Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments that can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
With the development of new energy vehicles and shared traveling, an increasing battery replacement business demand is generated for electric vehicles, particularly electric bicycles. In some application scenarios, a user purchases or rents a vehicle from a vehicle service provider, and purchases a battery replacement service from a battery service provider, the vehicle service provider and the battery service provider may be one or two in a cooperative relationship, the battery service provider provides the battery and the battery replacement service for the user, and the vehicle service provider provides the vehicle, the APP and the background service for the user.
Fig. 1 is a flow chart of an embodiment of a method for replacing a battery for a vehicle according to the present application. In this embodiment, a method for replacing a battery for a vehicle includes the steps of:
s100, providing a new battery. When the vehicle needs to be replaced, for example, when the battery is exhausted, a new battery is provided to replace the battery of the vehicle terminal.
And S110, storing the vehicle key of the vehicle terminal in the new battery. The vehicle terminal includes a terminal device, including but not limited to an antenna box, provided on the vehicle for controlling the vehicle and communicating with the server or the mobile terminal. When a user needs to replace a new battery, the vehicle key of the vehicle terminal is written or uploaded into the new battery, and the vehicle key of the vehicle terminal is stored by the new battery. Wherein each vehicle terminal possesses a specific vehicle key. The vehicle key may be a fixed length string of characters, including letters and numbers, that is fixed into the vehicle during its production.
And S120, detecting whether the vehicle key stored in the new battery of the current vehicle terminal is matched with the battery key of the new battery. When a new battery is loaded into the vehicle, the vehicle terminal verifies the new battery with the vehicle key, for example, whether the vehicle key and the new battery have the same vehicle key or the same encoding rule.
And S130, if so, discharging the new battery to the outside normally. When the vehicle key stored by the vehicle terminal matches the battery key stored by the new battery, the new battery supplies power to the vehicle terminal. In this embodiment, if the vehicle key of the vehicle terminal matches the battery key stored in the new battery, the verification is passed, which indicates that the vehicle key is correct, and the battery is discharged to the outside.
And S140, if not, the new battery does not discharge to the outside.
As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the method for replacing a battery for a vehicle further includes:
s101: a request to replace a battery is received. When the vehicle needs to change the battery, for example, when the battery is low, the vehicle terminal sends a request for changing the battery to the server.
S102: a new battery is selected. The server selects a new battery to be used upon receiving a request for replacement of the battery from the vehicle terminal.
S103: the new battery is provided with a vehicle key corresponding to the vehicle terminal. The server acquires the vehicle key of the vehicle terminal and issues or uploads the vehicle key to a new battery.
S104: the battery key is modified to match the vehicle key. When the battery is replaced, after the server sends the vehicle key of the vehicle to be replaced to the battery, the battery key of the battery is modified into the vehicle key of the vehicle terminal.
In some embodiments, the vehicle key of the vehicle terminal may be provided to the new battery through a server, where the server stores the vehicle key corresponding to the vehicle terminal. The new battery can be connected with the battery replacement cabinet; and the power change cabinet is configured to be able to receive the vehicle key from the server and to be able to modify the battery key stored on the new battery. For example, the battery key may be obtained and modified by the battery swap cabinet using the super key to communicate with the new battery.
When a new battery is installed on the vehicle terminal, whether the vehicle terminal and the battery are matched needs to be detected, and the judgment can be carried out by detecting whether a vehicle key stored in the vehicle terminal is matched with a battery key stored in the new battery. If yes, the new battery is normally discharged outwards; and if not, the new battery does not discharge to the outside. Each vehicle terminal has a specific vehicle key, and similarly, each battery has a specific battery key, and the vehicle can use the battery only when the vehicle key is matched with the battery key, so that the battery can only be matched with a specified vehicle, and the battery is prevented from being stolen or mixed. In the embodiment, the vehicle end CAN communicate with the battery through a 485 bus or a CAN/232 mode and the like.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of one embodiment of detecting whether the battery and the vehicle are matched. In this embodiment, the step of detecting whether there is a match may include:
s210, the vehicle key message stored at the current time of the vehicle terminal is encrypted, and the vehicle key encrypted message is obtained. The vehicle key message may be preset, for example, a character string or text with fixed content. The encryption algorithm may be pre-defined, such as a particular symmetric encryption algorithm.
S220, sending the vehicle key encryption message to the battery. After the battery is installed in the vehicle, the vehicle terminal can send the vehicle key encryption message to the battery through the connection between the vehicle terminal and the battery.
And S230, the battery decrypts the vehicle key encrypted message to obtain a decryption result. The decryption uses an algorithm corresponding to the encryption.
And S240, judging whether the vehicle key stored in the battery of the current vehicle is matched with the battery key of the battery according to the decryption result. Verifying the decryption result, for example, if the decrypted content is the same as the preset message and represents that the verification is passed, judging that the vehicle terminal is matched with the battery; and if the codes are different or are meaningless messy codes and represent that the verification is not passed, judging that the vehicle terminal is not matched with the battery.
In some embodiments, each battery has one or more battery keys, the vehicle terminal also has one vehicle key, when the vehicle terminal detects that the battery is inserted, the user key of the vehicle terminal is used for encrypting a message and communicating with the battery, the battery receives the message and decrypts and verifies the message, if the verification is passed, the key is correct, the authentication is passed, the battery normally discharges to the outside, otherwise, the battery which fails in the authentication stops supplying power to the outside.
In some embodiments, the detection may be performed separately for one or more battery keys, wherein the battery is normally discharged to the outside as long as there is one battery key matching the vehicle key. When a plurality of keys are arranged in the battery, the message can be analyzed and verified in sequence when a ciphertext communication is received, and when the verification is passed, the user who is the battery can discharge outwards.
The battery and the vehicle terminal use the same symmetric encryption algorithm, only if the battery and the vehicle terminal have the same key, the two sides can analyze the correct message and check the correct message, otherwise, the analyzed message cannot check the correct message and cannot see any significance. The vehicle terminal transmits the encrypted data to the battery, and the battery is decrypted and then verified to pass, so that the vehicle and the battery can be considered to be matched and can discharge outwards.
In some embodiments, when a user rides the electric bicycle, the user finds that the electric bicycle is out of power, and searches for a power exchange station nearby; after the user arrives at the power swapping station, the user uses the APP to scan the two-dimensional code of the power swapping station; after the background identifies the identity of the user, opening an empty cabinet to prompt the user to put the battery into the cabinet; after detecting the battery, the power exchange cabinet communicates with the server, the server acquires a vehicle key of a vehicle corresponding to the battery, selects a fully charged battery, and then writes or uploads the vehicle key into the selected fully charged battery; and the user loads the new battery back to the vehicle, verifies whether the vehicle key of the vehicle is matched with the vehicle key in the new battery, and works normally after the matching is successful. In the present embodiment, the vehicle key is the same as the battery key, and may be both user keys. The server writes the user key of the vehicle into the new battery, detects whether the user key of the vehicle is consistent with the user key of the battery after the new battery is installed in the vehicle, and if so, the server indicates that the battery is matched with the vehicle and the battery discharges normally outwards.
The method may further include a process of the vehicle recognizing a new battery. When a new battery is installed on a vehicle, identifying whether the new battery is installed in the vehicle; wherein, if a new battery has been loaded into the vehicle, it is detected whether a vehicle key stored in the new battery matches a battery key of the new battery. In some embodiments, whether a new battery is loaded into the vehicle is identified based on a change in the voltage of the new battery, or whether the new battery is loaded into the vehicle is identified by a sensor. For example, when the voltage of the battery becomes instantaneously large, it indicates that the battery is mounted in the vehicle.
The application also provides a system for replacing the battery for the vehicle, and the battery replacing process can be realized by executing the method. In some embodiments may include: the server is configured to receive a request for replacing the battery and provide a vehicle key to the new battery, wherein the vehicle key is stored on the server and corresponds to the vehicle one by one; and the battery replacement cabinet is provided with a new battery allowing battery replacement and is configured to be capable of selecting the new battery according to the instruction of the server. When the charging amount of the battery reaches a preset threshold value, the battery replacement is identified as allowed. The preset threshold can be set according to actual needs, and is generally set to 80% of the full charge. The power distribution cabinet is further configured to receive a vehicle key from the server and modify a battery key stored on the new battery to match the vehicle key; and the new battery is configured to be able to detect whether a vehicle key stored in the new battery matches a battery key of the new battery, wherein if yes, the new battery is normally discharged to the outside; and if not, the new battery does not discharge to the outside.
In some embodiments, the vehicle is configured to be able to encrypt the message using the vehicle key and send the encrypted message to the new battery; and the new battery is configured to be able to decrypt the received message using the battery key and determine whether the vehicle key matches the battery key according to the decryption result.
Based on the battery swapping service, each vehicle is preset with a fixed unique key in advance when leaving the factory, and the key can be used for communication authentication with the battery. When a user needs to replace a battery or recycle an old battery, the user initiates a battery replacement request at an app end, a server end (a background server) identifies the user identity, acquires a user key on a vehicle owned by the user, then inquires a battery key at the vehicle end, acquires a key on the vehicle owned by the user, writes the user key of the vehicle into a new battery, and then provides the new battery for the user. When a user inserts a new battery into the vehicle, the key of the battery should be matched with the key of the vehicle terminal, the vehicle terminal initiates authentication to the battery (the authentication method is the same as above), and after the authentication is passed, the battery starts to supply power to the outside. If the user inserts an illegal battery into the vehicle, the authentication process will not pass and the battery will not discharge to the outside.
In some embodiments, after receiving the request for replacing the battery, the server may also randomly generate a key or select a key from a database, and provide the key to the vehicle terminal and the battery, so as to facilitate matching detection between the vehicle terminal and the battery. The vehicle terminal can receive the key through a wireless network or through mobile phone APP Bluetooth. The battery may receive the key via the battery swap bay, e.g., the battery key is obtained and modified by the battery swap bay using the super key to communicate with the battery.
The power change cabinet can be usually arranged at a relatively fixed place, and can be stably connected with a server in a wired or wireless mode. The connection between the vehicle and the server is more susceptible to interference and influence of various factors, such as poor network signal of the current location of the vehicle, or failure of the network communication module of the vehicle itself.
According to the method and the system for replacing the battery for the vehicle, whether the battery is discharged outwards or not is determined by verifying whether the user key of the vehicle is matched with the user key of the battery or not, the anti-theft capacity of the battery is improved, and the mixed use of the battery is avoided. Meanwhile, the method and the system of the application can match the vehicle with the battery even under the condition that the network connection condition of the vehicle is poor because the key of the battery end is modified by the battery replacing cabinet to match the vehicle.
In some embodiments, the present application further provides a battery swapping service, including: establishing communication between the vehicle terminal and the battery; the vehicle terminal detects whether a battery is inserted; if so, verifying whether the user key of the vehicle terminal is consistent with the user key of the battery; if yes, discharging the battery outwards; if the battery needs to be replaced, writing the user key of the vehicle terminal into a new battery; verifying whether the user key of the vehicle terminal is consistent with the user key of the new battery; if yes, the new battery is discharged to the outside.
When the vehicle terminal detects that the battery is inserted, the user key of the vehicle terminal is used for encrypting a message and communicating with the battery, the battery receives the message and then decrypts and verifies the message, if the verification is passed, the secret key is correct, the battery passes the authentication, the battery normally discharges to the outside, and otherwise, the battery which fails the authentication stops supplying power to the outside.
The vehicle terminal and the battery are communicated through a 485 bus, and CAN also be communicated through other modes such as CAN and the like. After the vehicle terminal detects that the battery is inserted, the user key of the vehicle terminal is used for encrypting the data message and sending the data message to the battery, the battery carries out reverse analysis after receiving the data message, and if the analyzed message passes verification, the keys on the two sides are the same.
Based on the battery swapping service, each vehicle is preset with a fixed unique key in advance when leaving the factory, and the key can be used for communication authentication with the battery. When a user needs to replace a battery or recycle an old battery, the user initiates a battery replacement request at an app end, a server end (a background server) identifies the user identity, acquires a user key on a vehicle terminal owned by the user, then inquires a battery key of the vehicle terminal, acquires a key on the vehicle terminal owned by the user, writes the user key of the vehicle terminal into a new battery, and then provides the new battery for the user.
Whether the battery discharges outwards is determined by checking whether the user key of the battery is consistent with the user key of the vehicle terminal, so that the anti-theft capacity of the battery is improved.
