Abstract
The invention discloses an automatic performance detection system of a washing machine, which comprises: the instruction module is connected with the controller and is used for controlling the washing machine to perform water injection, water inlet distribution, heating, washing, spin-drying and water drainage functions and obtaining the running state of the washing machine; the acquisition module is connected with the A/D module and used for detecting corresponding physical quantities of vibration, water temperature, power and flow rate of the washing machine drum and sending analog signals to the A/D conversion module; the A/D conversion module is connected with the acquisition module and the controller and used for converting the analog signals acquired by the acquisition module into digital signals and sending the digital signals to the controller; the human-computer interaction module is used for controlling the work of the detection system and displaying the work state; and the controller is respectively connected with the instruction module, the A/D conversion module and the man-machine interaction module and is used for controlling the detection process and collecting and processing data. The detection system can orderly control and detect various performances of the washing machine; the detection efficiency is high, and the production automation and the digitization degree of the washing machine are improved.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an automatic performance monitoring apparatus, and more particularly, to an automatic performance monitoring apparatus of a washing machine.
Background
Washing machines are electric appliances that use electrical energy to generate mechanical motion for washing clothes, and in order to meet the demand and ensure the quality, each washing machine must be subjected to performance tests before leaving the factory. The washing machine further comprises a code scanning module, a warning lamp and a human-computer interaction module, wherein the code scanning module is connected with the controller and used for reading the serial number of the washing machine, the warning lamp is connected with the controller and used for displaying the running state and whether the product is qualified or not, the human-computer interaction module is a touch screen, the installation space can be saved, and the traditional button and keyboard mouse are replaced; the controller is at least one of singlechip, industrial computer, and collection module is sensor and corresponds the combination of installation mechanical structure, and the sensor includes temperature, velocity of flow, rotational speed, power, voltage sensor, and the sensor still includes revolution speed sensor, can detect drum washing machine's rotational speed, and the instruction module is serial ports instruction module.

The automatic performance monitoring device of the washing machine is applied to the pulsator washing machine and comprises an instruction module, an acquisition module, an A/D conversion module, a man-machine interaction module and a controller, wherein the instruction module is a serial port instruction module and is used for controlling the operation of the washing machine and acquiring the state of the washing machine, the acquisition module is used for detecting various performances of the washing machine by using temperature, flow rate, power and voltage sensors and transmitting analog signals to the A/D module, the A/D conversion module is connected with the acquisition module and is used for converting the analog signals into digital signals and transmitting the digital signals to the controller, the man-machine interaction module is connected with the controller and is used for receiving instructions of an operator and displaying the state of a detection system, the man-machine interaction module is a touch all-in-one machine and is a device which can receive input signals such as a contact and has the function of an industrial control machine, after a graphic button, the controller is a combination of a single chip microcomputer and an industrial personal computer, the single chip microcomputer is connected with an instruction module, an A/D conversion module and the industrial personal computer and used for receiving and sending control instructions, obtaining A/D converter results and communicating with the industrial personal computer, the industrial personal computer is connected with a man-machine interaction module and the single chip microcomputer and used for processing operating personnel and displaying instructions, the performances of a water injection pump, a distributor box, a heater and a drainage pump of the washing machine are orderly controlled through the instruction module, and data are sent to the controller through the A/D conversion module by an acquisition module, so that various performances of the washing machine are automatically detected.

Claims (10)
1. An automatic performance detection system for a washing machine, comprising:
the instruction module is connected with the controller and is used for controlling the washing machine to perform water injection, water inlet distribution, heating, washing, spin-drying and water drainage functions and obtaining the running state of the washing machine;
the acquisition module is connected with the A/D module and used for detecting corresponding physical quantities of vibration, water temperature, power and flow rate of the washing machine drum and sending analog signals to the A/D conversion module;
the A/D conversion module is connected with the acquisition module and the controller and used for converting the analog signals acquired by the acquisition module into digital signals and sending the digital signals to the controller;
the human-computer interaction module is used for controlling the work of the detection system and displaying the work state;
and the controller is respectively connected with the instruction module, the A/D conversion module and the man-machine interaction module and is used for controlling the detection process and collecting and processing data.
2. The washing machine automatic performance detection system of claim 1, further comprising a network communication module connected to the controller for transmitting detection data to a manufacturing execution system on a production line, connected to the production line, and obtaining a current production status.
3. The washing machine automatic performance detection system of claim 1, further comprising a code scanning module coupled to the controller for reading a washing machine serial number.
4. The automatic performance detecting system of a washing machine according to claim 1, further comprising a warning lamp connected to the controller for displaying an operation state and whether a product is qualified or not.
5. The washing machine automatic performance detection system of claim 1, wherein the human-computer interaction module is a touch screen.
6. The washing machine automatic performance detection system of claim 1, wherein the controller is at least one of a single chip microcomputer and an industrial personal computer.
7. The washing machine automatic performance detection system of claim 1, wherein the collection module is a combination of sensors and corresponding mounting mechanisms.
8. The washing machine automatic performance detection system of claim 7, wherein the sensors include temperature, flow rate, speed, power, voltage sensors.
9. The washing machine automatic performance detection system of claim 7, wherein the sensor further comprises a rotational speed sensor.
10. The washing machine automatic performance detection system of claim 1, wherein the command module is a serial command module.
