The different features in the different embodiments described below can be combined with each other to form further embodiments within the scope of the application.
In order to solve the problem that appears among the prior art, this application provides a can retrieve commodity circulation packing plant who recycles, and the device adopts two lock mechanisms, utilizes this mechanism, can solve the recovery problem of commodity circulation packing to reduce the parcel use amount of logistics distribution trade, avoid the waste of resource, and green more.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic view of an apparatus for receiving a logistics object according to one embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the apparatus 100 may include a body 110, a first electronic lock 120, and a second electronic lock 130.
In the present application, the body 110 of the device 100 may be a logistics wrap bag as shown in fig. 1, a logistics packaging box for containing logistics objects, or any other packaging body suitable for containing logistics objects. The logistics object described in the present application refers to an object for logistics distribution, such as goods. The body 110 may have an opening 111, and the logistic objects may be accessed through the opening 111. In fig. 1, the opening 111 is in a closed state. When a user needs to take out the logistics object from the device 100 or store the logistics object in the device 100, the opening 111 can be opened by opening the first electronic lock 120, so that the logistics object can be accessed.
The first electronic lock 120 is disposed on the body 110 (e.g., may be located at the opening 111). The first electronic lock 120 has a first catch (not shown in fig. 1) by which the opening 111 can be locked and/or unlocked. The first electronic lock 120 shown in fig. 1 is in the form of a key lock, and a user may open a buckle of the electronic lock by typing a preset password on keys of a lock body, thereby opening the opening 111 of the body 110, but the present application is not limited thereto. For example, a two-dimensional code may be disposed on the lock body of the first electronic lock 120, and the user may scan the two-dimensional code using the mobile terminal to perform an unlocking operation. The first electronic lock 120 may take any form suitable for locking the opening 111, and particularly, the body 110 of the device 100 may be a logistics packaging bag as shown in fig. 1, a logistics packaging box for containing logistics objects, or any other packaging body suitable for containing logistics objects, so that a person skilled in the art can select a suitable form of the first electronic lock 120 according to the form of the body 110.
The second electronic lock 130 may have a lock body 131, a second catch 132, and a third catch 133. The lock body 131 of the second electronic lock 130 is disposed separately from the body 110 of the device 100, and the second catch 132 and the third catch 133 are respectively lockably connected to the body 110 of the device 100. As shown in fig. 1, the lock body 131 of the second electronic lock 130 of the apparatus 100 may be fixed to the rack 200, and in a practical application scenario, the rack 200 may be located at a site or facility such as a logistics distribution point or a goods self-service point. Since the second catch 132 and the third catch 133 of the second electronic lock 130 are respectively and lockably connected to the body 110 of the device 100, when the second catch 132 and the third catch 133 of the second electronic lock 130 are locked, the body can be hung on the hanger 200. Thus, the end user of the logistics distribution can only open the first electronic lock 120 to take out the logistics object from the body 110 of the apparatus 100 or put the logistics object into the body 110 of the apparatus 100, but cannot open the second electronic lock 130 to take the whole apparatus 100 off the hanger 200. And only the logistics distribution personnel has the right to open the first electronic lock 120 and the second electronic lock 130 at the same time, so that the device 100 is entirely removed from the hanger 200. That is, the dual-lock mechanism of the device 100 can both enable the user to access the logistics objects and logically prevent the user from taking the device 100 off the rack, which results in the device 100 not being reused. Therefore, the recycling problem of logistics packaging is solved, the package usage amount of the logistics distribution industry is reduced, resource waste is avoided, and the logistics packaging bag is more green and environment-friendly.
According to one embodiment of the present application, the first electronic lock 120 may be a passive electronic lock. In this case, since the first electronic lock 120 itself is passive, power required by the first electronic lock 120 when operating may be obtained through the second electronic lock 130 (which will be described in detail below). Thus, when the logistics operator or manager opens the second electronic lock 130 to remove the body 110 of the device 100 (with the first electronic lock 120 thereon) from the hanger 200, the body 110 and the passive first electronic lock 120 as a whole can meet the requirements of aviation use. Therefore, the device can meet the requirements of air transportation, and the application field becomes wider.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating an electrical connection relationship between a first electronic lock and a second electronic lock according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the second catch 132 and the third catch 133 of the second electronic lock 130 may be used as a positive pole and a negative pole, respectively, and electrically connected to the first electronic lock 120, thereby supplying power to the first electronic lock 120. Since the second catch 132 and the third catch 133 of the second electronic lock 130 are respectively and lockably connected to the body 110, when the second catch 132 and the third catch 133 are lockingly connected to the body 110, they can be respectively and electrically connected to the first electronic lock 120, for example, through contacts on the first electronic lock 120, so as to supply power to the first electronic lock 120.
According to one embodiment of the present application, the second electronic lock 130 is an active electronic lock. A power module (not shown) is provided in the second electronic lock 130, and may be a battery module, for example. The power module may be electrically connected to the second and third latches 132 and 133 to supply power to the first electronic lock 120.
According to another embodiment of the present application, the second electronic lock 130 is a passive electronic lock. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram showing an electrical connection relationship of the first electronic lock and the second electronic lock according to the embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, the passive second electronic lock 130 has electrical connection contacts 134, 135 to receive externally supplied power. For example, as shown in fig. 1, an external power source 300 may provide power to the second electronic lock 130 through the electrical connection contacts 134, 135 via the power-capable pylon 200. Referring to fig. 3 again, in the second electronic lock 130, the electrical connection contacts 134 and 135 may be electrically connected with the second latch 132 and the third latch 133, respectively. As described above, the second catch 132 and the third catch 133 of the second electronic lock 130 may be used as a positive pole and a negative pole, respectively, and electrically connected to the first electronic lock 120, so that power may be supplied to the first electronic lock 120.
Those skilled in the art can understand that appropriate electronic locks can be respectively selected as the first electronic lock 120 and the second electronic lock 130 according to actual needs, and the positions, shapes, connection manners, and the like of the buckles of the first electronic lock and the second electronic lock can also be configured according to actual use situations.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a method for receiving or distributing a logistics object using the above apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 4, the method 400 may include steps S410 to S430. In step S410, an unlocking signal issued for the first electronic lock is received. When the logistics end user needs to open the device 100 to put in or take out the logistics objects, the first electronic lock of the device 100 can be operated to be opened. For example, if the first electronic lock is a combination lock, the user needs to input a corresponding combination; if the first electronic lock is a two-dimensional code electronic lock, the user can scan the two-dimensional code by using the mobile terminal to perform unlocking operation and the like. Then, at the device end, an unlocking signal for the first electronic lock is received.
Subsequently, in step S420, in response to the unlocking signal, the first electronic lock is opened so that the opening of the body of the device is opened. When the device 100 confirms that the unlocking signal input by the user is a correct signal, the first electronic lock can be unlocked, so that the body opening of the device can be opened, and the user can put in or take out the logistics object.
In step S430, after the physical distribution object is put into or taken out of the device, the first electronic lock is controlled to lock the opening of the body. After the user finishes the operation of putting the object into the apparatus 100 or taking the object out of the apparatus 100, the first electronic lock of the apparatus 100 may be controlled to be locked, so that the body opening of the apparatus 100 is closed. Thereby, the operation of receiving or distributing the physical distribution object can be completed.
Although the above description includes many specific arrangements and parameters, it should be noted that these specific arrangements and parameters are merely illustrative of one embodiment of the present application. This should not be taken as limiting the scope of the application. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, additions and substitutions are possible, without departing from the scope and spirit of the application.
