For different sharees, different use rights may exist for the network disk file, for example, some sharees have read-only rights, some sharees have read-write rights, etc. In order to control the use authority of the shared person, the embodiment can be further improved: setting sharing authority for the file to be shared, referring to fig. 2 in particular, adding before the step of encrypting the configuration file S5: a sharing authority setting step S4 of setting a sharing authority of the sharee; in the profile encryption step S5, the sharing authority is also stored in the profile, and the sharing authority and the encrypted shared file are compressed together by the public key. The information transmission between the client 700 used by the sharer, the client 800 used by the sharee and the network disk server 900 can be carried out through an HTTP or an FTP protocol so as to protect a communication link and prevent the information from being tampered by a malicious program in the transmission process.
