Description

Laser cleaning equipment
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of laser cleaning, in particular to laser cleaning equipment.
Background
Workpieces generate a large amount of impurities in the processing process, such as coated workpieces, and therefore the coated workpieces need to be cleaned, and the conventional cleaning method mainly adopts methods such as high-pressure water, chemical reagents, mechanical polishing and the like. These cleaning methods can only be used for removing rust, greasy dirt and surface particles on the surface of an object, have small cleaning precision and easily cause pollution to the environment.
At present, a laser cleaning machine is generally used for cleaning a workpiece, and no chemical reagent participates in the laser cleaning process, so that the environment protection is facilitated.
The principle of the laser cleaning machine is that a focused high-energy light beam acts on surface oxides to enable the oxides to be quickly gasified or to be separated from the surfaces of parts after oscillation and breakage so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning, but dust is generated in the process of laser cleaning, so that a corresponding dust removal structure is needed, an existing dust removal mechanism is usually arranged inside a case, air draft is carried out on the whole case for dust removal, and the dust removal effect is weak.

Furthermore, the shape of the air suction opening is a waist hole which is vertically arranged.
Furthermore, the laser cleaning head is also provided with a blowing structure for outputting protective gas, an air outlet of the blowing structure is aligned with the laser beam, and the air flow is approximately blown to the air suction opening.
Furthermore, the laser cleaning head includes the mirror device that shakes, the mirror device that shakes includes first mirror and the second mirror that shakes, first mirror and the second mirror that shakes is used for adjusting respectively laser beam is in the position on X direction and the Y direction, so that the scanning region of laser beam is the rectangular surface.
Further, the air draft channel surrounds the clearance area of the laser beam and is a rectangular surface corresponding to the scanning area.
Furthermore, the laser cleaning device further comprises an accommodating box, and one side of the accommodating box is tightly attached to the workbench of the laser cleaning device.
Further, still include the air conditioner, the air outlet of air conditioner with laser cleaning equipment's inside intercommunication.
Further, the laser cleaning device further comprises an operation panel, and the operation panel is connected to one side of the laser cleaning device in a hinged mode.
According to the invention, the air draft channel is relatively fixed with the laser cleaning head, and when the laser cleaning head is driven by the driving mechanism to be driven, the air draft channel moves along with the laser cleaning head, so that the dust removing capacity of a high-dust area at a processing position is enhanced; and then, the dust is removed in an all-around manner through the air suction opening for arranging the laser beam around the laser cleaning head so as to improve the dust removal capability.
