Abstract
The invention discloses a powder coating production line, which comprises an operation layer and an automatic batching layer, wherein the operation layer and the automatic batching layer are respectively arranged at the adjacent bottom layer and the upper layer of a production plant, the automatic batching layer comprises a batching blanking machine, an AGV feeding car, a conveying magnetic line and a feed opening, the batching blanking machine is arranged at the corner of the automatic batching layer, the mixer is internally provided with a feeding device which is respectively connected with a discharge opening of the batching blanking machine and is hermetically connected with the discharge opening through the feed opening and the AGV feeding car, and the feed opening is arranged at the tail end of a branch conveying line; the invention can greatly reduce the dust in the production process, realize the control of automatic batching and blanking equipment, realize the dispatching of a plurality of production lines, save manpower and improve the production efficiency.
