Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a block chain-based method for processing credit card service data according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the block chain-based method for processing credit card service data is applied to a system, and a client node, a plurality of financial institution nodes, and at least one payee node form a block chain network, as shown in fig. 1, the block chain-based method for processing credit card service data includes the following steps:
step 101: the method comprises the steps that a client side node receives card transaction information of a credit card applicant and sends the card transaction information to a block chain network; wherein the card transacting information includes applicant information and at least one payee information;
step 102: the card opening financial institution node generates a card transacting consensus request according to the card transacting information sent by the client side node through the blockchain network, and sends the card transacting consensus request to the blockchain network;
step 103: the client side node, other related financial institution nodes and at least one receiver node respectively generate client side node consensus feedback information, other related financial institution node consensus feedback information and at least one receiver node consensus feedback information according to a card transacting consensus request sent by the card-opening financial institution node through the block chain network, and send the client side node consensus feedback information, other related financial institution node consensus feedback information and at least one receiver node consensus feedback information to the block chain network;
step 104: and the card-opening financial institution node executes card handling operation when judging that the consensus results of the client side node, the other related financial institution nodes and the at least one payee side node pass according to the client side node consensus feedback information, the financial institution node consensus feedback information and the at least one payee side node consensus feedback information which are sent by the client side node, the other related financial institution nodes and the at least one payee side node through the blockchain network.
In one embodiment, the block chain-based credit card service data processing method may further include:
the credit card applicant is added into a blacklist by the open card financial institution node when the consensus feedback results of the client side node, the other related financial institution nodes and the at least one payee side node are judged to be failed according to the client side node consensus feedback information, the financial institution node consensus feedback information and the at least one payee side node consensus feedback information which are sent by the client side node, the other related financial institution nodes and the at least one payee side node through the blockchain network; the blacklist is used for storing information of credit card fraud molecules, and the blacklist is stored in a distributed account book of the block chain network.
When the method is specifically implemented, the fraud molecules can be quickly identified, and the safety of the transaction is further ensured.
The inventors have also found a technical problem: when the credit card of the bank client is lost, the fraud numerator can embezzle, pay and cash the credit card, and the bank system can not judge whether the payer is fraudulent in real time. Therefore, in view of this technical problem, the present invention proposes the following technical solutions.
In one embodiment, the block chain-based credit card service data processing method may further include:
a client side node receives a business transaction application initiated by a card holder and sends the business transaction application to a block chain network;
the financial institution node generates an identity characteristic identification consensus request according to a business transaction application sent by a client side node through a blockchain network, and sends the identity characteristic identification consensus request to the blockchain network;
the method comprises the steps that a client side node acquires identity characteristic information of a card holder according to an identity characteristic identification consensus request sent by a financial institution node through a block chain network, and sends the identity characteristic information of the card holder to the block chain network;
and when the financial institution node judges that the identification result is failed according to the identification characteristic information of the card holder, which is sent by the client side node through the blockchain network, the financial institution node executes credit processing operation of the card holder and freezes account processing operation of the card holder.
When the method is implemented, the above embodiment ensures the security of the transaction when the credit card of the bank client is lost. The service transaction application may include a service transaction application such as a transfer, a payment and a withdrawal as described below.
The inventors have also found a technical problem: the fraudulent party may induce the bank credit card customer to transfer to the fraudulent party collection account, for example, by impersonating the parent and having the credit card customer transfer to the criminal account, the collection account cannot confirm the identity, and the bank system cannot determine whether the recipient is a fraudulent party. Therefore, in consideration of the following technical problems, the inventors propose a technical solution of verifying a payee (who may include a payee, i.e., a natural person, a merchant, and the like) as follows.
In one embodiment, the block chain-based credit card service data processing method may further include:
when the payee is a payee, the financial institution node generates a payee identity characteristic identification consensus request and sends the payee identity characteristic identification consensus request to the block chain network;
the method comprises the steps that a payee node acquires identity characteristic information of a payee according to a payee identity characteristic identification consensus request sent by a financial institution node through a block chain network, and sends the identity characteristic information of the payee to the block chain network;
and the financial institution node executes the credit processing operation of the payee and the processing operation of freezing the account of the payee when judging that the identification result is failed according to the identification characteristic information of the payee, which is sent by the payee node through the block chain network.
In one embodiment, the block chain-based credit card service data processing method may further include:
when the payee is a merchant, the financial institution node generates a merchant legality consensus request and sends the merchant legality consensus request to the block chain network;
the payee node acquires the legality certification information of the merchant according to a merchant legality consensus request sent by the financial institution node through the blockchain network, and sends the legality certification information of the merchant to the blockchain network;
and the financial institution node executes merchant credit processing operation and merchant account freezing processing operation when judging that the merchant verification result is not passed according to the merchant legality certification information sent by the payee node through the block chain network.
When the method is specifically implemented, the fraud molecules are prevented from inducing the bank credit card customers to transfer to fraud molecule collection accounts, and the safety of transaction is further ensured.
To facilitate an understanding of how the invention may be practiced, it is illustrated below in conjunction with fig. 2-10.
The embodiment of the invention adopts a distributed account book and a consensus mechanism of block chains, the block chains are established among payers, banks, merchants and payees, customer information and blacklists are shared among nodes, and fraud molecules are rapidly identified; in the credit card application, transfer, payment and cash withdrawal transaction, the identity of the applicant, the payer and the payee is confirmed, and the safety of the bank system is improved.
The technical effects are as follows: the invention adopts the distributed account book and the consensus mechanism of the block chain, thereby improving the efficiency of the bank system for identifying the cheating molecules; the invention confirms the identity of the applicant, the payer and the payee in the credit card application, transfer, payment and cash withdrawal transactions, and improves the safety of the bank system.
The following describes the transaction flow:
first, a process of establishing a block chain is described.
1. The block chain schematic diagram of the applicant transacting the card through the customer side node is as shown in fig. 2, the block chain is established, if the customer is not the credit card cardholder of the bank, the customer firstly applies for issuing the card to become the cardholder of the bank, and the bank system establishes the block chain among the applicant, the bank, the merchant and the payee.
2. The block chain schematic diagram of the card holder transacting the card through the client side node is shown in fig. 3, the block chain is established, if the client is a credit card holder of a bank, and when the client card holder performs account transfer, payment and cash withdrawal, a bank system establishes the block chain among the card holder, the bank, a merchant and a payee.
Secondly, a processing scheme is introduced to avoid fraud at the card issuing stage.
In particular, as shown in FIG. 4, a credit card applicant initiates an issuing application to a bank. When a customer applies to a bank to become a credit card holder, the bank requires the customer to submit information of a shopping merchant and a payee, a credit card applicant submits the information of the shopping merchant and the payee, a bank system establishes a block chain of the credit card applicant, the bank, the merchant and the payee, the bank system initiates an application consensus action among the credit card applicant, the bank, the merchant and the payee, then judges whether the consensus is approved or not, if the consensus is approved, the customer is informed that the application is approved, the customer identity information and a credit record are recorded in a distributed account book, and the customer becomes a bank credit card holder. If the consensus action is rejected, the client is notified that the application is rejected, the client identity information, and a credit blacklist are entered into the distributed ledger.
In specific implementation, the merchant and the payee can determine several common conditions, such as jingdong, panning, how many and beautiful groups are pieced together, how hungry and the like, when the payee and the merchant exceed the range, dynamic information binding confirmation is performed, the information of the merchant and the payee is added into the block chain node, and the fact that the merchant and the payee are trustable is determined.
In the specific implementation, the credit card applicant determines an application bank, a common merchant and a common payee in the card issuing stage, the bank confirms the authenticity of the merchant and the payee, if the consumption record of the applicant is real, the identity, the address information and the like are correct, the identity information of the payee is real, the applicant and the payee generate more real bank transfer records, and the applicant and the payee are not on a fraud blacklist of a person and a third party company, the applicant is confirmed to be legal, otherwise, the applicant and the payee are considered to have fraud behaviors and are handed to a public security organ. That is, in one embodiment, the card transaction information may further include business transaction records such as true bank transfer and the like generated by the applicant and the payee, so that subsequent consensus action is more accurate, and the security of the transaction is further improved.
In practice, several common choices of customers may be provided, such as jingdong, naobao, how many and beautiful groups are pieced together, how hungry, etc., and if this is exceeded, confirmation of the authenticity of the merchant is required. The customer submits a consumption record, identity document information and home address information at the merchant. The payee submits information such as identity document information, home address information, and a relationship with the payee.
When the method is specifically implemented, the consumption record, the identity document information, the family address information, the payee identity and the address information provided by the applicant at the merchant cannot be confirmed by the merchant and the payee, so that the fraudulent behavior is considered to exist, and the identity information of the applicant is recorded in a blacklist.
Thirdly, introducing the steps of the cardholder initiating the business transaction application.
In particular, the business transaction application may include transfer, payment, cash withdrawal, and the like. One for each will be described below.
1. First, a process of applying for a transaction of a transfer service is introduced.
In specific implementation, as shown in fig. 5, a credit card holder initiates a transfer application to a bank, the bank initiates a fingerprint or face recognition consensus action to the card holder (the consensus action is mainly to confirm that the application information such as the identity and address of an applicant is real, and fingerprint recognition, face recognition, voice recognition, palm vein recognition and iris recognition can be applied to the consensus action), the card holder inputs a fingerprint or performs face recognition, the bank verifies the client identity information such as the fingerprint and face through a distributed account book, and judges whether the identity information of the card holder passes verification, and the inquiry result is that the card holder belongs to a blacklist (the blacklist contains identification information such as identity certificate information, fingerprint, face and voice, address information and telephone number information, which can be obtained from people's bank and third-party data companies and then is recorded into the system, and the identity of a newly recognized fraud molecule is recorded, Address, telephone, etc. information is also entered into the system), the cardholder is notified that payment is denied, the cardholder's credit blacklist is entered into the distributed ledger, and the cardholder's account is frozen. If the cardholder information passes the verification, the subsequent steps of verifying the validity of the payee and further ensuring the safe transaction can be carried out.
2. The process of payment transaction application is then described.
In specific implementation, as shown in fig. 6, a credit card holder initiates a payment application to a merchant (for example, the card holder purchases goods on a treasure collecting network, the treasure collecting network has been added with a local block chain system, a bank initiates a fingerprint or face recognition consensus action to the treasure collecting network, the card holder inputs a fingerprint or dynamically rotates a face, the bank performs identity confirmation, verification fails by allowing the card holder to pay, verification fails, the fingerprint and the face are different from those of the card holder during the application, payment is rejected, and the fingerprint and the face information are recorded into a blacklist), the bank initiates a fingerprint or face recognition consensus action to the card holder, the card holder inputs a fingerprint or performs face recognition, the bank verifies the fingerprint and the face of the customer identity information through a distributed account book, judges whether the identity information of the card holder passes verification, and informs the card holder that the payment is rejected if the query result is that the card holder belongs to the blacklist, and the card holder records the credit blacklist into the, the cardholder payment account is frozen. And if the cardholder information passes the verification, verifying the validity of the merchant.
3. The process of the cash withdrawal business transaction application is then described.
In specific implementation, as shown in fig. 7, a credit cardholder initiates a cash withdrawal application to a bank, the bank initiates a fingerprint or face recognition consensus action to the cardholder, the cardholder inputs a fingerprint or performs face recognition, the bank verifies client identity information such as a fingerprint and a face through a distributed account book, and determines whether the verification passes, if the verification passes, the cash withdrawal application of the cardholder is approved, a credit record is recorded in the distributed account book, and the bank provides cash to the cardholder. If the cardholder belongs to the blacklist, the client is informed that cash withdrawal is rejected, the credit blacklist is logged into a distributed account book, and the account of the cardholder is frozen.
Fourth, next, the step of verifying the payee is introduced.
In particular implementations, the payee may be an entity such as a merchant, or may be a natural person such as a particular payee. One for each will be described below.
1. First, a verification payee is introduced.
In specific implementation, as shown in fig. 8, validity of a payee is verified, whether payee information exists in the distributed account book is inquired, and if the payee information corresponding to the payer exists, a bank requires the payee to input a fingerprint or perform face recognition; if no payee information corresponding to the payer exists, the bank initiates a fingerprint or face recognition consensus action to the payee; the method comprises the steps that a payee inputs a fingerprint or carries out face recognition, a bank verifies the identity information of the payee such as the fingerprint and the face through a distributed account book, then whether verification is passed is judged, if the verification of the information of the payee is passed, the payee receives an approval, and a credit record is recorded in the distributed account book; if the payee belongs to the blacklist, the payee is notified that the payee is denied, the credit blacklist is posted to the distributed ledger, the payee account is frozen, the payer is notified that the payee is fraudulent, and the bank returns the funds to the payer.
2. Authenticating the merchant is then described.
In particular, as shown in fig. 9, the validity of the merchant is verified. Inquiring whether the distributed account book has merchant information, and if the merchant information corresponding to the payer exists, the bank requires the merchant to provide legal certification information; if the merchant information corresponding to the payer does not exist, the bank initiates a merchant legal information consensus action to the merchant and the payer; the merchant provides legal certification information, the bank verifies the legal information of the merchant through the distributed account book and then judges whether the verification is passed, if the legal information of the merchant passes the verification, the merchant is approved to collect money, and credit records are recorded in the distributed account book; if the merchant belongs to the blacklist, the merchant is informed that the collection is rejected, the credit blacklist is recorded in a distributed account book, the account of the merchant is frozen, the payer is informed that the merchant is fraudulent, and the bank returns the funds to the payer.
In specific implementation, for example, when verifying the validity of a merchant, checking whether registration information such as an organization code, a legal representative, and a company name of the merchant exists in a distributed account book, if the information such as the organization code of the payee merchant does not exist in the distributed account book, indicating that the payee merchant is different from the application, rejecting payment, and recording the organization code, the legal representative, and the company name information of the payee merchant in a blacklist.
