Description

Charging and battery replacing equipment and authentication method and system for object to be charged and battery replaced
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of safety certification, and particularly provides a battery charging and replacing device and an authentication method and system for a battery object to be charged and replaced.
Background
In order to guarantee the legal rights and interests of the user, the electric automobile needs to perform identity information authentication when charging and replacing batteries, and only the electric automobile passing the authentication can receive the charging and replacing battery service of the charging and replacing battery equipment.
Usually, legal authentication information of the electric automobile is stored in a cloud or a background server, when the electric automobile needs to be charged and replaced, the charging and replacing equipment sends authorization information of the electric automobile to the cloud or the background server, and authentication is carried out on the cloud or the background server. Or when the electric automobile needs to be charged and replaced, the charging and replacing equipment downloads legal authentication information of the electric automobile from the cloud or the background server, and then authenticates the electric automobile.
However, since the communication between the battery charging and replacing device and the cloud or background server is easily interfered by the outside, when the electric vehicle needs to be charged and replaced, it cannot be ensured that the battery charging and replacing device can upload the authorization information of the electric vehicle to the cloud or background server in time, or download the legal authentication information of the electric vehicle from the cloud or background server.
Further, when a plurality of electric vehicles simultaneously request for charging and battery replacing, a charging and battery replacing conflict is easy to exist. Taking the battery replacement of the electric automobile as an example, A, B two vehicles arrive at the battery replacement station at the same time and are connected with the WIFI of the battery replacement station at the same time, the vehicle A is authenticated to pass, but the vehicle B is driven to the battery replacement station. At the moment, the service personnel of the vehicle B gets off the vehicle and clicks a power change starting button, and the power change station executes power change operation on the vehicle B, so that the vehicle A cannot be normally changed. Or A, B, the two vehicles arrive at the battery replacing station and are connected with the WIFI of the battery replacing station at the same time, when the vehicle A passes the authentication and the driver does not get off, the driver of the vehicle B clicks the battery replacing starting button, and at the moment, the battery replacing station executes the battery replacing operation on the vehicle A, which may cause an accident.

Detailed Description
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. For example, although the detailed description is given by taking an electric vehicle and a battery charging station as an example in conjunction with the drawings, the authentication method of the present invention may also be applied to other objects to be charged and replaced and other battery charging and replacing devices, such as an electric vehicle and a charging station, an electric vehicle and a battery charging and replacing station, an electric bicycle and a charging station, and the like. Those skilled in the art can make modifications as needed to suit a particular application, and such modified embodiments will still fall within the scope of the present invention.
The invention discloses a charging and battery replacing device and an authentication method of a to-be-charged and battery replacing object, which mainly comprise the following steps: the object to be charged and replaced sends first authentication information to the charging and replacing equipment; the battery charging and replacing device verifies the first authentication information; after the first authentication information is verified, the charging and battery replacing operator of the object to be charged and battery replaced provides second authentication information for the charging and battery replacing equipment; and the battery charging and replacing device verifies the second authentication information, and after the second authentication information is verified, the battery charging and replacing device is allowed to provide a battery charging and replacing service for the object to be charged and replaced.
The following describes in detail the authentication method between the battery charging and replacing device and the electric vehicle by taking the authentication method between the battery replacing station and the electric vehicle as an example, that is, the electric vehicle is taken as the object to be charged and replaced, and the battery replacing station is taken as the battery charging and replacing device.
As shown in fig. 1, the authentication method between the battery replacement station and the electric vehicle mainly includes: step S110, the electric automobile sends first authentication information to the battery replacement station; step S120, the power exchange station receives and verifies the first authentication information; step S130, the charging and battery replacing operator provides second authentication information for the battery replacing station; step S140, the power exchange station receives and verifies second authentication information; and S150, the battery swapping station executes battery swapping operation on the electric automobile.
Specifically, in step S110, the electric vehicle transmits the first authentication information to the battery replacement station. The first authentication information is identification information (electric vehicle ID) of the electric vehicle, which may include, but is not limited to, a vehicle frame number (VIN number) of the electric vehicle, an engine number (motor number), a battery number, a special identification code preset and stored in the electric vehicle, or other numbers capable of identifying the electric vehicle. Changes and modifications in the information content do not depart from the basic concept of the present invention and thus fall within the scope of the present invention. Further, the electric vehicle preferably sends the first authentication information to the battery replacement station through WIFI communication, or a person skilled in the art may also make the electric vehicle send the first authentication information to the battery replacement station through other communication methods as needed, for example, ZIGBEE communication and bluetooth communication.
Specifically, in step S120, the battery replacement station receives first authentication information sent by the electric vehicle, and matches the first authentication information with pre-stored first authentication check information. The pre-stored first authentication and verification information is pre-stored identity information of the electric vehicle. When the first authentication information matches the first authentication check information, the power station executes step S130; and when the first authentication information is not matched with the first authentication check information, the power exchanging station terminates the current operation. As can be understood by those skilled in the art, in order to avoid data loss during transmission of the first authentication information, the electric vehicle may send multiple sets of the same first authentication information to the battery swapping station, and when the first set of the first authentication information received by the battery swapping station does not match the first authentication check information, the battery swapping station matches the second set of the first authentication information with the first authentication check information until the matching is successful or all the first authentication information is traversed.
Specifically, in step S130, when the first authentication information matches the first authentication check information, that is, after the first authentication information passes verification, the battery swapping station informs the battery charging and swapping operator of the verification result, and the battery charging and swapping operator provides the second authentication information to the battery swapping station. As can be understood by those skilled in the art, the battery charging and replacing operator may be any legal person, such as a driver of an electric vehicle and a service person for replacing a passenger in a battery replacement station, and similarly, the second authentication information may be identity information of the battery charging and replacing operator, and may also be a verification code sent by the battery replacement station.
As a first embodiment, the charging and replacing operator is a driver of the electric vehicle, and the second authentication information is identity information of the driver, where the identity information includes, but is not limited to, an identity card number, iris information, fingerprint information, facial information, and a mobile phone number of the driver.
As an embodiment two, the charging and battery replacing operator is a service person of the battery replacing station, and the second authentication information is identity information of the service person, where the identity information includes, but is not limited to, an identity card number, a employee number, iris information, fingerprint information, facial information, and a mobile phone number of the service person.
As a third embodiment, the charging and battery replacing operator is a driver of the electric vehicle, and the second authentication information is a random verification code generated by the battery replacing station after the verification of the first authentication information is passed. And the battery replacement station sends the random verification code to the current electric automobile or equipment associated with the current electric automobile to inform a driver. The associated device may be any device capable of being associated with an electric vehicle, such as a driver's cell phone, tablet computer, or other mobile terminal.
As a fourth embodiment, the charging and battery replacing operator is a service person of the electric vehicle, and the second authentication information is a random verification code generated by the battery replacing station after the verification of the first authentication information is passed. And the battery replacement station sends the random verification code to the current electric automobile or equipment associated with the current electric automobile to inform service personnel. The associated device may be any device capable of associating with an electric vehicle, such as a cell phone, tablet computer, or other mobile terminal of a service person.
Specifically, in step S140, the power swapping station matches the received second authentication information with the pre-stored second authentication check information. When the second authentication information is matched with the pre-stored second authentication check information, the power station executes the step S150; and when the second authentication information is not matched with the second authentication check information, the power change station terminates the current operation.
Corresponding to the first embodiment in step S130, the second authentication and verification information is the identity information of the driver (for example, the mobile phone number of the driver). And when the identity information of the driver is matched with the prestored identity information of the driver, executing the step S150 by the power exchanging station, otherwise, not executing.
Corresponding to the second embodiment in step S130, the second authentication and verification information is identity information of the service person (for example, the job number of the service person), and when the identity information of the service person matches with the pre-stored identity information of the service person, the power exchanging station performs step S150, otherwise, the step is not performed.
Corresponding to the embodiment of step S130, when the second authentication and verification information is the random verification code, the driver obtains the verification code through a display or a mobile phone in the electric vehicle, and inputs the verification to the power swapping station. And when the verification code input by the driver is consistent with the verification code sent by the power swapping station, the power swapping station executes the step S150, otherwise, the power swapping station does not execute.
Corresponding to the fourth embodiment in step S130, when the second authentication and verification information is the random verification code, the service person obtains the verification code through a display or a mobile phone in the electric vehicle, and inputs the verification to the battery replacement station. And when the verification code input by the service personnel is consistent with the verification code sent by the power swapping station, the power swapping station executes the step S150, otherwise, the power swapping station does not execute.
Further, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the above-described pre-stored first authentication check information and the pre-stored second authentication check information are both legitimate authentication information.
Further, in step S150, after the second authentication information is verified, the battery swapping station performs a battery swapping operation on the electric vehicle until the electric vehicle is driven away from the battery swapping station after the battery swapping is completed.
As can be understood by those skilled in the art, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, by performing double verification on the identity information of the electric vehicle and the identity information of the driver or the service person who serves the electric vehicle, it is ensured that the battery replacement station can only perform battery replacement operation on the current electric vehicle operated by the driver or the service person. Therefore, on the premise of not increasing hardware cost, the problem of wrong battery swapping behavior when a plurality of electric vehicles simultaneously send battery swapping requests to the battery swapping station is solved, and the safety of the battery swapping process and the legal rights and interests of legal users are ensured.
Further, the power exchanging station acquires authorization information from the cloud or the remote end or uploads the first authentication information and the second authentication information to the cloud or the remote end to be influenced by the wireless network, that is, when signals are interfered by the outside, the information transmission of the power exchanging station, the cloud and the remote end is not stable enough and the transmission rate is limited. So before executing step S110, the following steps shown in fig. 2 are also included: step S210, the server generates authorization information; and step S220, the server sends the authorization information to the electric automobile.
Specifically, in step S210, the server may be any device capable of generating the authorization information, such as a computer and a cloud server. The authorization information comprises four types of charging station ID, electric automobile ID, charging and charging operator ID and authorization effective time. Specifically, the server digests the four types of information by using an MD5 algorithm (fifth version of message digest algorithm), and obtains information MD5Data which is MD5 (battery swap station ID, electric vehicle ID, battery charge/swap operator ID, authorized effective time). Further, the server encrypts its private key and MD5Data by RSA algorithm (public key encryption algorithm) to obtain the fifth type of information — enData: RSA (md5Data, private key). The above five types of information are the final authorization information generated by the server. Since the MD5 algorithm and the RSA algorithm are well known to those skilled in the art, they will not be described herein. In addition, those skilled in the art can make the server obtain the final authorization information by using any feasible digest algorithm and encryption algorithm as required.
Specifically, in step S220, the server may send the authorization information to the electric vehicle by wireless communication, or send the authorization information to the electric vehicle by wired communication. For example, the wireless communication mode may be WIFI communication, and the wired communication mode may be a communication mode in which data is transmitted by a data line.
Further, while, before, or after the step S110 is performed, the step S230 is performed, and the electric vehicle transmits the authorization information to the battery replacement station. Therefore, the power swapping station can verify the first authentication information and the second authentication information according to the received authorization information.
As will be understood by those skilled in the art, in the process of performing step S120, corresponding to step S210 and step S310, the swapping station needs to decrypt the authorization information through the RSA algorithm before verifying the first authentication information, and needs to verify the RSA-decrypted authorization information when verifying the first authentication information. Since the RSA algorithm is well known and commonly used by those skilled in the art, it will not be described herein too much.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, alternatively to step S210 and step S220, step S310, the server generates authorization information; and step S320, the server sends the authorization information to the power swapping station. The generation of the authorization information in step S310 is the same as the generation of the authorization information in step S210. The communication mode of the server sending the authorization information to the power swapping station in the step S320 is the same as the communication mode of the server sending the authorization information to the electric vehicle in the step S220.
The technical solutions that the authorization information is stored in the electric vehicle in steps S210 to S230 and then sent to the battery replacement station by the electric vehicle or the authorization information is directly stored in the battery replacement station in steps S310 to S320 and then the first authentication information and the second authentication information are directly verified in the battery replacement station can ensure the reliability of communication in the authentication process, as compared with the technical solution that the first authentication information and the second authentication information are uploaded to a cloud server or a background server for authentication when the battery replacement station authenticates the electric vehicle in the prior art.
The following describes an example of the battery replacement process of the electric vehicle with reference to fig. 1, fig. 2, and fig. 4.
The server 1 generates authorization information and transmits the authorization information to the electric vehicle 2. After the electric vehicle 2 and the battery replacement station 3 establish the WIFI communication connection, the electric vehicle 2 sends the electric vehicle ID and the authorization information to the battery replacement station 3. After receiving the electric vehicle ID and the authorization information, the power exchanging station 3 determines whether the power exchanging station ID in the authorization information is the ID of the power exchanging station itself, determines whether the electric vehicle ID in the authorization information is consistent with the current ID of the electric vehicle, and determines whether the current time is within the valid time. When the information meets the requirements, the battery replacement station 3 sends a random verification code to the electric vehicle 2 or a mobile phone associated with the electric vehicle 2 to inform a driver or a service staff. And the service personnel inputs the verification code into the battery swapping station 3, and when the battery swapping station 3 judges that the input verification code is consistent with the sent verification code, the battery swapping station 3 executes battery swapping operation on the electric automobile 2.
The following describes an example of the battery replacement process of the electric vehicle with reference to fig. 1, fig. 2, and fig. 5.
The server 1 generates authorization information and sends the authorization information to the power exchanging station 3. After the electric vehicle 2 and the battery replacement station 3 establish the WIFI communication connection, the electric vehicle 2 sends an electric vehicle ID to the battery replacement station 3. After receiving the electric vehicle ID, the charging station 3 determines whether the charging station ID in the authorization information is the ID of the charging station itself, determines whether the electric vehicle ID in the authorization information is consistent with the current ID of the electric vehicle, and determines whether the current time is within the valid time.
It can be understood by those skilled in the art that the authentication method of the present invention is not limited to the authentication of the electric vehicle by the charging station, but can also be applied to other devices, for example, between the electric vehicle and the charging station, and between other electric devices and the charging device.
As can be understood by those skilled in the art, the authentication method of the present invention may be a method in which the electric vehicle 2 authenticates the power exchange station, in addition to the method in which the power exchange station 3 authenticates the electric vehicle 2. Specifically, the server 1 generates the legitimate authentication information and transmits the authentication information to the electric vehicle 2. When the electric automobile 2 needs to be charged and replaced, the electric automobile 2 sends authentication invitation information to the battery replacement station 3, and the battery replacement station 3 sends authentication request information to the electric automobile 2 after receiving the authentication invitation information. The electric automobile 2 authenticates the power exchanging station 3, the electric automobile 2 sends authentication passing prompt information to the power exchanging station 3 after the authentication passes, the power exchanging station 3 sends a verification code to the electric automobile 2 after receiving the authentication passing prompt information, an operator can input the obtained verification code into the power exchanging station 3, and when the verification code received by the power exchanging station 3 is the same as the sent verification code, the power exchanging station 3 is allowed to provide power exchanging service for the electric automobile 2.
In addition, the above-described preferred embodiments of the present invention can be appropriately modified as needed by those skilled in the art, and the modified embodiments will still fall within the scope of the present invention. Illustratively, the first authentication information in step S110 is a special identification code generated by the server 1 and transmitted to the electric vehicle 2. The first authentication check information in step S120 is generated by the server 1 and transmitted to the battery replacement station 3, or generated by the server 1 and transmitted to the electric vehicle 2, and then transmitted to the battery replacement station 3 by the electric vehicle 2. As can be understood by those skilled in the art, the first authentication information generated by the server 1 and stored in the electric vehicle 2 is safer than the first authentication information that is the ID of the electric vehicle 2 itself, so that the phenomenon that the battery replacement station is deceived by the ID of the electric vehicle, which is fake due to illegal electric vehicle counterfeiting, to replace the battery is avoided.
