, and the information of the original organization structure of the members cannot be changed.
After the data in the basic address book is updated due to the data change of the organization structure in the address book, and the data acquisition interface of the tag member is inquired, the latest data can be acquired through the mapping relation among the tag member, the department and the enterprise organization structure.
The tag group can be selected when configuration rules such as office automation OA application, file disks and the like are selected, when a terminal user operates, only the tag ID under the current rule needs to be marked, organization members contained in the tag are inquired through the tag ID and are associated with the applied rules, and then the situation that members in the tag group share the basic application capability provided by enterprise WeChat or applications of self-built application, third party market and the like can be realized; the group can also establish own general capability to provide shared use among different groups, labels and enterprises for the group through configuration and management.
When the members in the tag group use the enterprise WeChat client, the organization structure contained in all tags of the members can be checked in the address book, and the expression of the terminal can be strengthened into the organization structure mode, including the organization and personal information (position, name, telephone, etc.) of the members, while the chat data or group chat information initiated by the members in the tag can be stored and recorded through CorpID of the enterprise and HashNode of the group, when the user uninstalls and reinstalls and installs new equipment, the data is reacquired through the established mapping relation of the tags in the group, and the terminal can temporarily store the data through establishing a local database to avoid the consumption of the regenerated flow.
Similarly, the performance at the management end also synchronizes data according to the application and system capability used by the tag members, so that the management work of the administrator at the management end is provided, including providing related data display capability for OA applications, file disks and the like, and the data used by the tag members are synchronized in real time, so that the efficiency of the group administrator in managing the virtual organization architecture can be greatly improved.
As a group management role, the member and department conditions of the label can be timely adjusted in a group management background according to the actual organization structure change or project change, and the composition of the virtual organization can be flexibly controlled.
The embodiment of the invention also comprises the following contents:
the group architecture tree corrlogcsvr is stored in a circle pkv in a HashNode + PartyUser form; when reading, acquiring HashNode (filtering group rule) in increment/full quantity, and then pulling Party; support for move, add, delete, change (like physical enterprises); the issuing node can be filtered according to 3 rules.
The enterprises in the group are stored in the corrnewkv in the form of HashNode + PartyUser; when reading, acquiring HashNode (filtering group rule) in an increment or full quantity mode, and then pulling PartyUser/Party/account; the enterprise change informs the group entity of the node change (providing version number) of the individual Profile; displaying the external information with the same authority as the circle; the issuing node can be filtered according to 3 rules.
Maintaining the relation between the group and the enterprise, creating a group list, and storing the enterprise list under the group and the group list where the enterprise is in the CirclePkv; filtering and returning according to the filter during reading; only the increase needs to be supported at present.
Group labels, newly built tables, label lists and profiles under the groups and label members/departments under the groups are stored in tagpkv; filtering and returning according to the filter during reading; and the functions of addition and deletion are supported.
Hiding rules, group rule pb structure, stored in CorpXkv; read and modify are supported.
The embodiment of the invention can also carry out architecture synchronization on the group, and the group architecture synchronization mainly comprises the following steps:
and S1, pulling the group list of the individual, requesting the group list of the individual from the background by the client through the target interface, wherein the header already contains the vid and the corrpid information, and the background returns the group list data group _ list of the individual to the client according to the vid and the corrpid of the current user.
S2, pulling a group basic framework: the virtual departments of the groups and the HashNodes of the entity enterprises are similar to the synchronization of the organization architecture of the enterprises, the client side carries the version number, the group ID and the fragment limitation, and the background sends the corresponding nodes according to the filtering rule to support the fragment pulling.
And S3, pulling the virtual department data of the group architecture, and finding the changed node by the client side after comparing the HashNode returned in the step S1 with the local database. For department type nodes, taking groupID, and pulling specific data of the departments of the group; for the entity enterprise type node, the method is pulled by steps S3 and S4.
S4, pulling the HashNode of the entity enterprise, after the client finds that the entity node is changed, the client pulls the HashNode of the entity enterprise with the code, and requests to multiplex pb definition in the step S2.
