Abstract
The invention discloses a flame-retardant fiber, and relates to the technical field of materials. The flame-retardant fiber comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 50-70% of flame-retardant viscose; 15-25% of polyester staple fiber; 15-25% of low-melting point polyester staple fiber. The flame-retardant fiber produced by the formula of the invention has no substances harmful to human body, and has enough safety; and the product has good flame retardant effect and can meet the flame retardant regulation standard of the CFR-1633 in the United states.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of materials, in particular to a flame-retardant fiber.
Background
More than 60% of indoor fires worldwide are currently caused by textiles, and more than 80% of fire deaths are due to inhalation of toxic smoke or suffocation. With the development of human civilization and the establishment of fire safety regulations in various countries, higher and higher requirements are put forward on flame retardant materials. From the beginning, only the flame retardant property of the material is considered to meet the requirements of the flame retardant material on environmental protection, health care, appearance, comfort and the like.
The flame retardant material of the prior mattress generally adopts glass fiber or flame retardant cotton. The glass fiber has a good flame retardant effect, but easily causes more dust particles, possibly causes skin allergy of a human body, and has certain potential safety hazard; the flame-retardant effect of the existing flame-retardant cotton is poor. Mattresses using both of these materials fail to meet the CFR-1633 fire resistance code of the united states.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a flame-retardant fiber which has the characteristics of harmlessness to human bodies and good flame-retardant effect.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the solution of the invention is:
the flame-retardant fiber comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 50-70% of flame-retardant viscose; 15-25% of polyester staple fiber; 15-25% of low-melting point polyester staple fiber.
The proportion of the flame-retardant viscose is 70%, the proportion of the polyester staple fibers is 15%, and the proportion of the low-melting-point polyester staple fibers is 15%.
The low-melting-point polyester staple fibers comprise polyolefin low-melting-point fibers, polyamide low-melting-point fibers and polyester low-melting-point fibers.
The melting point of the low-melting-point polyester staple fiber is 110 ℃.
After the technical scheme is adopted, the flame-retardant fiber produced by the formula of the invention has no substances harmful to human bodies and has enough safety; and the product has good flame retardant effect and can meet the flame retardant regulation standard of the CFR-1633 in the United states.
The invention has higher durability, can provide enough supporting force to prevent the mattress from deforming, and can replace the sponge material of the mattress, reduce the material consumption and reduce the cost; the product of the invention can adjust the hardness of the mattress by adjusting the hardness of the flame-retardant fiber when in use, and has flexibility in use.
Detailed Description
In order to further explain the technical solution of the present invention, the present invention is explained in detail by the following specific examples.
The invention relates to a flame-retardant fiber, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
50-70% of flame-retardant viscose;
15-25% of polyester staple fiber;
15-25% of low-melting point polyester staple fiber.
Among the above-mentioned components, fire-retardant viscose mainly plays fire-retardant effect, and the polyester staple fiber can increase the fluffy degree of final product, and low melting point polyester staple fiber plays the bonding effect, can improve the support nature and the rebound resilience rate of product finally to have the fast characteristics of burning.
Further, the proportion of the flame-retardant viscose is 70%, the proportion of the polyester staple fibers is 15% and the proportion of the low-melting-point polyester staple fibers is 15%.
The low-melting-point polyester staple fiber comprises polyolefin low-melting-point fiber, polyamide low-melting-point fiber and polyester low-melting-point fiber.
The melting point of the low-melting polyester staple fiber is 110 ℃.
The following experimental data show the differences between glass fibers and the flame-retardant fibers of the invention:
compared with glass fibers, the flame-retardant fiber disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the combustion time is shorter, less heat is released, and the concentration of the final combustible is smaller, so that the flame-retardant fiber has better flame-retardant property.
Through the scheme, the flame-retardant fiber produced by the formula of the invention has no substances harmful to human bodies and has enough safety; and the product has good flame retardant effect and can meet the flame retardant regulation standard of the CFR-1633 in the United states.
The above embodiments are not intended to limit the form and style of the present invention, and any suitable changes or modifications made by those skilled in the art should be considered as not departing from the scope of the present invention.
