The present application takes priority rights from Japanese patent application No. 2018-212434 (application date: 11/12/2018). This application incorporates by reference the entirety of this application.
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a tenter device that moves a roll of film, fabric, paper, or the like by gripping the roll with clips, and a heat treatment apparatus using the tenter device.
Background
Conventionally, a tenter device has been proposed, which includes: a fixing member composed of a plurality of jigs and pins for supporting both flange portions of the coil; tenter chains linking the holding members; and a tenter rail on which the fixing member connected to the tenter chain travels, and the web fixed by the fixing member travels on the tenter rail via the tenter chain (see, for example, japanese patent laid-open publication No. h 5-319648 and japanese patent laid-open publication No. 2010-247393).
In the tenter device as described above, when the width of the web to be conveyed is changed, the interval between the pair of left and right tenter chains is narrowed or widened. Even in this case, the endless tenter chain needs to be tensioned by an appropriate tension. However, when the width of the web is changed, there is a problem that the slack or tension of the tenter chain cannot be absorbed only by moving the position of the sprocket.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to provide a tenter device capable of tensioning a pair of left and right tenter chains without slack even when the interval between the tenter chains changes while changing the width of a web, and a heat treatment apparatus using the tenter device.

At this time, when the width of the coil W is changed from the narrow width L1 shown in fig. 1 to the wide width L2 (L2 > L1) shown in fig. 2, the distance between the pair of left and right first sprockets 18, 18 and the pair of left and right second sprockets 20, 20 needs to be increased.
If the distance between the first sprockets 18, 18 and the second sprockets 20, 20 is widened, the left and right endless tenter chains 14 are respectively loosened by the widened amount. Therefore, the operation is performed so that the tenter chains 14 in the loop shape on the left and right sides do not loosen.
First, as shown in fig. 1 and 9, when the width of the web W is L1, the feeding sprocket 28 is positioned on the feeding side of the first sprocket 18 and the fourth sprocket 24, and the first rail 201 and the fourth rail 204 are V-shaped. However, the angle θ 1 between the first rail 201 and the fourth rail 204 is as large as approximately 180 °.
Next, in order to widen the interval between the pair of left and right first sprockets 18 and 18, the operator rotates the left hand lever 98 shown in fig. 4 and 6 to move the left first sprocket table 60 in the left direction. Then, the first shaft 62 of the left first sprocket 18 also moves leftward. The operator also rotates the right hand handle 98, thereby moving the right hand first sprocket table 60 to the right. Then, the first shaft portion 62 of the right first sprocket 18 also moves rightward. Hereinafter, only the left side will be described, and the right side operates symmetrically with respect to the left and right.
Next, the left fourth sprocket 24 is fixed in the left-right direction, and when the left first shaft 62 moves in the left direction, the feed sprocket 28 is pushed toward the feed side by the V-shaped first rail 201 and the fourth rail 204 as shown in fig. 9, and moves in the feed direction. Thereby, as shown in fig. 2, an angle θ 2 formed by the first rail 201 and the fourth rail 204 is narrowed. This state will be described in detail. As shown in fig. 8, when the feeding sprocket 28 is moved to the feeding side by the first rail 201, the four casters 114 move on the tenter base 116. In this case, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the left-right direction is limited to the length of the long hole 120, and the front-back direction is limited to the length of the shaft 122, and the movement is performed smoothly. When the feed sprocket 28 moves, the fourth rail 204 also moves, and becomes a V-shape having an acute angle θ 2 as shown in fig. 2. This allows the endless tenter chain 14 to be moved in a tensioned state without being loosened.
Similarly, when the pair of right and left second sprockets 20 is widened in the right-left direction on the delivery side, the delivery sprocket 26 moves to the delivery side, and the endless tenter chain 14 can be moved in a tensioned state without being loosened.
When the coil W having the small width L1 is mounted from the state in which the coil W having the large width L2 is mounted, the handle 98 may be rotated in the opposite direction to the above-described direction.
(9) Effect
According to the present embodiment, when the first sprocket table 60 on the feeding side is moved in the left-right direction by the handle 98 in the case of mounting the web W having a large width, the feeding sprocket 28 is moved to the feeding side in accordance with the movement, and the endless tenter chain 14 can be held in a tensioned state without being loosened. Further, the feeding sprocket 26 also moves to the feeding side at the feeding side, and the endless tenter chain 14 can be held in a tensioned state without slackening. In this case, the movement of the fourth sprocket table 142 supporting the fourth sprocket 24 in the feeding direction by the tension applying device can be minimized.
Even if the length of the tenter chain 14 that has gone on the way enters the heat treatment chamber 12 and is elongated at a high temperature, the amount of the elongation can be absorbed by the movement of the first sprocket table 60, that is, the movement of the movement bearings 86 and 88 in the front-rear direction inside the slide rail 78. In particular, since the movement bearings 86 and 88 are rotatable, even if the slide rail 78 is moved in a state slightly displaced from the front-rear direction, the movement amount can be easily absorbed.
Further, if the slide rail 78 and the moving bearings 86 and 88 are provided, even if the distance between the first sprocket 18 and the second sprocket 20 is changed by widening or narrowing the interval between the pair of left and right tenter rails 200 positioned between the pair of left and right first sprockets 18 and the pair of left and right second sprockets 20, the change in the distance can be absorbed by the moving bearings 86 and 88 moving in the front-rear direction inside the slide rail 78.
(10) Modification example
In the above embodiment, the outgoing path of the tenter chain 14 is located inside the heat treatment chamber 12, and the returning path is located outside the heat treatment chamber 12, but instead, both the outgoing path and the returning path may be provided inside the heat treatment chamber 12.
In the present embodiment, the delivery sprocket 26 and the delivery sprocket 28 are provided on both the delivery side and the delivery side, but at least the delivery sprocket 28 may be provided.
In the above embodiment, the fixing member 16 is fixed by the pin 56, but the fixing member 16 may be a jig instead.
In the present embodiment, the web W is attached to the pair of left and right fixing members 16 in the opened state, but instead, the tenter device 10 may be used in order to widen the web W, that is, in order to make the web W have a constant width.
In the present embodiment, the handle 98 is manually rotated, but instead, the handle lever may be driven by a motor.
While one embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the embodiment is presented as an example and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention. These new embodiments can be implemented in other various forms, and various omissions, substitutions, and changes can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention. These embodiments and modifications thereof are included in the scope and gist of the invention, and are also included in the invention described in the claims and the equivalent scope thereof.
