The multifunctional petroleum extraction device of petroleum residues as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cleaning frame structure (13) comprises a control handle (131), a sealing cover (132), a connecting rod (133), a connecting plate (134) and a cleaning brush (135), the sealing cover (132) is inserted at the right side of the cleaning port (12) and is connected with the mixing barrel (1) through screws; the connecting rod (133) is mounted on the upper part of the left side of the sealing cover (132) in a screw mode; the connecting plate (134) is mounted on the left side of the lower part of the connecting rod (133) through screws.

8. The multifunctional petroleum extraction device of petroleum residues as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rubber sleeve (66) is sleeved outside the right end of the scraper (63).
9. The multifunctional petroleum extraction device of petroleum residues as claimed in claim 4, wherein the cross section of the sealing cover (132) is arranged in a convex shape, and the left side surface of the sealing cover (132) is further glued with a silica gel sealing gasket.
