Abstract
The invention discloses a taxi customer management system, comprising: the vehicle operation management system is used for receiving the customer order information and selecting the taxi meeting the customer requirements; the taxi management device is used for sending the current position information of the taxi to the vehicle operation management system, receiving order receiving scheduling of the vehicle operation management system and sending control information according to the customer order information; the seat adjusting device is used for realizing quantitative adjustment of seats carried by a client according to quantitative seat adjusting information provided by the taxi management device; a vehicle motion mode selection device for determining a motion mode of the vehicle during traveling according to vehicle motion mode selection information provided by the rental-vehicle management device; the vehicle shock-proof comfort level selection device determines the shock-proof soft and hard degree of a suspension when a vehicle runs according to vehicle shock-proof comfort level selection information provided by the taxi management device. The invention can provide services meeting individuation according to the requirements of customers.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of intelligent control of automobiles, in particular to a taxi customer management system.
Background
The existing taxi management system is very popular, and the functions of the system are generally only limited to services of taxi positioning, taxi service order dispatching and order receiving, and do not comprise more complex and more humanized experience services.

the vehicle motion mode selection device is connected with the taxi management device and transmits vehicle motion mode selection information provided by the taxi management device to a vehicle control system or a vehicle MCU of a taxi so as to determine a motion mode when the vehicle runs;
and the vehicle shock-proof comfort level selection device is connected with the taxi management device and transmits vehicle shock-proof comfort level selection information provided by the taxi management device to a vehicle suspension control system of the taxi so as to determine the shock-proof soft and hard degree of the suspension when the vehicle runs.
The system can adjust and transmit the position and the posture of the seat to the taxi according to the height and the requirement of the client, implement personalized adjustment, and transmit corresponding adjustment information to the taxi according to the personal preference and the weight of the client to adjust the motion mode and the shock-proof comfort level of the vehicle, thereby realizing personalized and customized service and leading the passenger to obtain the optimal riding experience.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the rental-vehicle customer management apparatus includes: the system comprises a vehicle operation management system, a taxi management device, a seat adjusting device, a vehicle motion mode selection device and a vehicle shock-absorbing comfort level selection device.
The vehicle operation management system is used for receiving the customer order information and selecting the taxi meeting the customer requirements nearby according to the vehicle configuration information required by the customer, the position of the customer, the real-time position information of the nearby taxi group and the taxi configuration information.
The taxi management device is connected with the vehicle operation management system, is loaded on a taxi, and is used for sending the current position information of the taxi to the vehicle operation management system, receiving order receiving scheduling of the vehicle operation management system, converting the preference information of a client, the height and weight information of the client and the number of passengers into seat adjustment quantitative information, vehicle motion mode selection information and vehicle shock-proof comfort degree quantitative adjustment information according to client order information, and sending the seat adjustment quantitative information, the vehicle motion mode selection information and the vehicle shock-proof comfort degree selection information to the corresponding seat adjustment device, the vehicle motion mode selection device and the vehicle shock-proof comfort degree selection device to realize corresponding preference adjustment.
The seat adjusting device is connected with the taxi management device and realizes the quantitative adjustment of the front and back of the seat carried by the client, the inclination angle of the backrest, the height of the cushion and the inclination posture of the cushion according to the quantitative seat adjusting information provided by the taxi management device. The seat adjusting device consists of a seat adjusting communication device, a corresponding digital transmission controller, a front-back position adjusting execution motor, a backrest inclination adjusting execution motor, a cushion height adjusting execution motor and a cushion inclination posture adjusting execution motor. The posture adjustment can be realized by adjusting the executing motor for a vehicle with a manually adjusted seat, and the posture adjustment can be realized by the seat adjusting communication device for a vehicle with an electric adjusting function of an external interface.
And the vehicle motion mode selection device is connected with the taxi management device and transmits the vehicle motion mode selection information provided by the taxi management device to a vehicle control system or a vehicle MCU of the taxi so as to determine the motion mode of the vehicle during running.
The vehicle shock-proof comfort level selection device is connected with the taxi management device and transmits vehicle shock-proof comfort level selection information provided by the taxi management device to a vehicle suspension control system of a taxi so as to determine the shock-proof soft and hard degree of the suspension when the vehicle runs.
The invention can realize the client car booking, driving order, the client seat posture, position adjustment, movement mode setting and shock-proof comfort level selection through the included calculation and control conversion device according to the requirements and physical signs of the client, thereby realizing the optimal riding experience.
The client renting the vehicle can transmit the information of the position of the client, the number of passengers, the sitting position after getting on the vehicle, the weight and height of the passengers and the sitting comfort degree to the vehicle operation management system through the network terminal; the vehicle operation management system selects and dispatches vehicles meeting the requirements of the customers according to the distance priority principle in the operation database according to the information of the customers, and locks the rented vehicles to generate orders; the vehicle operation management system transmits the detailed information of the customer order to a taxi management device allocated by the taxi; the taxi management device converts preference information, height and weight information of a client and the number of passengers into seat adjustment quantitative information, vehicle motion mode selection information and vehicle shock-proof comfort degree quantitative adjustment information, and sends the seat adjustment information, the vehicle motion mode selection information and the vehicle shock-proof comfort degree adjustment information to the corresponding seat adjustment device, vehicle motion mode selection device and vehicle shock-proof comfort degree selection device to realize corresponding sitting and riding comfort preference adjustment, and all the adjustments are completely adjusted and executed before the passengers get on the taxi.
The vehicle operation management system receives information sent by the client, contains the height of a client, seat preference, a motion mode and shock absorption hardness, sends an instruction to the order receiving vehicle, automatically selects a corresponding seat according to the requirement of the client, and adjusts the height, the distance and the shock absorption hardness of the corresponding seat. After a client gets on the bus, the client can adjust the seat through the self-carrying function of the commercial vehicle, or the requirement can be changed at any time through the vehicular APP on the front row and the rear row of the vehicle, and the requirement comprises a route, the height of the seat, the distance between the seats and a motion mode.

the seat adjusting device is connected with the taxi management device and realizes the quantitative adjustment of the front and back of the seat carried by the client, the inclination angle of the backrest, the height of the cushion and the inclination posture of the cushion according to the quantitative seat adjusting information provided by the taxi management device;
the vehicle motion mode selection device is connected with the taxi management device and transmits vehicle motion mode selection information provided by the taxi management device to a vehicle control system or a vehicle MCU of a taxi so as to determine a motion mode when the vehicle runs;
and the vehicle shock-proof comfort level selection device is connected with the taxi management device and transmits vehicle shock-proof comfort level selection information provided by the taxi management device to a vehicle suspension control system of the taxi so as to determine the shock-proof soft and hard degree of the suspension when the vehicle runs.

A taxi customer management system according to claim 1, wherein: the vehicle operation management system selects the taxi meeting the requirements of the client nearby according to the vehicle configuration information required by the client, the position of the client, the real-time position information of the nearby taxi group and the configuration information of the taxi.
