The components in the first to fourth embodiments are selected within the range of the mass percentage content of the components, and the test results can meet the standard requirements, wherein the third embodiment has the best effect, and different embodiment proportions can be selected according to the actual situation on site. The obtained patching material is an organic-inorganic composite environment-friendly material, is simple to produce, and is non-toxic and pollution-free; the appearance quality of the concrete honeycomb and pitted surface can be effectively improved, the uniformity of the chromatic aberration of the surface of the member is improved, and the durability of the surface of the member is enhanced.
The invention aims to provide a concrete surface rapid repairing material and a preparation method thereof, which can obtain the repairing material capable of effectively improving the quality of the concrete surface by the preparation method of the concrete surface rapid repairing material according to the proportion of all components, effectively improve the appearance quality of concrete honeycombs and pitted surfaces, improve the uniformity of the surface color difference of a member and enhance the durability of the surface of the member.
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, the embodiments of the present invention are not limited to the details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications may be made to the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention within the technical idea of the embodiments of the present invention, and these simple modifications all fall within the protection scope of the embodiments of the present invention.

The concrete surface rapid repairing material is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: cement: 40.0% -60.0%; sulphoaluminate cement: 10.0% -20.0%; dihydrate gypsum: 5.0% -12.0%; borax: 0.5 to 0.8 percent; hydroxypropyl methylcellulose ether: 0.0 to 0.05 percent; polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent: 0.1 to 0.3 percent; silica fume: 5.0% -10.0%; microbeads: 2.0% -5.0%; fly ash: 5.0% -15%; and emulsion powder: 1.2 to 3.5 percent.

The concrete surface rapid repair material according to claim 1, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: cement: 60.0 percent; sulphoaluminate cement: 10.0 percent; dihydrate gypsum: 6.0 percent; borax: 0.5 percent; hydroxypropyl methylcellulose ether: 0.0 percent; polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent: 0.1 percent; silica fume: 5.0 percent; microbeads: 3.0 percent; fly ash: 14 percent; and emulsion powder: 1.4 percent.

The concrete surface rapid repair material according to claim 1, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: cement: 50.0 percent; sulphoaluminate cement: 15.0 percent; dihydrate gypsum: 9.0 percent; borax: 0.6 percent; hydroxypropyl methylcellulose ether: 0.02 percent; polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent: 0.2 percent; silica fume: 8.0 percent; microbeads: 4.0 percent; fly ash: 10 percent; and emulsion powder: 3.18 percent.

The concrete surface rapid repair material according to claim 1, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: cement: 54.0 percent; sulphoaluminate cement: 17.0 percent; dihydrate gypsum: 10.0 percent; borax: 0.7 percent; hydroxypropyl methylcellulose ether: 0.03 percent; polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent: 0.27 percent; silica fume: 9.0 percent; microbeads: 2.0 percent; fly ash: 5 percent; and emulsion powder: 2 percent.

The concrete surface rapid repair material according to claim 1, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: cement: 40.0 percent; sulphoaluminate cement: 20.0 percent; dihydrate gypsum: 12.0 percent; borax: 0.8 percent; hydroxypropyl methylcellulose ether: 0.05 percent; polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent: 0.15 percent; silica fume: 10.0 percent; microbeads: 5.0 percent; fly ash: 9 percent; and emulsion powder: 3 percent.
6. The concrete surface rapid repair material according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the cement is P.O52.5 cement.
7. The concrete surface rapid repair material according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the sulphoaluminate cement is sulphoaluminate cement 42.5.
8. The concrete surface rapid repair material according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the grade of the fly ash is ultra fine.
9. The concrete surface rapid repair material according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the latex powder is a re-dispersible latex powder.
10. The method for preparing the concrete surface rapid repair material according to any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:
s1) weighing the raw materials in proportion;
s2) adding water into the mixer according to the water-cement ratio of 0.2-0.4;
s3) adding the cement into the mixer;
s4) adding the dihydrate gypsum, the borax, the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether, the polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, the silica fume, the microbeads, the fly ash and the emulsion powder into the mixer;
s5) adding the sulphoaluminate cement into the mixer;
s6) stirring for a preset time to form the concrete surface quick repair material.
