Abstract
The invention discloses a control method, a water heater system and a computer readable storage medium. The water heater is provided with child bathing operation information, the child bathing operation information comprises a plurality of bathing stages which are set according to a time sequence in a preset time length and an outlet water temperature interval corresponding to each bathing stage, and the control method comprises the following steps: under the condition that a control instruction which runs by using the child bathing running information is obtained, obtaining the water outlet temperature corresponding to the water outlet temperature interval in each bathing stage according to the child bathing running information; and controlling the water heater to discharge water at the water outlet temperature. In the control method of the above embodiment, the water heater is controlled to output water at the water output temperature of the water output temperature interval corresponding to each bathing stage, so that bathing water with proper temperature can be obtained, and the bathing health and safety of children can be ensured.

That is, the controller 10 is configured to obtain the first shower stage, the second shower stage, the third shower stage, the first shower outlet water temperature interval, the second shower outlet water temperature interval, and the third shower outlet water temperature interval according to the child shower operation information, control the water heater 100 to outlet water at the outlet water temperature corresponding to the first shower outlet water temperature interval when the water heater 100 is in the first shower stage, control the water heater 100 to outlet water at the outlet water temperature corresponding to the second shower outlet water temperature interval when the water heater 100 is in the second shower stage, and control the water heater 100 to outlet water at the outlet water temperature corresponding to the third shower outlet water temperature interval when the water heater 100 is in the third shower stage.
Therefore, the water heater 100 is controlled to operate at the outlet water temperatures corresponding to the different outlet water temperature intervals in the first shower stage, the second shower stage and the third shower stage in the bathing process, so that the water heater 100 can provide a proper outlet water temperature of the water heater 100 for each time in the bathing process of children, and the healthy bathing requirements and good comfort level of the children are met.
In this embodiment, the outlet water temperatures corresponding to the first, second, and third shower outlet water temperature intervals are all less than or equal to 40 ℃. Therefore, the condition that children are scalded due to overhigh temperature of the outlet water of the water heater 100 can be avoided.
In the present embodiment, when the outlet water temperature is higher than 40 ℃, the water heater 100 is controlled to send out alarm information, or the water heater 100 is controlled not to discharge water. Thus, the safety of the water heater 100 may be improved.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the child shower operation information of the present embodiment is set by analyzing the variation of the ambient temperature and the human body function in the bathing process in advance. The child shower operation information of the present embodiment includes a first shower stage, a second shower stage, and a third shower stage that are continuous within a preset duration, and a first shower leaving water temperature interval corresponding to the first shower stage, a second shower leaving water temperature interval corresponding to the second shower stage, and a third shower leaving water temperature interval corresponding to the third shower stage. The water heater 100 is controlled to operate at the outlet water temperature corresponding to the shower stage in different shower stages, so that a reasonable temperature change trend can be provided for the whole bathing process, the physiological function of children can be adapted, and the change trend of the environmental temperature and the humidity can be adapted.
In particular, the first shower phase is mainly the wetting and rinsing body phase. The temperature of the children is sensitive, the shower running information of the children needs to be set relatively stably, the metabolism speed of the children is high, and the children are afraid of heat. In the first shower phase, the temperature of the first shower outlet water temperature interval cannot be set too high or too low. Since too low a temperature may tend to catch a cold in children and too high a temperature may cause discomfort in children. This shower stage can set up different first shower leaving water temperature intervals according to the difference in season. For example, a first shower outlet temperature interval may be set to 37-38 ℃ in the summer. The first shower outlet temperature interval may be set to 38-39 deg.c during winter.
In the second shower stage, the cleaning bath stage. The constitution of children is sensitive. Therefore, in the shower stage, the change range of the outlet water temperature is not too large, and the second shower outlet water temperature interval is set to be 38-40 ℃. Likewise, the shower phase may set different second shower outlet temperature intervals depending on the season. For example, the second shower outlet water temperature interval may be set to 38-39 ℃ in the summer. The second shower outlet temperature interval may be set to 39-40 ℃ in the winter season.
In the third shower phase, the skin temperature rises, the heart rate increases, the body temperature continues to rise slowly, comfortable hot bathing is not recommended to last too long, and the shower phase requires a proper slight reduction in water temperature. This shower stage can set up different first shower leaving water temperature intervals according to the difference in season. For example, the first shower outlet temperature interval may be set to 38-37 ℃ in the summer. The first shower outlet temperature interval may be set at 39-38 ℃ during the winter season.
In one embodiment, the child's bathing time is not recommended to be set too long, preferably the preset time period is set to 10 minutes, the first shower period is set to 2-3 minutes, the second shower period is set to 4-5 minutes, and the third shower period is set to 2-4 minutes. Referring to fig. 7, the child shower operation information includes a child shower curve, which is a relationship curve of the water outlet temperature of the water heater 100 and the time. The child shower curve is shown in fig. 7, and the preset time period is set to 10 minutes. The first shower period was three minutes, the second shower period was four minutes, and the third shower period was three minutes. Wherein the first to third minutes are the first shower phase, and the outlet water temperature of the water heater 100 is set to 38 ℃ in the first minute, 38 ℃ in the second minute, and 39 ℃ in the third minute. The fourth to seventh minutes are the second shower phase, with the leaving water temperature of the water heater 100 set at 39 ℃ for the fourth minute, 40 ℃ for the fifth minute, 40 ℃ for the sixth minute, and 39 ℃ for the seventh minute. Wherein the eighth to tenth minutes are the third shower phase, and the outlet water temperature of the water heater 100 is set to 38 ℃ at the eighth minute, 38 ℃ at the ninth minute, and 37 ℃ at the tenth minute. It should be noted that the child shower curve is not limited herein, and the child shower curve with continuously changing temperature may be combined by selecting appropriate outlet water temperatures in the first shower outlet water temperature interval, the second shower outlet water temperature interval, and the third shower outlet water temperature interval according to actual conditions.
In some embodiments, a control method comprises:
and controlling the water heater 100 to operate at a preset outlet water temperature under the condition that the bathing time length is detected to exceed the preset time length.
The control method of the above embodiment can be realized by the controller 10 of the embodiment of the present invention. The controller 10 is configured to control the water heater 100 to operate at a preset outlet water temperature when it is detected that the bathing time duration exceeds a preset duration. Thus, the outlet water temperature of the water heater 100 can be guaranteed to always meet the comfort requirements of infants and children.
Specifically, the preset time period set in the infant bath operation information may be 10 minutes. When the bathing time in the bathing process exceeds 10 minutes, the water heater 100 can be controlled to discharge water at a constant water outlet temperature of 38 ℃. The preset water outlet temperature accords with the bath comfort of the infant. The preset time length set in the bathing operation information of the children can also be 10 minutes. Under the condition that the bathing time in the bathing process exceeds 10 minutes, the water heater 100 can be controlled to discharge water at the constant water outlet temperature of 38 ℃.
Referring to fig. 8, in some embodiments, the control method includes:
step S310, acquiring the current date of the use place of the water heater 100;
step S320, determining season information according to the current date;
and step S330, determining the starting temperature of the water outlet temperature interval corresponding to each bathing stage according to the seasonal information.
The control method of the above embodiment can be implemented by the water heater 100 of the embodiment of the present invention. Step S310, step S320 and step S330 can be implemented by the controller 10. That is, the controller 10 is configured to obtain a current date of the usage place of the water heater 100, determine seasonal information according to the current date, and determine a starting temperature of an outlet water temperature interval corresponding to each bathing stage according to the seasonal information. Therefore, the initial temperature of the water outlet temperature interval corresponding to each bathing stage is determined according to the seasonal information, and the water outlet temperature which is more suitable for the comfortable sensation of a user can be obtained.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the water heater 100 may be connected to a network server through the wireless network module 40, and the water heater 100 may obtain a current date of a use place of the water heater 100 from the network server, and obtain the season information according to the current date. The season information includes spring, summer, fall and winter. Setting and determining the initial temperature of the water outlet temperature interval corresponding to each bathing stage in different seasons. For example, in the child shower operation information in summer, it may be set that the starting temperature of the first shower leaving water temperature section in the first shower phase is 37 degrees, the starting temperature of the second shower leaving water temperature section in the second shower phase is 38 degrees, and the starting temperature of the third shower leaving water temperature section in the third shower phase is 37 degrees. In the winter shower operation information for children, it may be set that the starting temperature of the first shower leaving water temperature section in the first shower phase is 38 degrees, the starting temperature of the second shower leaving water temperature section in the second shower phase is 39 degrees, and the starting temperature of the third shower leaving water temperature section in the third shower phase is 38 degrees. In other embodiments, the starting temperature of the water temperature interval may be set according to actual requirements, and is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 9, in some embodiments, the control method includes:
step S410, acquiring the ambient temperature of the water heater 100;
and step S420, determining the initial temperature of the water outlet temperature interval corresponding to each bathing stage according to the ambient temperature.
The control method of the above embodiment may be implemented by the water heater 100 of the embodiment of the present invention. Both steps S410 and S420 can be implemented by the controller 10. That is, the controller 10 is configured to obtain an ambient temperature of the water heater 100, and determine a starting temperature of the water outlet temperature interval corresponding to each bathing stage according to the ambient temperature. Therefore, the initial temperature of the water outlet temperature interval corresponding to each bathing stage is determined according to the ambient temperature, and the water outlet temperature more suitable for the comfort of a user can be obtained.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the ambient temperature may be detected by the temperature sensor 40, and the water heater 100 may acquire the ambient temperature by the temperature sensor. In this embodiment, the initial temperatures of the water outlet sections corresponding to different environmental temperature ranges may be preset. In one embodiment, where the ambient temperature is between 25 ℃ and 35 ℃, the child shower operation information may be configured such that the starting temperature of the first shower leaving water temperature interval in the first shower phase is 37 ℃, the starting temperature of the second shower leaving water temperature interval in the second shower phase is 38 ℃, and the starting temperature of the third shower leaving water temperature interval in the third shower phase is 37 ℃. In the case where the ambient temperature is between 15 ℃ and 24 ℃, the child shower operation information may be set such that the starting temperature of the first shower outlet temperature section in the first shower phase is 38 ℃, the starting temperature of the second shower outlet temperature section in the second shower phase is 39 ℃, and the starting temperature of the third shower outlet temperature section in the third shower phase is 38 ℃. In other embodiments, the starting temperature of the water temperature interval may be set according to actual requirements, and is not limited herein.
In some embodiments, the multiple outlet water temperature intervals correspond to multiple outlet water temperatures, the multiple outlet water temperatures are arranged in a size sequence, and the difference between two adjacent outlet water temperatures is not greater than a preset value. Therefore, more comfortable bathing effluent can be provided for infants and children. In one embodiment, the difference between the temperatures of two adjacent effluent water is not more than 1 ℃.
Specifically, infants and children are sensitive to the temperature change of bath water, the change process of the set water outlet temperature is a slow change process, such as 37-38-39-38-37 ℃, and the difference between the two adjacent water outlet temperatures is not more than 1 ℃. It is understood that the difference is the difference between the larger one of the two adjacent outlet temperatures minus the smaller one of the two adjacent outlet temperatures. That is, the span of two adjacent outlet water temperatures does not exceed ± 1 ℃.
Referring to fig. 10, in some embodiments, the control method includes:
step S510, correcting the outlet water temperature of the outlet water temperature interval corresponding to each bathing stage according to the regulation condition of the outlet water temperature under the condition that the outlet water temperature of the water heater 100 is detected to be regulated;
and step S520, controlling the water heater 100 to discharge water according to the corrected outlet water temperature.
The control method of the above embodiment can be implemented by the water heater 100 of the embodiment of the present invention. Both steps S510 and S520 can be realized by the controller 10. That is, the controller 10 is configured to correct the outlet water temperature of the outlet water temperature interval corresponding to each bathing stage according to the adjustment condition of the outlet water temperature when it is detected that the outlet water temperature of the water heater 100 is adjusted, and control the water heater 100 to discharge water according to the corrected outlet water temperature.
Therefore, the corrected child bathing operation information can be acquired according to the actual requirements of the user, and the method is wide in application range and high in flexibility.
Specifically, the control center of the water heater 100 calls the child bathing operation information, controls the electronic thermostatic valve of the water heater 100 to respond according to the temperature setting of the child bathing operation information, and adjusts the water outlet temperature at the water outlet end of the water heater 100, and during the bathing process, if the water outlet temperature of the bathing causes discontent of a user who is using the water heater, the water outlet temperature can be adjusted in a manual or intelligent voice control mode. The temperature control can be performed by taking 1 minute as a temperature control unit, or can be more refined, and one temperature unit is updated or changed within 30 seconds. When the user adjusts the temperature of the outlet water temperature interval corresponding to the high-temperature zone (for example, the second bath outlet water temperature interval or the second shower outlet water temperature interval), the outlet water temperature interval before or after the outlet water temperature interval is adjusted accordingly. When the user adjusts the temperature of the outlet water temperature interval corresponding to the low temperature zone (for example, the first bath outlet water temperature interval or the first shower outlet water temperature interval), the outlet water temperature interval before or after the outlet water temperature interval can be correspondingly adjusted according to the actual situation.
In one embodiment, in the infant bath operation information, the first bath stage corresponds to a first bath outlet water temperature interval, and the second bath stage corresponds to a second bath outlet water temperature interval. And after the temperature of the water heater 100 is detected to be adjusted under the condition that the water heater 100 is in the first bath stage, the outlet water temperature of the first bath outlet water temperature interval and the outlet water temperature of the second bath outlet water temperature interval are correspondingly corrected. And when the water heater 100 is in the second bath stage, the outlet water temperature of the second bath outlet water temperature interval is correspondingly corrected after the temperature of the water heater 100 is detected to be adjusted.
In the child shower operation information, the first shower stage corresponds to a first shower outlet water temperature interval, the second shower stage corresponds to a second shower outlet water temperature interval, and the third shower stage corresponds to a third shower outlet water temperature interval. After detecting that the temperature of the water heater 100 is adjusted while the water heater 100 is in the first shower phase, the first shower outlet water temperature interval, the second shower outlet water temperature interval, and the third shower outlet water temperature interval are modified correspondingly. After detecting that the temperature of the water heater 100 is adjusted while the water heater 100 is in the second shower phase, the second shower outlet water temperature interval and the third shower outlet water temperature interval are correspondingly modified. The third shower outlet water temperature interval is correspondingly modified upon detecting that the temperature of water heater 100 is adjusted while water heater 100 is in the third shower phase.
In the above embodiment, the infant bath operation information or the child shower operation information is actively selected through the control panel of the water heater 100, the remote control device or the mobile phone APP connected to the water heater 100, or directly in a voice control manner, and when it is detected that the outlet water temperature of the water heater 100 is adjusted, the water heater 100 may memorize and store the modified infant bath operation information and the child shower operation information, and when the water heater 100 is used next time, directly call the modified infant bath operation information and the child shower operation information.
Referring to fig. 11, a computer-readable storage medium 300 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes computer-readable instructions, and when the computer-readable instructions are executed by the processor 400, the processor 400 executes the control method according to any of the above embodiments.
For example, referring to fig. 1, the computer readable instructions, when executed by the processor 400, cause the processor 400 to perform the steps of:
step S20, under the condition that a control instruction operated by the child bathing operation information is obtained, obtaining the water outlet temperature corresponding to the water outlet temperature interval in each bathing stage according to the child bathing operation information;
and step S40, controlling the water heater 100 to discharge water at the outlet water temperature.
In the computer-readable storage medium 300 of the above embodiment, the water heater 100 is controlled to output water at the output water temperature of the output water temperature interval corresponding to each bathing stage, so that clean bathing water with proper temperature can be obtained, children can be protected doubly, and bathing health and safety of the children can be guaranteed.

and determining the initial temperature of the water outlet temperature interval corresponding to each bathing stage according to the seasonal information.

acquiring the ambient temperature of the water heater;
and determining the initial temperature of the water outlet temperature interval corresponding to each bathing stage according to the environment temperature.

A water heater system, characterized in that the water heater system comprises a water heater and a controller, the water heater system is preset with child bathing operation information, the child bathing operation information comprises a plurality of bathing stages set in time sequence within a preset time length and an outlet water temperature interval corresponding to each bathing stage, and the controller is configured to execute the steps of the control method according to any one of the preceding claims 1 to 7.
9. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium containing computer-executable instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the processors to perform the steps of the control method of any one of claims 1-7.
