本发明涉及抗磨剂技术领域,具体涉及一种具有抗氧化效果的抗磨剂。
背景技术
在边界润滑中,当金属表面只承受中等负荷时,如有一种添加剂能被吸附在金属表面上或与金属表面剧烈磨损,这种添加剂称为抗磨添加剂。当金属表面承受很高的负荷时,大量的金属表面直接接触,产生大量的热,而抗磨剂形成的膜也被破坏,不再起保护金属表面的作用,如有一种添加剂能与金属表面起化学反应生成化学反应膜,起润滑作用,防止金属表面擦伤,甚至熔焊,通常把这种最苛刻的边界润滑叫做极压润滑,而这种添加剂称为极压添加剂。 在汽车零件的制作成产中,随时需要使用到挤压抗磨剂,但是很多挤压抗磨剂的耐磨性都不是很好,而且在使用了抗磨剂之后再零件相互摩擦之后都会留下很多划痕,这些划痕都会给后续的零件的加工和使用带来极大的不便。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种可以增加零件表面的硬度,提高其耐磨性,并可以对已经产生的磨损缺陷进行修复,以延长摩擦零件的工作寿命的极压抗磨剂。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现: 一种具有抗氧化效果的抗磨剂,按照质量份数计,有以下组分组成:
抗氧化剂 1-10%
氧化镁 0.5-6%
降凝剂 20-70%
磷酸酯 0.5-6%
镍粉 0.1-1%
正庚烷份 0.1-1%
硫化烷基酚钙 1-6%
二硫化钥 5-20%
该发明在使用的时候需要按照以下方法进行使用:使用时首先需要将上述各组分依次进行粉碎,并用80-100目的筛网进行筛选,筛选完成后将各组分的粉末均匀混合,然后在需要使用的零件表面进行涂抹就可以直接使用了; 同时还可以在润滑油中进行使用而用于润滑油时,在低温条件下,可以形成高硬度的金属陶瓷层,不仅具有极高的硬度,并具有极低的摩擦系数和与零件相近的温度膨胀系数,也可以用做于气缸,空气压缩机等机件的润滑油抗磨修复添加剂。
本发明的有益效果是:可以增加零件表面的硬度,提高其耐磨性,并可以对已经产生的磨损缺陷进行修复,以延长摩擦零件的工作寿命。
