As an alternative embodiment of the invention, the rice bran is rice bran powder, and the mesh number of the rice bran powder is 60-80 meshes. Typical, but non-limiting, mesh sizes of the rice bran powder are 60 mesh, 70 mesh, or 80 mesh.
As an alternative embodiment of the invention, the corn is corn flour, and the mesh number of the corn flour is 100-120 meshes. Typical, but non-limiting, corn flour has a mesh size of 100, 110, or 120.
By limiting the specific forms of the rice bran and the corn, the nutrient substances of the rice bran and the corn are facilitated to be easily contacted with fungi (saccharomycetes, bacillus subtilis, odor removing bacteria and the like) in the enzyme bath composition, so that the rice bran and the corn quickly act to achieve an ideal effect. If the grain size of the rice bran and the corn flour is too small, the appearance is obviously affected, nutrient substances are more difficult to be utilized by fungi, and if the grain size is too large, the air permeability of the enzyme bath composition is affected, and the temperature rise of the enzyme bath composition is further affected.
As an optional embodiment of the present invention, the raw materials of the ferment bath composition further include bacillus licheniformis, wherein the bacillus licheniformis is 0.5-1.0 part by weight; typical but non-limiting parts by weight of Bacillus licheniformis are 0.5 parts, 0.6 parts, 0.7 parts, 0.8 parts, 0.9 parts or 1.0 parts.
The addition of the bacillus licheniformis is beneficial to the enzyme bath composition for a longer high-temperature period. The bacillus licheniformis is facultative anaerobe and can continuously act on the ferment bath composition under the anaerobic condition, and the bacillus licheniformis is a thermotolerant bacterium, so that the high-temperature period of the ferment bath composition is longer.
As an alternative embodiment of the invention, the bacteria content of Bacillus licheniformis is 800-1200 billion cfu/g, and the bacteria content of typical but non-limiting Bacillus licheniformis is 800-820-840-850, 860-850, 900-900, 920-980, 940-950, 960-980, 1000-1020, 1050-1050, 1080-1080, 1100, 1120, 1150-1150, 1180 or 1200-1200 billion cfu/g.
As an optional embodiment of the invention, the mass content of the organic matters in the ferment bath composition is 75-85%; typical but non-limiting organic matter content in the ferment bath composition is 75%, 76%, 78%, 80%, 82%, 84%, or 85% by mass.
Preferably, the nitrogen content of the ferment bath composition is 3-7% by mass. Typical but non-limiting nitrogen content of the enzyme bath composition is 3.0%, 3.2%, 3.5%, 3.6%, 3.8%, 4.0%, 4.2%, 4.5%, 4.6%, 4.8%, 5.0%, 5.2%, 5.5%, 5.6%, 5.8%, 6.0%, 6.2%, 6.5%, 6.8%, or 7.0% by mass.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, there is also provided a preparation method of the ferment bath composition, comprising the steps of:
mixing the base material, rice bran, corn, saccharomycetes, bacillus subtilis, odor removing bacteria, water and optionally bacillus licheniformis according to the formula ratio, and fermenting to obtain the enzyme bath composition.
It is to be noted that "optionally" as used herein means that Bacillus licheniformis bacteria can be selectively added, either with or without addition.
The preparation method is simple and convenient to operate and easy to produce, and the obtained enzyme bath composition is stable in quality.
As an alternative embodiment of the invention, the temperature of the fermentation is from 55 to 70 ℃ and preferably from 56 to 68 ℃. Typical, but not limiting, fermentation temperatures are 55 deg.C, 56 deg.C, 58 deg.C, 60 deg.C, 62 deg.C, 64 deg.C, 65 deg.C, 66 deg.C, 68 deg.C, 69 deg.C or 70 deg.C.
As an alternative embodiment of the invention, the fermentation time is from 24 to 48 hours, preferably from 25 to 45 hours. Typical, but not limiting, fermentation times are 24h, 25h, 26h, 28h, 30h, 32h, 34h, 35h, 36h, 38h, 40h, 42h, 44h, 45h, 46h or 48 h.
The temperature rise period in the early stage of the enzyme bath composition is not too long by limiting the time in the fermentation process, and the medium stage of the enzyme bath composition which can be used is longer by limiting the temperature in the fermentation process. If the temperature is too high, the base material (pine wood chips and/or cypress wood chips) in the enzyme bath composition may be carbonized, thereby reducing the service life of the enzyme bath composition.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is also provided a use of the ferment bath composition. In view of the advantages of the enzyme bath composition, the enzyme bath composition has good application in enzyme baths.
The method for using the enzyme bath composition (i.e., the method for performing the enzyme bath) provided by the present invention is to embed the human body into the enzyme bath composition, and the embedding time can be determined according to the body condition of different people. Generally, the embedding time is 10-15 min.
The body can discharge a large amount of sweat by utilizing heat generated by fermentation of the enzyme bath composition, and the body can promote blood circulation of the body and discharge toxin in the body out of the body through the respiration of the skin under the action of beneficial micromolecules such as enzyme, so that the effects of improving the physique, protecting the skin, whitening the skin, enhancing the body resistance, the immunity and the like can be achieved.
After the ferment bath composition is used for a period of time, the generated heat is reduced, and after the temperature is reduced, a new ferment bath composition can be continuously added into the original ferment bath composition to keep a certain heat dissipation, so that the efficacy of the ferment bath composition is ensured.
