Description

Analog sollen vorliegend die Begriffe Dusch-/Waschort, Dusch-/Waschvorgang, Dusch-/Waschvorgangssteuereinheit, Dusch-/Waschprogrammdaten etc. den betreffenden Ort bzw. Vorgang, die betreffende Steuereinheit bzw. die betreffenden Programmdaten etc. bezeichnen. Der Einfachheit halber soll vorliegend zudem die Bezeichnung "Dusch..." stellvertretend und synonym auch die Bezeichnung "Wasch..." umfassen, soweit dies für den Fachmann sinngebend ist. Mit anderen Worten umfasst die vorliegende Erfindung sowohl reine Duscheinrichtungen mit einer Duschkabine oder dgl. als auch reine Wascheinrichtungen mit einem Waschtisch oder dgl. als auch kombinierte Dusch- und Wascheinrichtungen mit den angegebenen Merkmalen bzw. Funktionalitäten. Waschtischen vorgesehen sind, einschließlich eigentlichen Brauseeinheiten sowie Mischerarmaturen und andere Wasserauslaufhahnarmaturen. Die Kommunikationseinrichtung kann z.B. mit einem Smartphone oder Tablet kommunizieren und/oder als eine Schaltzentrale fungieren, um eine Vielzahl von Sanitäreinrichtungen über eine App zu steuern, alternativ über eine Cloud einschließlich der Möglichkeit einer Einbindung in eine Smart-Home-Steuerung. Die erfindungsgemäße sanitäre Dusch-/Wascheinrichtung beinhaltet eine Wasserabgabeeinheit, die zur Abgabe von Wasser an einem Dusch-/Waschort konfiguriert ist, sowie eine Situationserfassungseinheit, die zur Erfassung von aktuellen Dusch-/Waschsituationsdaten konfiguriert ist und eine Benutzeridentifikationseinheit, die zur Identifikation eines am Dusch-/Waschort befindlichen Benutzers konfiguriert ist, sowie eine Benutzerzustandserfassungseinheit umfasst, die wenigstens einen Benutzerzustandsparameter erfasst, der für einen momentanen Zustand des Benutzers am Dusch-/Waschort indikativ ist, einschließlich der Möglichkeit einer direkten sensorischen Erfassung und/oder einer indirekten Erfassung aus Informationen externer Quellen, wie Smartphones etc. Die Dusch-/Waschsituationsdaten umfassen entsprechende aktuelle Benutzeridentifikationsdaten und aktuelle Benutzerzustandsdaten. Weiter weist die Dusch-/Wascheinrichtung eine Dusch-/Waschvorgangssteuereinheit auf, die zur Abspeicherung von Dusch-/Waschprogrammdaten und zur Erzeugung von Dusch-/Waschprogrammvorschlagsdaten variabel in Abhängigkeit von den durch die Situationserfassungseinheit aktuell erfassten Dusch-/Waschsituationsdaten konfiguriert ist. Dazu erkennt die Situationserfassungseinheit über ihre Benutzeridentifikationseinheit den am Dusch-/Waschort befindlichen Benutzer, für den ein Dusch-/Waschvorgang aktiviert werden soll. Für diese Identifikation ist die Benutzeridentifikationseinheit in einer beliebigen der hierfür bekannten Realisierungen ausgeführt, z.B. unter Verwendung einer Kamera, eines Identitätssenders oder unter Verwendung einer angeforderten Nutzereingabe, mit welcher der Benutzer seine Identität geeignet mitteilen kann. Mit Hilfe ihrer Benutzerzustandserfassungseinheit erfasst die Situationserfassungseinheit sensorisch und/oder aus Informationen externer Quellen den wenigstens einen Benutzerzustandsparameter, wodurch die Dusch-/Wascheinrichtung über den momentanen Zustand des Benutzers am Dusch-/Waschort informiert wird.The shower/washing device characterized in this way offers the user a high degree of showering/washing comfort and offers the prerequisite for great variability and optimal adaptability of the shower/washing process desired or suitable for the respective user. Somit besitzt die erfindungsgemäße Dusch-/Wascheinrichtung die Fähigkeit, für den jeweiligen Dusch-/Waschbenutzer einen Dusch-/Waschvorgang bereitzustellen, der nicht nach einem feststehenden, z.B. vom Benutzer vorab erstellten Dusch-/Waschprogramm ablaufen braucht, sondern quasi in Echtzeit den momentanen Zustand des Benutzers durch entsprechende Anpassung des den Dusch-/Waschvorgang definierenden Dusch-/Waschprogramms berücksichtigen kann. Der Benutzer braucht sich folglich insoweit nicht selbst aktiv um eine Veränderung eines von ihm vorab erstellten und systemseitig abgespeicherten Dusch-/Waschprogramms kümmern oder sich mit dem vorab abgespeicherten Dusch-/Waschprogramm zufrieden geben.     - a situation detection unit (2), configured for detecting current showering/washing situation data (Dsd) and comprising a user identification unit (2a) configured for identifying a user located at the showering/washing place, and a user condition detection unit (2b) which detects at least one user condition parameter indicative of a momentary condition of the user at the showering/washing place, wherein the showering/washing situation data include corresponding current user identification data (Bid) and user condition data (Bzd), and
    - a showering/washing operation control unit (3), configured for generating showering/washing program recommendation data (Dvd) variable in response to the showering/washing situation data currently detected by the situation detection unit, for storing showering/washing program data, for setting a current showering/washing program using the showering/washing program recommendation data, and for controlling a respectively activated showering/washing operation with the water discharged by the water discharge unit according to the set current showering/washing program.
  2. Sanitary showering/washing device according to claim 1, wherein the water discharge unit is configured for variable controllable modification of at least one showering/washing parameter, which belongs to a group composed of parameters related to shower jet type, shower jet direction, shower water temperature, shower water pressure, shower water flow rate, shower water additives, air humidity, audio presentation, video presentation, light effect, and showering/washing place heating.
  3. Sanitary showering/washing device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the showering/washing procedure control unit is configured to make the showering/washing program recommendation data accessible to a user and set them as showering/washing program data for the current showering/washing program in response to a user acknowledgement input.
  4. Sanitary showering/washing device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the at least one user condition parameter comprises at least one user physical parameter and/or at least one user environment-related parameter.
  5. Sanitary showering/washing device according to claim 4, wherein the at least one user physical parameter is one of the group composed of parameters related to pulse, blood pressure, blood oxygen content, respiratory rate, body temperature, and body weight.

Sanitary showering/washing device according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the at least one user environment-related parameter is one of the group composed of parameters related to wake-up time, time of day, day of the week, fitness activity, room temperature, outside air temperature, and meteorological data.
  7. Sanitary showering/washing device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the showering/washing operation control unit is configured for storing a plurality of different basic scenario showering/washing programs and for considering the stored basic scenario showering/washing programs in the generation of the showering/washing program recommendation data.
  8. Sanitary showering/washing device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the showering/washing operation control unit is configured for obtaining historical showering/washing activity data and for considering the historical showering/washing activity data in the generation of the showering/washing program recommendation data.
  9. Sanitary showering/washing device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the showering/washing operation control unit is configured for user input of showering/washing preference data and for considering the showering/washing preference data in the generation of the showering/washing program recommendation data.
