In order to further save the material of the lower clamp 2 and reduce the weight of the lower clamp 2, the lower clamp 2 is provided with a weight reduction structure. Specifically, the weight reducing structure comprises a bottom weight reducing groove 27 and a weight reducing hole 28, the bottom weight reducing groove 27 is arranged at the bottom end of the fifth column 25, and the weight reducing hole 28 penetrates through the fourth column 24 and the fifth column 25 in the vertical direction; preferably, the lightening holes 28 are communicated with the bottom lightening slots 27; furthermore, the lower jig 2 is provided with a plurality of lightening holes 28, and the lightening holes 28 are arranged in a circumferential array with the center of the lower jig 2 as the center.
In addition, the weight reducing structure further comprises a central hole 26, and the central hole 26 sequentially penetrates through the first cylinder 21, the second cylinder 22, the third cylinder 23, the fourth cylinder 24 and the fifth cylinder 25 in the vertical direction; preferably, the central hole 26 communicates with a bottom lightening groove 27; thereby being beneficial to further saving the material of the lower clamp 2 and reducing the weight of the lower clamp 2.

The brazing clamp for the magnetron exhaust pipe assembly is characterized by comprising an upper clamp (1) and a lower clamp (2), wherein the exhaust pipe assembly is arranged in a main cavity (10) of the upper clamp (1), the lower clamp (2) is of a cylinder structure, at least part of the cylinder structure of the lower clamp (2) is attached to the bottom of the exhaust pipe assembly and used for supporting the exhaust pipe assembly and the upper clamp (1), the exhaust pipe assembly and the lower clamp (2) are concentrically arranged; the lower clamp (2) is provided with a weight reduction structure.

The magnetron exhaust pipe assembly brazing jig as claimed in claim 1, wherein the weight reducing structure comprises a bottom weight reducing groove (27) and a weight reducing hole (28), the bottom weight reducing groove (27) is arranged at the bottom end of the lower jig (2), and the weight reducing hole (28) penetrates through a part of a cylindrical structure of the lower jig (2) in a vertical direction.
3. A magnetron exhaust pipe assembly brazing jig according to claim 1, characterized in that the weight reducing structure comprises a central hole (26), the central hole (26) penetrating the lower jig (2) in a vertical direction.
4. A magnetron exhaust pipe assembly brazing jig according to any one of claims 2 or 3, characterized in that the lightening holes (28) communicate with the bottom lightening grooves (27) and/or the center hole (26) communicates with the bottom lightening grooves (27).

The magnetron exhaust pipe assembly brazing jig as defined in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the lower jig (2) comprises a first cylinder (21), a second cylinder (22), a third cylinder (23), a fourth cylinder (24) and a fifth cylinder (25) which are connected in sequence from top to bottom, and the first cylinder (21), the second cylinder (22), the third cylinder (23), the fourth cylinder (24) and the fifth cylinder (25) are concentrically arranged.
6. The magnetron exhaust pipe assembly brazing jig as defined in claim 5, wherein a bottom lightening groove (27) is provided at a bottom end of the fifth cylinder (25), and lightening holes (28) penetrate the fourth cylinder (24) and the fifth cylinder (25) in a vertical direction.
7. The magnetron exhaust pipe assembly brazing jig as claimed in claim 6, wherein the lower jig (2) is provided with a plurality of lightening holes (28), and the lightening holes (28) are arranged in a circumferential array around the center of the lower jig (2).
8. The magnetron exhaust pipe assembly brazing jig as claimed in claim 5, wherein the center hole (26) penetrates the first cylinder (21), the second cylinder (22), the third cylinder (23), the fourth cylinder (24) and the fifth cylinder (25) in sequence in a vertical direction.
9. The magnetron exhaust pipe assembly brazing jig as defined in claim 1, wherein a bottom peripheral edge of the upper jig (1) is provided with a bottom chamfer (19), and a bottom peripheral edge of the lower jig (2) is provided with a fifth chamfer (251).
