e. the image acquisition equipment acquires appearance information of the tableware, the type and the quantity of the tableware are judged by comparing the appearance information with preset image information in the control module, if the type and the quantity of the tableware cannot be calculated through the appearance due to overlapping, the weighing module generates the weight of all the tableware, the weight sum of the type of the tableware is judged to be smaller than the weight of the tableware weighed by the weighing module, the condition that the tableware is overlapped and covers partial complete appearance of the tableware is indicated, the weight of the tableware judged according to the appearance of the tableware is deducted on the basis of the total weight, the type and the quantity of the residual overlapped tableware are calculated according to the residual weight, and the type and the quantity of the residual overlapped tableware are stored in the data module;
f. the image acquisition module is arranged in the direction of the cabinet door to better acquire the tableware images.

5. A remote disinfection cabinet as claimed in claim 4 wherein said weight sensing means are provided in the form of four, one at each foot of said cabinet.

A remote disinfection cabinet as claimed in claim 4 or 5, wherein said comparison module is configured to set a range of predicted usage of each type of tableware per unit time to be customized according to restaurant traffic, which is statistically obtained according to the data of the past days.
7. The method for controlling a remote disinfection cabinet as claimed in claim 1, comprising the steps of:
1) placing one or more tableware into the disinfection cabinet in sequence;
2) the image acquisition equipment acquires image information of tableware entering the disinfection cabinet, and the weight detection device detects weight information of the tableware entering the disinfection cabinet and sends the weight information to the control module;
