As shown in fig. 1, a filter screen 31 is arranged outside the first end of the dredging pipe 30, and the filter screen 31 is used for preventing impurities from entering the dredging pipe 30 and preventing the dredging pipe 30 from being blocked; the second end of the dredging pipe 30 is provided with a valve 32 which is used as a switch for controlling the dredging pipe 30.
