Detailed Description
The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and specific examples.
Referring to FIG. 1, there is shown a front view of the fishing basket of the present invention in a deployed condition. FIG. 2 is a top view of the deployed condition of the disclosed junk basket. Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the fishing basket of the present invention includes:
the umbrella-shaped basket 20 with the central rod 10 is vertically arranged in the center, and the umbrella-shaped basket 20 can be unfolded towards the periphery of the central rod 10 to form an inverted umbrella shape with a containing space or folded towards the central rod 10;
a lifting rope 30 fixed on the top of the center pole 10, the lifting rope 30 being connected to a crane provided on the vessel 2, the umbrella-shaped basket 20 in the shape of an inverted umbrella being lifted by the crane and being placed in the water, the top edge of the umbrella-shaped basket 20 sinking under the self-weight; and
the buoyancy structure 40 is sleeved on the central rod 10 and floats on the water surface, and the buoyancy structure 40 is vertically slid on the central rod 10 and the lifting rope 30 in a tensioning state along with the up-and-down fluctuation of the waves 1, so that the top edge of the umbrella-shaped basket 20 is kept buried under water and is stable in position height, and the umbrella-shaped basket 20 can be conveniently lifted upwards for fishing.
Further, the top of the central rod 10 is detachably connected with an upper limiting member 50 for limiting the buoyancy structure 40, and the central rod 10 is provided with a lower limiting member for limiting the buoyancy structure below the upper limiting member 50. When the central rod 10 is provided with the upper limiting piece 50 and the lower limiting piece, the buoyancy structure 40 is limited on the central rod 10, and the device is suitable for being used under the sea condition of small sea waves. When the upper stop 50 of the central pole 10 is removed, the buoyant structure 40 can be moved onto the lifting rope 30 above the central pole 10 so that the basket is suitable for use in rough sea conditions.
Specifically, as shown in connection with FIG. 4, if the sea conditions are severe and the waves are high, the entire basket will quickly lift with the waves because the basket backbone and flexible net section will be quickly directed upward (or downward) when the total buoyancy is greater (or suddenly less) than the weight force, thereby making the basket very dangerous in the fishing process.
The working mode of the fishing basket under the severe sea condition is as follows: by removing the upper stop 50 at the top of the central pole 10, the umbrella basket 20 will sink under the influence of gravity without being affected by the buoyancy structure, and the lifting rope 30 is always in tension, and the buoyancy structure 40 can slide up and down on the central pole 10 and the lifting rope 30. Under this kind of mode of operation, buoyancy structure 40 reciprocates along with the wave surface, but umbrella basket 20 and flexible net are all the time below the surface of water, and the personnel of falling into the water are close to the grab rope 43 who grasps buoyancy structure 40 back, and crane lifting sling 30 promotes umbrella basket 20 upwards, can be safe quick drag for the personnel of falling into the water to can avoid appearing abominable sea condition, the salvage basket bruises the personnel of falling into the water or the problem that the personnel of falling into the water can't get into the salvage basket.
Specifically, in the high position of the wave 1, as shown in fig. 4, the buoyant structure 40 moves up onto the lifting line 30 to float on the surface of the wave 1, with the umbrella basket 20 at a certain height in the water. At the low level of the wave 1a, the buoyant structure 40a moves up onto the center pole 10a to float on the surface of the wave 1a, with the umbrella basket 20a thrown in the water at a certain height. The lifting umbrella salvaging basket is thrown into water, the umbrella-shaped basket 20 and the flexible net sink below the water surface under the action of gravity, and the buoyancy structure is limited by the upper limiting piece 50 and cannot move upwards continuously when reaching the top end of the central rod 10 under the action of buoyancy. This mode can only be used when rescue waters are small waves.
Specifically, referring to fig. 11, at the high position of the wave 1, the buoyant structure 40 floats on the surface of the wave 1, and the umbrella basket 20 is located at a certain height in the water. At the low position of the wave 1b, the buoyant structure 40b moves downward to float on the surface of the wave 1b, with the umbrella basket 20b descending, below the height position of the umbrella basket 20 at the high position of the wave 1. The height position of the umbrella basket 20b is easily changed and unstable. The mode can only be used when the waves in the rescue water area are small so as to avoid blocking salvage rescue.
In addition, no matter which working mode the fishing basket is in, the top edge of the umbrella-shaped basket 20 is below the water surface, so that the problem that the ordinary fishing basket needs to climb into the basket by a person falling into the water can be well solved, and the fishing basket is particularly important for fishing the injured or unconscious person falling into the water.
The fishing basket and the use method thereof for fishing personnel falling into water have the beneficial effects that:
the invention carries out rescue on water by adopting the umbrella-shaped basket which can be unfolded towards the periphery of the central rod to form the inverted umbrella with the containing space, after the use is finished, the umbrella-shaped basket can be folded towards the central rod for folding, the occupied space is small, and the arrangement is convenient, thereby solving the problems that the basket-shaped frame structure in the prior art occupies a large space when being stored, the ship deck is often dense, the space is very limited, the storage position of the previous salvage basket is very limited, the operation time in emergency salvage is influenced, and the rescue efficiency is influenced.
When the umbrella-shaped basket is unfolded for use, the umbrella-shaped basket sinks into water under the self-weight, and after the upper limiting piece is removed, the buoyancy structure is up and down glidingly arranged on the central rod and the lifting rope in the tensioning state along with the up and down fluctuation of the wave, so that the top edge of the umbrella-shaped basket is kept buried under the water and is highly stable, the umbrella-shaped basket is conveniently lifted upwards for fishing, and people falling into the water are easier to enter the salvage basket, so that the problems that the traditional basket-shaped structure is high in enclosure, and people falling into the water are injured or people falling into the water with lost consciousness can not float into the salvage basket are solved. On the other hand avoids the buoyant device and the salvage basket fixed connection of the salvage basket among the prior art, thereby buoyant device floats and receives the wave fluctuation influence in the surface of water to drive the salvage basket along with the wave fluctuation from top to bottom, does not have the wave compensation function, and the action of salvage basket sudden rising and falling under abominable sea condition can make the condition that the personnel that fall into water hardly get into the salvage basket.
While the present invention has been described in detail and with reference to the embodiments thereof as illustrated in the accompanying drawings, it will be apparent to one skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made therein. Therefore, certain details of the embodiments should not be construed as limitations of the invention, except insofar as the following claims are interpreted to cover the invention.
