The core diaphragm materials of the two batteries are alumina ceramic tubes, the shells are metal materials, and the single electric core needs to be completely sealed, so that high-strength and high-airtightness sealing of the ceramic and the metal materials needs to be realized. Energy storage battery generally requires life to be up to more than 10 years, and is unusually high to the requirement of sealing quality, and the airtight sealing to heterogeneous material at present adopts hot pressing sealing mode to realize high strength and high gas tightness usually, reduces the stress that sealing stress and coefficient of expansion mismatch produced simultaneously, promotes sealing performance and life.
At present, the hot-press sealing is generally applied by pressure. For another example, chinese patent CN201620870710.4 describes a hot-press sealing mold for sodium-sulfur battery, which uses a circular upper positioning cover and a lower positioning base to complete the positioning of a ceramic ring and two metal rings through the cooperation of the upper positioning cover and the lower positioning base, and each mold is loaded with 1 product, and also uses a direct pressure application method to perform hot-press sealing. The hot-pressing sealing process directly adopting the pressure applying mode has the advantages of small loading capacity, low production capacity, time and labor consuming loading and unloading, high energy consumption of a single product, uneven stress caused by the mode if the loading capacity is increased, and serious influence on sealing quality and service life.

As shown in FIG. 5, a plurality of hot pressing tool mechanisms are arranged on one plate, so that combined workpieces 20 are set, the combined workpieces 20 are placed in the same kiln, the tool mechanism is convenient in product loading and unloading, high in yield and efficiency, good in sealing strength and air tightness, good in product consistency, convenient for large-scale production and wide in application prospect, and the pull rod is not prone to bending deformation.
The material of the metal pull rod 1 is preferably kovar alloy or molybdenum-zirconium-titanium alloy, the diameter of the metal pull rod 1 is a cylinder of 10mm-30mm, and the length of the metal pull rod 1 is 1 m-1.5 m; the main workpiece 2 is preferably an alumina ceramic ring, the surface of the alumina ceramic ring is subjected to metallization treatment, and an inner hole of the ceramic ring is a round hole with the diameter of 10mm-30 mm; the welding workpiece 3 is preferably a nickel metal ring or an aluminum and aluminum alloy ring, and comprises metal rings with two shapes and purposes for sealing with the upper surface and the lower surface of the main workpiece respectively; preferably, 20 to 100 groups of products can be connected in series on one metal pull rod, and 5 to 30 rods can be placed on one kiln at the same time.

Referring to fig. 4, the welding workpiece 3 of the present invention may also include an upper welding workpiece and a lower welding workpiece, the welding workpiece is made of nickel or aluminum alloy, the main workpiece 2 is located between the upper welding workpiece and the lower welding workpiece 3, the positioning fixing member 4 presses the welding workpiece 3, and the spacer 9 presses the positioning fixing member 4.
The mechanism can be applied to hot-press sealing, vacuum diffusion welding, ceramic-metal sealing and the like in the fields of sodium-nickel batteries, sodium-sulfur batteries, heat pipe type vacuum tube solar collectors, vacuum microwave devices, traveling wave tubes, switch tubes and the like, so that the production efficiency is greatly improved, and the energy consumption and the cost are reduced.
