一种面向电动车辆的充电转接器及充电保护方法
技术领域
本发明涉及电动车辆技术领域,特别涉及电动车辆的充电技术。
背景技术
随着汽车行业的发展,采用清洁能源的电动车辆凭借零排放、能源利用率高、噪声小等优点,已开始逐步取代燃油车。当前电动车辆通常是通过充电枪直接插入电动车辆的充电插座进行充电。如果车辆充电插座采用的标准与国标不一致,通常还需要配备转接器。而当前市面上的充电枪及转接器不具备防盗功能,且无法与车辆进行信号交互,因此,一旦电动车辆车主锁车,则无法进行充电。此外,现有充电连接装置体积较大,不便于携带,同时不具备温度过载保护,无法避免因充电插座温度过高导致车辆损坏的情况。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的部分或全部问题,本发明一方面提供一种面向电动车辆的充电转接器,包括:
连接机构,所述连接机构用于机械的连接电动车辆及充电装置;
控制板,所述控制板用于监控充电转接器内部的温度变化,并控制充电连接器充电电流的通断;
充电插头,所述充电插头安装于所述连接机构的一端,使用时与所述电动车辆的充电插座连接。所述充电插头的CC1及CC2引脚分别串联有一个1K的电阻,用于激活电动车辆操作控制系统,使电动车辆进入充电状态;
充电插座,所述充电插座安装于所述连接机构的另一端,使用时与所述充电枪连接;
锁止压板,安装于连接机构靠近所述充电插头的一端表面,用于将所述充电转接器与电动车辆的充电插座锁定;以及
电磁铁,安装于所述锁止压板下方,并与所述充电插座电连接,用于配合所述锁止压板将所述充电转接器与电动车辆的充电插座锁定。
进一步地,所述充电转换器还包括防尘盖,所述防尘盖安装于所述充电插座上。在未接入充电枪时,所述防尘盖处于关闭状态,遮挡所述充电插座,以防止灰尘、雨水等进入充电装置。
进一步地,所述充电插头及充电插座符合国家标准GB/T20234.3-2015中的关于直流充电接口的要求。
进一步地,所述控制板上安装有温度传感器,当所述温度传感器检测到温度高于60摄氏度时,控制板控制所述充电插座的CC1引脚浮空,进而中断充电。
进一步地,所述锁止压板还包括解锁按钮,所述解锁按钮用于控制所述充电转接器与所述电动车辆的充电插座解锁。
进一步地,所述电磁铁内部具有铁杆,当电磁铁通电后,铁杆弹出,并顶住所述锁止压板,使得所述解锁按钮无法下压,进而实现将所述充电转接器与电动车辆的充电插座锁定。
本发明另一方面提供一种面向电动车辆的充电保护方法,包括:
锁合充电转接器及充电汽车,包括:
充电转接器的充电插头插入电动车辆的充电插座后,所述充电转接器的锁止压板卡接于所述电动车辆的充电插座上;以及
充电开始后,电磁铁上电,使得电磁铁内部的铁杆弹出,顶住锁止压板;以及
温度监测,开始充电后,控制板上的温度传感器开始工作,实时监测充电转接器内部温度,一旦温度高于60摄氏度,则所述控制板控制所述充电插座的CC1引脚浮空,进而中断充电。
本发明提供的一种面向电动车辆的充电转接器,体积小巧、便于携带,其通过锁止压板及电磁铁实现上锁功能,保证充电时充电枪及充电连接器无法被拔出,同时,该充电转换器能够监测内部温度变化,保证了电动车辆充电时的安全可靠性。此外,该充电转接器具备车载系统的识别功能,使得车辆锁车后仍可进行充电操作。

图1示出本发明一个实施例的一种面向电动车辆的充电转接器的结构示意图,以及图3示出本发明一个实施例的一种面向电动车辆的充电转接器的剖面示意图,如图1及图3所示,一种面向电动车辆的充电转接器,包括充电插头101,连接机构102,充电插座103,锁止压板104,防尘盖105,控制板(图中未示出)以及电磁铁106。
所述连接机构102用于机械地连接电动车辆和充电装置,并且容纳用于传输电能的输电导线。
所述充电插头101安装于所述连接机构102的一端,并与所述输电导线连接,能够与电动车辆的充电插座电连接。所述充电插头101具有一个或多个检测引脚。在本发明的一个实施例中,所述充电插头101的CC1及CC2引脚分别串联有一个1K的电阻。需要充电时,将所述充电插头101与电动车辆的充电插座连接,此时,CC1及CC2引脚产生低电平信号,电动车辆的车载系统通过读取CC2和/或CC1信号,确认充电枪已插入,激活车载充电系统,实现锁车状态下的充电动作。在本发明的又一个实施例中,所述充电插头101的接口根据国家标准GB/T20234.3-2015要求设计。
所述充电插座103安装于所述连接机构102的另一端,并与所述输电导线连接,能够与充电枪电连接。进行充电时,将所述充电插座103与充电枪连接。在本发明的一个实施例中,如图2所示,所述充电插座103的接口根据国家标准GB/T20234.3-2015要求设计,可与根据国家标准GB/T20234.3-2015要求设计的直流充电枪连接。
如图3所示,所述锁止压板104安装于连接机构102靠近所述充电插头101一端的表面,所述电磁铁106安装于所述连接机构102的内部,位于所述锁止压板104末端正下方。在本发明的一个实施例中,所述锁止压板104为翘板结构,其末端具有解锁按钮141,头部具有卡扣142;所述电磁铁内部具有铁杆161。将所述充电转接器插入电动车辆的充电插座后,所述卡扣142卡接于所述电动车辆充电插座边沿,充电开始后,所述电磁铁106上电,位于所述电磁铁内部的铁杆161弹出,所述铁杆161弹出后,位于所述解锁按钮141正下方且紧贴所述解锁按钮141,使得所述解锁按钮141无法下压,将充电连接器与电动车辆的充电插座锁止;当充电完成后,电磁铁断电,所述铁杆161缩回电磁铁106的内部,此时,按下所述解锁按钮141,使锁止压板104得头部翘起,卡扣松开,解除锁止状态,可将充电转接器拔出。
所述控制板与所述充电插头101及充电插座103电连接,所述控制板上安装有温度传感器。当进行充电时,所述温度传感器实时监控充电转接器内部的温度,并根据检测引脚的电压来控制充电电流的通断。在本发明的一个实施例中,一旦所述温度传感器检测到充电转接器内部的温度超过60摄氏度,则所述控制板将控制所述充电插座103的CC1浮空,使得充电枪端中断连接信号,进而中断电力传导。
所述防尘盖105安装于所述充电插座103外侧。在未接入充电枪时,所述防尘盖105处于关闭状态,以遮挡所述充电插座103,防止灰尘、雨水等进入充电转接器。
使用本发明实施例的一种面向电动车辆的充电转接器为电动车辆进行充电步骤如下:
车主手持充电转接器,打开电动车辆充电插座防尘盖,将充电转接器的充电插头101对插入电动车辆的充电插座,直至锁止压板104将充电转接器与电动车辆的充电插座锁止,此时,通过CC1和/或CC2信号激活电动车辆的操作控制系统,使其进入充电状态;
操作员手持直流充电枪,打开充电转接器的防尘端105,将直流充电枪的插头插入充电转接器的充电插座103,直至直流充电枪的锁止装置将二者完成锁合,开始进行充电,此时,电磁铁的铁杆161弹出,防止锁止压板104下压,进一步将充电转接器与电动车辆的充电插座锁止;
充电过程中,温度传感器实时监控充电转接器内部的温度,一旦所述温度传感器检测到充电转接器内部的温度超过60摄氏度,则所述控制板将控制所述充电插座103的CC1浮空,使得充电枪端中断连接信号,进而中断电力传导;
充电结束后,操作员按压直流充电枪的解锁按钮,解除充电转接器与直流充电枪的连接状态,并拔出直流充电枪;车主按压充电转接器的解锁按钮141,解除充电转接器与电动车辆的连接状态,并拔出充电转接器,完成操作。
尽管上文描述了本发明的各实施例,但是,应该理解,它们只是作为示例来呈现的,而不作为限制。对于相关领域的技术人员显而易见的是,可以对其做出各种组合、变型和改变而不背离本发明的精神和范围。因此,此处所公开的本发明的宽度和范围不应被上述所公开的示例性实施例所限制,而应当仅根据所附权利要求书及其等同替换来定义。

Claims (8)

1.一种面向电动车辆的充电转接器,其特征在于,包括:
连接机构,所述连接机构被配置为机械地连接电动车辆和充电装置并且容纳用于传输电能的输电导线;
控制板,所述控制板被配置为执行下列动作:
监控所述充电转接器的温度;以及
根据检测引脚的电压来控制充电电流的通断;
充电插头,所述充电插头安装于所述连接机构的一端并且与所述输电导线连接,其中所述充电插头被配置为能够与电动车辆的充电插座电连接,并且所述充电插头具有一个或多个检测引脚,所述检测引脚分别串联有检测电阻;
充电插座,所述充电插座安装于所述连接机构的另一端,其被配置为与充电枪连接;
锁止压板,安装于所述连接机构靠近所述充电插头一端的表面,所述锁止压板为翘板结构,其末端具有解锁按钮,头部具有卡扣,所述锁止压板被配置为将所述充电转接器与电动车辆的充电插座锁定;以及
电磁铁,安装于所述连接机构内部,位于所述锁止压板下方,并与所述充电插座电连接,所述电磁铁内部具有铁杆,在充电开始后,电磁铁上电,使得当电磁铁通电后,所述铁杆将弹出,且所述铁杆位于所述解锁按钮的正下方并紧贴所述解锁按钮,所述电磁铁被配置为配合所述锁止压板将所述充电转接器与电动车辆的充电插座锁定,并且在充电完成后,电磁铁断电,使得所述铁杆缩回电磁铁的内部,使得能够按下所述解锁按钮,使锁止压板的头部翘起,卡扣松开,解除锁止状态,以将充电转接器拔出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的充电转接器,其特征在于,其中所述检测电阻的电阻值为1kΩ。
3.如权利要求1所述的充电转接器,其特征在于,还包括防尘盖,安装于所述充电插座外侧。
4.如权利要求1所述的充电转接器,其特征在于,所述充电插头及所述充电插座按照国家标准GB/T20234.3-2015的要求设计。
5.如权利要求1所述的充电转接器,其特征在于,所述控制板上安装有温度传感器,所述温度传感器被配置为实时检测所述充电转接器内部的温度。
6.一种采用如权利要求1至5任一所述的充电转换器的充电保护方法,其特征在于,包括:
锁止充电转接器及充电汽车,包括:
充电转接器的充电插头插入电动车辆的充电插座后,所述充电转接器的锁止压板卡接于所述电动车辆的充电插座上;以及
充电开始后,电磁铁上电,使得电磁铁内部的铁杆弹出,顶住锁止压板;以及
温度监测,开始充电后,所述控制板的温度传感器开始工作,实时监测充电转接器内部温度,一旦温度高于设定阈值,则控制板控制充电转换器中断充电。
7.如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述设定阈值为60摄氏度。
8.如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述控制板控制充电转换器中断充电包括,所述控制板控制所述充电插座的CC1引脚浮空,中断连接信号,进而中断电力传导。
