Abstract

The block bean curd squeezing box 7, the upward jacking cylinder 5 and the downward squeezing cylinder 8 form a block bean curd squeezing mechanism. A rotary automatic production line for block bean curd is characterized in that 4 sets of squeezing mechanisms are uniformly arranged to form 1 station (pouring bean curd jelly), 2 stations (pressing bean curd), 3 stations (picking up bean curd) and 4 stations (block bean curd string bags), and a stroke stop block 16 for starting an electromagnetic control valve of an air cylinder is arranged below a lower supporting plate 3 and used for controlling air cylinder pistons of 4 stations. The pneumatic control circuit can realize the actions of controlling the pressing plate 5-2 of the upward jacking cylinder 5 to position, lifting and ejecting the bean curd blocks upwards and returning the cylinder sleeve bottom downwards, and controlling the pressing plate 8-2 of the downward pressing cylinder 8 to press the bean curd blocks downwards and return upwards to keep away from the bean curd blocks, thereby assisting the completion of the work of pouring and holding bean curd jelly, pressing the bean curd blocks, picking up the bean curd and arranging the bean curd block net bag 6 for producing the bean curd blocks. The slow descending spring 5-4 can slow down the downward impact of the piston 5-3 when in work and prevent the processed bean curd from being damaged when power is suddenly cut off. The slow-falling spring 8-4 can slow down the piston 8-3 to accelerate downward when in work so as to prevent negative pressure, and the electromagnetic valve DT5 can prevent the pressing plate 8-2 from freely falling to cause accidents when power is suddenly cut off.
The digital control system comprises: the servo motor 11 is supported by a 7-shaped plate and is fixedly arranged on the upper supporting plate 12, rotary power is transmitted to the supporting shaft 1 through the pair of gears 11, the whole production line is driven to do intermittent rotary motion, and rotation of 1 station, 2 stations, 3 stations and 4 stations is achieved. The rotating speed and the intermittent time are controlled by a numerical control program. According to the quantity of the box-pressing block bean curd and the water content requirement of the block bean curd, a program is written, and the rotating speed and the intermittent time are specified.
The beneficial effects of the design of the invention are as follows: (1) the design structure is simple, the production line occupies small area, and the production line can be used for producing household block bean curd; (2) the digital control system has simple function and low cost and can be obtained from the market; (3) the full-automatic bean curd block packaging line is matched with a bean curd jelly making machine and a block bean curd automatic packaging line for use, and full-automatic and unmanned production is realized. The numerical control system controls the servo motor to rotate for 1/4 week again, the production line rotates for 90 degrees again, and the production line returns to the station 1. The work of the stations is repeated, thus periodically connecting the work until the production target is achieved.
And after the production is finished, the numerical control system automatically stops running and cuts off the power supply.
