Except that the central heating area can solve the heating problem in the catering industry, other units which cannot perform central heating can achieve the dual functions of cooking and heating through the device, and a large amount of hot water generated in the catering industry without heating can meet the requirements of drinking and kitchen water, including vegetable washing, dish washing and the like. The heating efficiency of the device reaches 92.25%, and the cooking firepower intensity reaches 5.65 kilowatts.
