In this context, the term "shower/rinsing device" is intended to mean, in the case of the corresponding embodiments of the invention, not only the actual shower device used by the user for showering, but also other rinsing devices used by the user for rinsing himself or for carrying out appropriate body care measures, such as brushing teeth and the like, and also combinations of such actual shower devices and rinsing devices. Similarly, the terms "shower/rinse location", "shower/rinse process control unit", "shower/rinse program data" and the like shall denote the relevant location or process, the relevant control unit or the relevant program data and the like herein. Furthermore, for the sake of simplicity, the designation "shower … …" is intended here to include the designation "rinse … …" also representatively and synonymously, as long as this is meaningful to the person skilled in the art. In other words, the invention encompasses not only a pure shower device with a shower stall or the like but also a pure shower device with a shower tray or the like, but also a combined shower and shower device with the features or functions specified. In a corresponding embodiment, the shower/rinsing device is integrated directly into the building-side floor or the building-side ceiling or wall, i.e. the water can flow out directly from the ceiling, for example in the form of water jets.
The shower point or shower space can be, for example, a shower in a bathroom or a bathtub in which a shower is located. The flushing point or flushing station can be, for example, a flushing table or sink or likewise a bathtub. The water discharge unit can for example comprise one or more water spray units of a shower device for discharging corresponding water spray jets, such as a head water spray or a hand water spray or a side water spray, or one or more water spray units arranged at the flushing site, to name a few of these conventional components as typical examples. The term "water spray unit" is used here for the sake of simplicity to include all common sanitary or water discharge fittings, such as those provided on wash basins or wash stands, including the actual water spray unit as well as mixing fittings and other water discharge tap fittings. Also known as such are upstream components for water and for controlling the water, such as a water inlet line and an actuatable flow control valve and/or a temperature control valve.
The shower/rinse program determines the shower/rinse process with a time profile of the shower/rinse process, which includes the usual parameters influencing the shower/rinse process, such as the water temperature, the water pressure, the time profile of the activity of the respective water spray unit and/or the selection of a plurality of possible water spray jet types. Depending on the system specifications of the shower/rinse device (also referred to herein simply as shower system or rinse system), the shower/rinse program can take into account or change additional, more precisely peripheral shower/rinse parameters in terms of theme, such as different lighting effects, music or other sounds that can be played at the shower/rinse site, such as rain sounds and/or video that occur in nature, and/or aromatic effects that can be provided at the shower/rinse site, and/or air/ambient temperature, and/or wind ducts, and/or ventilators, and/or steam/fog effects, and/or coloration of the shower water.

Disclosure of Invention
The object of the present invention is to provide a sanitary shower/rinsing device of the type mentioned at the outset which is able to offer the user a further improved shower/rinsing comfort compared to the prior art described above or a shower experience which corresponds to his current specific requirements.
The present invention solves this problem by providing a sanitary shower/rinsing device having the features of claim 1.
The sanitary shower/rinsing device according to the invention comprises: a drainage unit configured for draining water at a shower/rinse location, and a situation acquisition unit configured for acquiring current shower/rinse situation data and comprising a user identification unit configured for identifying a user at the shower/rinse location and a user status acquisition unit acquiring at least one user status parameter indicative of the current status of the user at the shower/rinse location, including a possibility of acquiring directly in the form of a sensor and/or indirectly from information of an external source, such as a smartphone or the like. The shower/rinse data includes corresponding current user identification data and current user status data. Furthermore, the shower/rinse device comprises a shower/rinse process control unit which is configured to store shower/rinse program data and to variably generate shower/rinse program recommendation data depending on shower/rinse situation data currently acquired by the situation acquisition unit. Furthermore, the shower/rinse process control unit is configured to determine a current shower/rinse program if shower/rinse program recommendation data is used and to control the respectively activated shower/rinse process with the water discharged by the water discharge unit in accordance with the determined current shower/rinse program.
The shower/rinsing device thus characterized offers the user high shower/rinsing comfort and the prerequisite for a large variability and an optimal adaptation capability of the shower/rinsing process desired or suitable for the respective user. For this purpose, the situation detection unit identifies a user at the shower/rinse location for whom a shower/rinse process is to be activated by means of its user identification unit. For the identification, the subscriber identification unit is implemented in any known implementation for this purpose, for example in the case of the use of a camera, an identity transmitter or in the case of the use of a required user input with which the user can suitably inform his identity. The situation acquisition unit acquires at least one user status parameter in the form of a sensor by means of its user status acquisition unit and/or from information from an external source, whereby the shower/rinse device learns the current status of the user at the shower/rinse site. Accordingly, the shower/rinse situation data acquired by the situation acquisition unit comprises the relevant current user identification data and current user status data. The shower/rinse process control unit can then variably generate shower/rinse program instruction data as a function of the shower/rinse situation data currently acquired by the situation acquisition unit and, using the shower/rinse program instruction data, determine the current shower/rinse program for the user and actuate the water discharge unit accordingly.
The shower/rinsing device according to the invention therefore has the capability of providing the following shower/rinsing process for the respective shower/rinsing user: the shower/rinse process does not need to be run according to a fixed shower/rinse program, which is programmed in advance by the user, for example, but can take into account the current state of the user in approximately real time by correspondingly adapting the shower/rinse program defining the shower/rinse process. The user therefore does not have to actively take care of the changes to the shower/rinse program previously programmed by the user and stored on the system side or to be satisfied with the previously stored shower/rinse program. In this case, the shower/rinse system automatically takes into account the current state of the user or a change in its current state from what was assumed when a possible previous shower/rinse program was programmed and adapts the current shower/rinse program to this.
In one refinement of the invention, the water discharge unit is configured to variably control at least one shower/rinse parameter belonging to the group consisting of parameters relating to the type of water jet, the direction of the water jet, the water jet temperature, the water jet pressure, the water jet flow rate, water jet additives, air humidity, audio performance, video presentation, lighting effects and heating of the shower/rinse location. Thus, the drain unit can provide the user with the best shower/rinse effect, depending on the desired function and implementation.
In a development of the invention, the shower/rinse process control unit is configured to make the shower/rinse program recommendation data available to the user and to determine the shower/rinse program recommendation data as shower/rinse program data for the current shower/rinse program in response to a user confirmation input. This provides the user with the option of accepting or rejecting or modifying the shower/rinse program advice generated on the system side by confirmation.
In a further development of the invention, the at least one user state parameter comprises at least one physical parameter of the user and/or at least one parameter which is dependent on the user environment. This makes it possible to take into account the respective user-related influencing variables for optimally setting up the current shower/rinse process. The parameters of the body of the user can be acquired by corresponding conventional sensor units, such as are known, for example, from the health and fitness field and smart home field. Likewise, parameters relevant to the user environment can also be acquired by corresponding conventional sensor units, as are known to those skilled in the art for this purpose.
In one embodiment of the invention, the at least one parameter of the body of the user is one of the parameters from the group consisting of parameters relating to pulse, blood pressure, blood oxygen content, breathing rate, body temperature and body weight. This advantageously represents influencing variables which are to be taken into account for the optimal planning of the current shower/rinse process and which are also relevant in particular for health.
In one embodiment of the invention, the at least one environment-related parameter is one of the parameters from the group consisting of parameters relating to wake-up time, day of work, fitness activity, room temperature, outside air temperature and weather data. This makes it possible to take into account the corresponding influencing variables from the user's environment in order to optimally schedule the current shower/rinse process.
In a further development of the invention, the shower/rinse process control unit is configured for storing a plurality of different base-scenario shower/rinse programs and for taking into account the stored base-scenario shower/rinse programs when generating shower/rinse program recommendation data. This capability of the shower/rinse process control unit enables the typical basic scenario to be stored as a rough pre-adjustment for the respectively desired shower/rinse program. Such basic scenarios can be, for example, fitness shower/rinse programs, health shower/rinse programs, enjoyment shower/rinse programs, care shower/rinse programs and/or quick shower/rinse programs. In this case, the shower/rinse device can select one of these basic programs as a function of the identified user and the acquired current shower/rinse situation data and, if appropriate, suggest a contextually optimal shower program or rinse program by generating corresponding shower/rinse program advice data.
In a further development of the invention, the shower/rinse process control unit is configured for determining historical shower/rinse activity data and for taking into account the historical shower/rinse activity data when generating shower/rinse program recommendation data. With this capability of the shower/rinse process control unit, the shower/rinse device can advantageously use the previous shower/rinse activity of the respective user for finding the shower/rinse process which is currently optimal for it.
In a further development of the invention, the shower/rinse process control unit is designed to learn itself by means of historical shower/rinse activity data and is configured to take the learned data into account when generating shower/rinse program recommendation data. This capability of the shower/rinse process control unit contributes to a large extent to the fact that the shower/rinse device can suggest to the respective user, in the best possible manner, the shower/rinse program that is currently optimal for this. By virtue of the ability of the shower/rinse process control unit to learn itself by virtue of the user's previous shower/rinse activities, the shower/rinse process control unit can in this way empirically recognize possible preferences of the user and be used initially for future shower/rinse program recommendations.
In a development of the invention, the shower/rinse process control unit is configured for user input of shower/rinse preference data and for taking the shower/rinse preference data into account when generating shower/rinse program recommendation data. The user can thus advantageously preset or inform the shower/rinse device of shower/rinse preferences, i.e. one or more shower/rinse programs, which are usually preferred by the user. The shower/rinse preferences can also include personalized target settings, such as enhancing the immune system, promoting blood flow, reducing pain, health preserving effects, and the like. This in turn enables the shower/rinse device to seek the best shower/rinse program at the moment for the user in the best possible way.
Drawings
In the drawings, there is shown advantageous embodiments of the invention. These and other advantageous embodiments of the invention will be explained in more detail below. Here:
FIG. 1 shows a schematic block diagram of a sanitary shower apparatus, and
fig. 2 shows a flow chart for illustrating the flow of a shower process that can be carried out by the shower device according to fig. 1.
Detailed Description
Fig. 1 schematically shows only the components of interest here of a sanitary shower device having a drain unit 1 (here in particular a water spray discharge unit), a situation detection unit 2 and a shower process control unit 3. The water discharge unit 1 is configured for discharging water (here in particular water sprays) at a shower site 4, such as a shower stall, shower cubicle or the like. The situation detection unit 2 is configured to detect the current shower situation data Dsd, for example using a user state sensor system, and comprises a user identification unit 2a and a user state detection unit 2 b.
As shown, in the respective embodiments, the drainage unit 1 comprises a drainage end piece 1b and a drainage control member 1a that operates the drainage end piece 1 b. The discharge end part 1b typically comprises one or more shower head units and optionally conventional terminal equipment for generating audio effects, video effects and/or light effects and/or fragrance effects. The outlet control 1a comprises suitable conventional control components, such as a controllable valve unit or the like.
The user identification unit 2a is configured to identify a user 5 at the shower site 4 and to provide corresponding user identification data Bid. For this purpose, the user identification unit 2a can for example comprise a camera or a user input interface at which the user 5 can identify himself or a reader for an identity transmitter worn by the user 5. In this user identification, the user 5 need not necessarily be located at the shower site 4 itself, in other words, the user 5 can also be located in other rooms of his apartment, for example.
The user status acquisition unit 2b acquires at least one user status parameter indicating the current status of the user 5 at the shower site 4 and provides corresponding user status data Bzd. Accordingly, the shower situation data Dsd contains the current user identification data Bid and the user status data Bzd and is transmitted from the situation detection unit 2 to the shower process control unit 3 via the associated communication connection 6, the communication connection 6 being able to be any conventional wired or wireless connection.
The shower process control unit 3 is configured to variably generate shower program recommendation data Dvd depending on the shower situation data Dsd currently acquired by the situation acquisition unit 2. Furthermore, the shower process control unit 3 is configured to store shower program data. Furthermore, the shower process control unit 3 is configured to determine a current shower program using the shower program recommendation data Dvd and to control the respectively activated shower process with the water discharged by the water discharge unit 1 in accordance with the determined current shower program. For this purpose, the shower process control unit 3 suitably controls the water discharge unit 1 by means of corresponding shower program control data Dpd, which is transmitted via an associated communication connection 7, the communication connection 7 being able to be any conventional wired or wireless connection, optionally the same as the communication connection 6 between the situation acquisition unit 2 and the shower process control unit 3.
In an advantageous embodiment, the shower device, as in the exemplary embodiment shown, includes an information channel 8 with a user interface 8a on the user side or on the shower site side, and the shower process control unit 3 can make the user 5 aware of the generated shower program recommendation data Dvd for the shower process in question via the information channel 8. The user 5 can then confirm or reject or modify the shower program recommendation data Dvd through the user interface 8 a.
In order to activate the shower process in question, the shower process control unit 3 then controls the water outlet unit 1 with current shower program data Dpd which corresponds to the shower program recommendation data Dvd with the modifications desired on the part of the user.
In a corresponding embodiment, the drain unit is configured for variably manipulatable variation of one and preferably a plurality of shower parameters. This can include, among others: the variable setting of the type of water jet, the direction of the water jet, the water jet temperature, the water jet pressure and/or the water jet flow and optionally additional measures of the shower enclosure, such as the addition of additives, in particular fragrances, musical or other sound effects, visual demonstrations, the setting of the air humidity at the shower site 4, the generation of light effects and the tempering of the shower site, which for example includes the possibility of heating the shower bath and/or of warming a towel, a bathrobe or the like by means of activation of a heating body.
In a corresponding embodiment, the at least one user state parameter Bzd includes one or more user physical parameters and/or one or more user context related parameters. As parameters of the body of the user, for example, the pulse, the blood pressure, the blood oxygen content, the breathing rate and/or the weight can be detected by the situation detection unit 2, so that the shower process control unit 3 can take these data into account when determining the optimal shower program. Sensor units suitable for this are known per se to the person skilled in the art and therefore need not be explained in detail here. In a corresponding embodiment, the situation acquisition unit 2 acquires such parameters regarding wake-up time, day time, weekday, fitness activity, room temperature, outside air temperature, and weather data, for example, as parameters relating to the user environment. Sensor units or detection units suitable for this are known per se to the person skilled in the art and therefore need not be explained in detail here.
In a corresponding embodiment, the shower process control unit 3 is configured to store a plurality of different basic situation shower programs and to take the stored basic situation shower programs into account when generating the shower program recommendation data Dvd. Such basic scenarios can be, for example, fitness shower programs, health shower programs, enjoying shower programs, nursing shower programs and/or quick shower programs. The fitness shower program can, for example, include an initial active program portion, a subsequent massage program portion, and a final cold shower portion. The health shower program can include, for example, an introductory shower with gentle showers, salt vapors and/or volatile oils, a subsequent shower with a hot/cold alternating shower and finally a shower with different massaging water sprays. The enjoyable shower program can include, for example, automatic control of fragrance effects, musical effects, and lighting effects, use of soft water spray beams in water sprays, and foam additives. The care shower program can include, for example, the use of a gentle rain spray and the addition of shampoo or body care agents to the water spray. The quick shower program can be characterized by a time-efficient shower process with a relatively short duration of the shower process.
In a corresponding embodiment, the shower process control unit 3 is configured to determine historical shower activity data and to take the historical shower activity data into account when generating the shower program recommendation data Dvd. For this purpose, the shower process control unit 3 can, for example, acquire: the user 5 has often previously interrupted the shower process and/or readjusted the water temperature and/or changed the spray type and/or modified the shower program recommendation data made known to him. If the user 5 changes the initial water temperature of 38 ℃ to 39.5 ℃ always at the beginning of a shower session, for example in the morning, the shower session control unit 3 can recognize this and set the initial temperature to 39.5 ℃ in the future for the shower program recommendation data of the morning shower session. Similarly, in a corresponding embodiment, the shower apparatus is capable of generating shower program recommendation data taking into account expected activity characteristics of a corresponding user by: in addition to the historical shower activity data, personalized and personal parameters are also taken into account, such as the moment of getting up or going to sleep, whether a weekday or a holiday, whether an entry is present in the calendar of the user 5, whether the user has planned an athletic activity and, if so, which athletic activity is present, etc.
In a corresponding embodiment, the shower process control unit 3 is designed to learn itself by means of historical shower activity data and is configured to take the learned data into account when generating the shower program recommendation data Dvd. The shower apparatus is thus able to provide shower program suggestions to the user 5 that match his shower activities or modifications of suggested programs performed in the past.
In a corresponding embodiment, the shower process control unit 3 is configured for user input of shower preference data and for taking these shower preference data into account when generating shower program recommendation data Dvd. This enables the shower device to take into account its preference for carrying out a shower process for the respective user 5 already when generating the shower program proposal, so that the program proposal is usually already very close to or already corresponds to the user's current desire. Such preferences can relate in particular to the type of spray, the water temperature, the water pressure and/or possibly different shower time intervals or the duration of the shower section of the shower process.
Fig. 2 shows a block diagram of a flow of a shower process which can be carried out by the shower device according to fig. 1. First, in an initial method step 10, the user identity and the current status of the user 5 are acquired by the situation acquisition unit 2. In a next step 20, the shower device generates a proposal for a shower program that is to be found as optimal for the user 5 in the present case, taking into account the current shower situation data Dsd and, if appropriate, stored shower program data Dsd, which relate, for example, to shower preferences preselected by the user 5, to the relevant personalized and personal shower parameters of the user 5, to historical activity characteristics for this user 5 and/or to previously saved basic scenarios for the shower process.
In a next step 30, the shower device or more precisely the shower process control unit 3 makes the user 5 aware of the suggested shower program. In a subsequent step 40, the user 5 can confirm or reject the shower program proposal or modify the shower program proposal with respect to one or more shower parameters.
Subsequently, the shower process control unit 3 subsequently initiates a shower process and executes it in accordance with the suggested and possibly modified shower program in the associated method step 50. For this purpose, the shower process control unit 3 controls the water outlet unit 1 by means of the corresponding current shower program data Dpd.
During or after the shower process, as an optional system function, the shower apparatus acquires possible activities of the user 5 during or at the end of the shower process by means of the situation acquisition unit 2 and/or the shower process control unit 3 in a final step 60. With this functionality, the shower device can set up and re-determine historical activity signatures for the respective user 5, which, together with the current status data and depending on the circumstances of other influencing parameter data (such as such shower preferences with respect to the user 5 and/or with respect to basic scenarios generally desired by the user), can be used for future formulation of shower program recommendations for this user.
The invention has been described above in one embodiment in the form of a pure shower device, whereas in an alternative embodiment the invention is realized in the form of a pure shower device having features and functions corresponding to the shower device explained above or in the form of a corresponding combined shower and shower device. In the case of a flushing device, it is possible, for example, to provide a plurality of different water spray or drainage units at the respective flushing positions with the flushing station, such as a water spray/drain unit for water spray/water jets that are directed obliquely from the rear upper side to the front lower side into the water collection area of the rinsing table, and/or a unit for water jets/water jets emitted in the form of fountain beams upwards from the outlet area of the rinsing station itself (for example the area of its water collecting area) (wherein such water jets are particularly well suited for hair and/or beard rinsing), and/or a unit for a laminar jet injected into the water collection area of the rinsing station from above (which laminar jet is for example well suited for hand washing, tooth cleaning etc.), the last-mentioned water spray or drain unit can also be a common tap drain fitting, for example.
As is evident from the shown and other above explained embodiments, the invention provides a very advantageous shower and/or rinsing device which is capable of finding and carrying out the shower/rinsing program which is optimal for each user at any time. The shower/rinse device is capable of providing a user with a personalized shower/rinse experience that best matches his current life situation. To this end, the shower/rinse device can employ a predetermined basic program, a predetermined informed user preference, historical shower/rinse activity and/or personalized predetermined informed target settings to determine the best shower/rinse procedure at hand, depending on the system specifications.
