Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical treatment and health, and particularly relates to a medical protective fabric and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Medical protective clothing is protective clothing used by medical staff (doctors, nurses, public health staff, cleaning staff, etc.) and people who enter specific medical and health areas (e.g., patients, hospital visitors, staff entering infected areas, etc.). The function of the dust remover is to isolate germs, harmful ultrafine dust, acid-base solution, electromagnetic radiation and the like, thereby ensuring the safety of personnel and keeping the environment clean. However, the material of the fabric of the existing medical protective clothing on the market is generally non-woven fabric, and the surface of the fabric is coated by using an auxiliary agent, and then the fabric is made into the protective clothing. Although the effect of isolation can be achieved, the protective clothing fabric is poor in air permeability, low in strength, easy to damage and not easy to form, and meanwhile, due to the fact that the antistatic performance and the static attenuation performance are poor, certain static electricity is easy to be carried in the wearing and using process.

Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is specifically described below with reference to an embodiment, and the invention discloses a medical protective fabric, which is shown in fig. 1 and comprises a base fabric layer and a highly air-permeable and moisture-permeable microporous membrane material layer 3 arranged on one side of the base fabric layer, wherein the base fabric layer comprises an antistatic characteristic fabric layer 2 and a hydrophobic layer 1 arranged on the antistatic characteristic fabric layer, and the antistatic characteristic fabric layer 2 is an antistatic woven fiber fabric. The hydrophobic layer 3 is a polytetrafluoroethylene layer or other similar hydrophobic material layers, and tightly coats the anti-static woven fiber cloth to completely lock fibers therein so as to achieve better hydrophobicity.
The highly air-permeable and moisture-permeable microporous membrane material layer can be made of PU or polytetrafluoroethylene, and other materials can be adopted, but the air permeability of the highly air-permeable and moisture-permeable microporous membrane material layer must meet the requirement that the air permeability reaches at least one billion/m2The pore diameter is between 10nm and 1000 nm. The air holes in the invention are 100 hundred million-900 hundred million/m2In the meantime.
In order to more intuitively understand the structure and the performance of the material, the invention also discloses a preparation method of the medical protective fabric, which is shown by combining with figures 2-5 and comprises the following steps,
s1, weaving the warp and the weft into an anti-static woven fiber cloth through a yarn weaving machine, and performing oil surface calendering on the anti-static woven fiber cloth through a calender to reduce the fiber spacing; meanwhile, the oil surface calendering step also provides a better hydrophobic foundation for increasing the subsequent fiber infiltration area.
S2, soaking the anti-static woven fiber cloth processed by the S1 into polytetrafluoroethylene so that the whole anti-static woven fiber cloth forms a hydrophobic layer; due to the infiltration process, the polytetrafluoroethylene completely wraps the cloth, and meanwhile, the polytetrafluoroethylene is filled in fiber gaps in the cloth, so that the hydrophobicity is improved, and the breaking strength is further enhanced.
S3, compounding a highly air-permeable and moisture-permeable microporous membrane material layer on one side surface of the anti-static woven fiber cloth hydrophobic layer after the step S2 to form a forming fabric, and compounding the anti-static woven fiber cloth treated by the step S2 and the highly air-permeable and moisture-permeable microporous membrane material layer through gluing, heat sealing or combining processes.
And (3) performance testing:
in order to better test the performance of the fabric, 3 fabric samples were taken and subjected to comprehensive performance tests on the protection, which are specifically shown in table 1.
Table 1: and (5) a protective fabric performance detection table.
The data result shows that the protective fabric disclosed by the invention far exceeds the national standard, and due to the excellent performance of the protective fabric, the protective fabric has the possibility of being reused, the performance of the protective fabric cannot be influenced after 20 times of degerming and washing, and the input cost is greatly saved. When the fabric is used for medical protective clothing, the characteristics of washing resistance and no damage to performance effectively avoid the problem of protective material shortage caused by disposable use of the protective fabric in the existing market.
In order to better illustrate the air permeability of the fabric, the fabric of the present invention is subjected to further electron microscope experiments, and as shown in fig. 6-7, fig. 6 is an electron microscope image when the highly air and moisture permeable microporous membrane material layer is not covered yet, at this time, the black dots in the figure are air holes which are distributed in different sizes and have sizes of 10nm-1000nm, and after the highly air and moisture permeable microporous membrane material layer is plated, as shown in fig. 7, the air holes basically cover the surface, so that the fabric has a better air permeability effect under the condition that the fabric can meet the requirements of spunlace.
The fabric can be prepared into corresponding medical protective clothing, and in order to reduce friction on the high-air-permeability and moisture-permeability microporous membrane material layer and prolong the service life of the clothing when the protective clothing is prepared, the high-air-permeability and moisture-permeability microporous membrane material layer is arranged on the inner side surface of the protective clothing.
There are, of course, many other specific embodiments of the invention and these are not to be considered as limiting. All technical solutions formed by using equivalent substitutions or equivalent transformations fall within the scope of the claimed invention.
