The invention discloses a small adjustable press machine which is characterized by comprising a pressure shaft arranged in a ball groove sleeve; two steel balls are symmetrically arranged at the waist part of the pressure shaft; a return spring is arranged between the part between the steel ball and the head of the pressure shaft and the ball groove sleeve, a conical surface sliding block is arranged inside the part between the steel ball and the tail of the pressure shaft, the conical surface of the conical surface sliding block faces the head of the pressure shaft and is arranged between the two steel balls, a plug screw is arranged inside the tail of the pressure shaft, and a pressure adjusting spring is arranged between the plug screw and the conical surface sliding block. The invention can realize pressure output within the range of 2-10 kilograms, not only ensures the installation precision, but also does not damage low-strength parts, and has light structure and convenient use. The invention can be directly operated by hands or connected to the existing press by using the adapter; the pressure needed to be used can be adjusted by adjusting the plug screw at the top.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a small adjustable press machine which is used for press-mounting low-strength parts and belongs to the technical field of machining equipment.
Background
The existing press machines are of several types, namely a pneumatic press machine, a hydraulic press machine and a mechanical press machine, although the pressure of the pneumatic press machine and the pressure of the hydraulic press machine are adjustable, the output pressure is generally over 50kg, and the mechanical press machine does not have the function of adjusting the pressure.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: the existing pneumatic and hydraulic presses have large output pressure, the output pressure of the mechanical hand presses cannot be controlled, and when parts with weak strength are pressed and installed, the parts are easily damaged.

Preferably, the return spring is arranged in a recess of the inner wall of the ball groove sleeve, and the end part of the pressure shaft is provided with a limiting structure for limiting the return spring.
Preferably, the tail of the pressure shaft and the edge of the ball groove sleeve are provided with silica gel gaskets.
The small adjustable pressure machine provided by the invention can realize pressure output within the range of 2-10 kilograms, not only ensures the installation precision, but also does not damage low-strength parts, and has the advantages of light structure and convenience in use. The invention can be directly operated by hands or connected to the existing press by using the adapter; the pressure needed to be used can be adjusted by adjusting the plug screw at the top.

In order to make the invention more comprehensible, preferred embodiments are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Examples
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the small adjustable press provided by the present invention includes a pressure shaft 3 disposed in a ball groove casing 2, one end of the pressure shaft 3 is a tapered head, and the other end is a planar tail, and the head and the tail of the pressure shaft 3 are respectively exposed from two ends of the ball groove casing 2. The waist of the pressure shaft 3 is symmetrically provided with two circular grooves, and steel balls 4 are arranged in the circular grooves. A return spring 5 is arranged between the part between the steel ball 4 and the head of the pressure shaft 3 and the ball groove sleeve 2, the return spring 5 is arranged in the recess of the inner wall of the ball groove sleeve 2, and the end part of the pressure shaft 3 is provided with a limiting structure for limiting the return spring 5. The installation process of the device is as follows:
gluing a silica gel gasket 1 on the end face of the ball groove sleeve 2, installing a conical surface slide block 6 into a central hole of the pressure shaft 3, and then sequentially installing a pressure regulating spring 7 and a plug screw 8 into the central hole of the pressure shaft 3; a return spring 5 is arranged in the pressure shaft 3 until the return spring is contacted with a limit structure, namely a step, at the tail part of the pressure shaft 3, two steel balls 4 are arranged in a circular groove at the outer edge of the pressure shaft 3, and then the head part of the pressure shaft 3 is inserted into the ball groove sleeve 2; finally, the clamp spring 9 is arranged on a clamp spring groove at the outer edge of the tail part of the pressure shaft 3. All moving parts are greased.
The output pressure of the pressure shaft 3 is adjusted by adjusting the plug screw 8, and the plug screw 8 is coated with thread compound for looseness prevention. When the ball groove pressing device is used, the ball groove sleeve 2 is held by a hand, and parts needing to be assembled are pressed by the head of the pressure shaft 3 until the ball groove sleeve 2 and the pressure shaft 3 slip. After the parts are pressed and assembled, the press machine is taken up, and the steel ball 4 in the circular groove of the pressure shaft 3 is reset under the action of the reset spring 5. Thereby facilitating the next operation.
After the pressure of the pressure adjusting spring 7 is adjusted, the steel ball 4 generates pressure on the ball groove sleeve 2, and when the press machine is used, the ball groove sleeve 2 overcomes the pressure of the steel ball 4 until the ball groove sleeve slips. The plug screw 8 is glued and prevented from loosening, the initial pressure of the steel ball 4 on the ball groove sleeve 2 is always consistent, the pressure output by the final pressure shaft 3 is always unchanged, and the consistency of the press-mounting force can be ensured, so that the press-mounting of parts is accurate and reliable.
