The invention discloses a valve polishing device convenient to adjust and used for sewage treatment, which comprises a workbench, wherein a valve to be polished is arranged on the workbench, and a first polishing wheel and a second polishing wheel for processing the valve are arranged at the edges of two sides of the valve; the workbench is connected with a power mechanism which can enable the workbench to rotate, and the polishing wheel I and the polishing wheel II are connected with the power mechanism. The valve polishing device for sewage treatment convenient to adjust is connected with a power mechanism through a workbench, so that a valve to be polished on the workbench can rotate automatically, the requirement for continuous manual adjustment of the angle of the valve is avoided, and the surface of the valve can be polished; the intermittent wheel is arranged, so that the valve has intermittent action when being polished, the surface of the valve is fully polished by the polishing wheel, and the processing quality is improved; the limiting mechanism is arranged in the workbench, so that the intermittent wheel is prevented from rotating in a non-meshed state to cause damage to the device.

Further, the intermittent wheel 9 is an incomplete bevel gear; the intermittent wheel 9 is in transmission engagement with the first bevel gear 10, and the intermittent wheel 9 is an incomplete bevel gear, so that the rotating shaft 8 drives the workbench 7 and the valve 00 to perform intermittent rotation, and the valve 00 is polished more fully by the first polishing wheel 6 and the second polishing wheel 14.

The working principle of the embodiment is as follows:
installing a valve 00 to be polished at the center of a workbench 7, starting a motor 2 to drive a driving shaft 3 to operate, wherein helical gears on the driving shaft 3 are respectively meshed with a first driving wheel 4, a discontinuous wheel 9 and a second driving wheel 12, and the rotating directions of a first polishing wheel 6 and a second polishing wheel 14 are opposite; because the intermittent wheel 9 is an incomplete bevel gear, the valve 00 makes intermittent motion along with the workbench 7, and the wall surface of the valve 00 has intermittent motion during polishing so as to ensure that the polishing is more sufficient; after polishing is completed, the motor 2 is closed, and the valve 00 is taken down.
Example 2
In the embodiment 1, the wall surfaces of the first polishing wheel 6 and the second polishing wheel 14 are working contact surfaces, so that large abrasion can occur in the working process, and the polishing precision of the valve 00 can be affected in the past; therefore, the present embodiment is improved on the basis of embodiment 1, and the improvement is as follows: on the premise of ensuring the machining precision, the wall surfaces of the first polishing wheel 6 and the second polishing wheel 14 are plated with wear-resistant coatings, so that the wear rate of the first polishing wheel 6 and the second polishing wheel 14 is reduced, and the service life of the whole device is prolonged.
