Abstract
The application discloses a method and a device for combining emergency resources and related equipment. Wherein, the method comprises the following steps: determining a main emergency resource from at least one emergency resource; generating associated emergency resources according to a plurality of preset recommended dimensions and main emergency resources; and binding the main emergency resource and the associated emergency resource to obtain the combined emergency resource. The method can be used for binding the emergency resources and the associated emergency resources and establishing an association relationship, so that the emergency resource combination mode of one-to-one association and one-to-many association of the main emergency resources to the associated emergency resources is realized, and the dispatching of different emergency resources by a service system is met.

Technical Field

Background
With the continuous development of economic society, emergencies become more and more. In emergencies, governments are charged with personnel performing emergency communications, emergency analysis, emergency decision-making, emergency command, emergency treatment, and emergency assistance. In an embodiment of the application, the search unit is specifically configured to: when the recommendation dimension is the same as the scene recommendation dimension, searching the emergency resource database to find out emergency resources which belong to the same scene as the main emergency resources; when the recommendation dimensions are of the same type, searching the emergency resource database to find out emergency resources which belong to the same type as the main emergency resources; when the recommended dimension is a secondary derivation recommended dimension, searching in the emergency resource database according to a pre-established secondary derivation standard and an event type corresponding to the emergency resource to find out a secondary derivation emergency resource corresponding to the event type; when the recommendation dimension is the same-capability recommendation dimension, searching the emergency resource database to find out emergency resources which have the same capability as the main emergency resources; when the recommendation dimension is a same-purpose recommendation dimension, searching the emergency resource database to find out emergency resources which belong to the same purpose as the main emergency resources; and when the recommendation dimension is a key information recommendation dimension, determining a key word, and searching in the emergency resource database to find out the emergency resource covering the key word.
In an embodiment of the application, the determining unit is further configured to: providing all the found emergency resources meeting the respective recommended dimensionality for a user, determining the selection condition of the user aiming at all the found emergency resources meeting the respective recommended dimensionality, and determining the associated emergency resources from all the found emergency resources meeting the respective recommended dimensionality according to the selection condition.
The combining module 330 is configured to bind the main emergency resource and the associated emergency resource to obtain a combined emergency resource.
According to the emergency resource combination device, the main emergency resource can be determined from at least one emergency resource, the associated emergency resource is generated according to the preset multiple recommended dimensions and the main emergency resource, and then the main emergency resource and the associated emergency resource are bound to obtain the combined emergency resource. Therefore, the combined emergency resource can be obtained by determining the main emergency resource, then generating the associated emergency resource according to a plurality of preset recommendation dimensions and the main emergency resource, wherein the plurality of recommendation dimensions comprise a scene recommendation dimension, a same type recommendation dimension, a secondary derivation recommendation dimension, a same capability recommendation dimension, a same purpose recommendation dimension and a key information recommendation dimension, and then binding the main emergency resource and the associated emergency resource. Therefore, the emergency resources and the associated emergency resources can be bound, an association relation can be established, the emergency resource combination mode that the main emergency resources are associated with the associated emergency resources in a one-to-one and one-to-many manner is realized, and the dispatching of different emergency resources by a service system is met.
In order to implement the above embodiments, the present application further provides an electronic device.
FIG. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to one embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 4, the electronic device 400 includes: a memory 410, a processor 420 and a computer program 430 stored in the memory 410 and operable on the processor 420, wherein the processor 420 implements any of the methods for combining emergency resources described herein when executing the computer program 430.
To achieve the above embodiments, the present application further proposes a computer readable storage medium, and the computer program is executed by a processor to implement the method for combining emergency resources according to any one of the present applications.
In the description herein, reference to the description of the term "one embodiment," "some embodiments," "an example," "a specific example," or "some examples," etc., means that a particular feature, structure, material, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment or example is included in at least one embodiment or example of the application. Further, the computer-readable medium could even be paper or another suitable medium upon which the program is printed, as the program can be electronically captured, via for instance optical scanning of the paper or other medium, then compiled, interpreted or otherwise processed in a suitable manner if necessary, and then stored in a computer memory.
It should be understood that portions of the present application may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, or a combination thereof. In the above embodiments, the various steps or methods may be implemented in software or firmware stored in memory and executed by a suitable instruction execution system. For example, if implemented in hardware, as in another embodiment, any one or combination of the following technologies, which are well known in the art, may be used: a discrete logic circuit having a logic gate circuit for implementing a logic function on a data signal, an application specific integrated circuit having an appropriate combinational logic gate circuit, a Programmable Gate Array (PGA), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or the like.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps carried by the method for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to instructions of a program, which may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when the program is executed, the program includes one or a combination of the steps of the method embodiments.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one processing module, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode. The integrated module, if implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may also be stored in a computer readable storage medium.
The storage medium mentioned above may be a read-only memory, a magnetic or optical disk, etc. Although embodiments of the present application have been shown and described above, it is understood that the above embodiments are exemplary and should not be construed as limiting the present application, and that variations, modifications, substitutions and alterations may be made to the above embodiments by those of ordinary skill in the art within the scope of the present application.
Claims (6)
1. A method for combining emergency resources, comprising:
determining a main emergency resource from at least one emergency resource;
generating associated emergency resources according to a plurality of preset recommended dimensions and the main emergency resources;
binding the main emergency resource and the associated emergency resource to obtain a combined emergency resource;
the emergency resources comprise human guarantee resources, capital resources, material resources, facility resources, technical resources and special resources;
generating associated emergency resources according to a plurality of preset recommended dimensions and the main emergency resources, wherein the generating comprises:
according to a plurality of preset recommended dimensions, respectively finding out all emergency resources meeting the respective recommended dimensions from a pre-established emergency resource database;
determining all found emergency resources meeting the respective recommended dimensions as the associated emergency resources;
the plurality of recommendation dimensions includes: the method comprises the following steps of (1) recommending dimensions in the same scene, recommending dimensions in the same type, recommending dimensions for secondary derivation, recommending dimensions in the same capacity, recommending dimensions for the same purpose and recommending dimensions for key information;
the method for respectively finding out all emergency resources meeting the respective recommended dimensions from a pre-established emergency resource database according to a plurality of preset recommended dimensions comprises the following steps:
when the recommendation dimension is the same as the scene recommendation dimension, searching the emergency resource database to find out emergency resources which belong to the same scene as the main emergency resources;
when the recommendation dimensions are the same type recommendation dimensions, searching in the emergency resource database to find out emergency resources which are the same type as the main emergency resources;
when the recommended dimension is a secondary derivation recommended dimension, searching in the emergency resource database according to a pre-established secondary derivation standard and an event type corresponding to the emergency resource to find out a secondary derivation emergency resource corresponding to the event type;
when the recommendation dimension is the same-capability recommendation dimension, searching the emergency resource database to find out emergency resources which have the same capability as the main emergency resources;
when the recommendation dimension is a same-purpose recommendation dimension, searching the emergency resource database to find out emergency resources which belong to the same purpose as the main emergency resources;
and when the recommendation dimension is a key information recommendation dimension, determining a key word, and searching in the emergency resource database to find out the emergency resource covering the key word.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining all emergency resources found that satisfy the respective recommended dimension as the associated emergency resources comprises:
providing all the found emergency resources meeting the respective recommended dimensions for the user;
determining the selection conditions of the user aiming at all the found emergency resources meeting the respective recommended dimensions;
and determining the associated emergency resources from all the found emergency resources meeting the respective recommended dimensionalities according to the selection condition.
3. An emergency resource assembly, comprising:
the determining module is used for determining a main emergency resource from at least one emergency resource;
the generation module is used for generating associated emergency resources according to a plurality of preset recommendation dimensions and the main emergency resources;
the combined module is used for binding the main emergency resource and the associated emergency resource to obtain a combined emergency resource;
the emergency resources comprise human guarantee resources, capital resources, material resources, facility resources, technical resources and special resources;
the generation module comprises:
the search unit is used for respectively finding out all emergency resources meeting the respective recommendation dimensions from a pre-established emergency resource database according to a plurality of preset recommendation dimensions;
the determining unit is used for determining all the found emergency resources meeting the respective recommended dimensionalities as the associated emergency resources;
the plurality of recommendation dimensions includes: the method comprises the following steps of recommending dimensions in the same scene, recommending dimensions in the same type, recommending dimensions for secondary derivation, recommending dimensions in the same capacity, recommending dimensions for the same purpose and recommending dimensions for key information;
the search unit is specifically configured to:
when the recommendation dimension is the same as the scene recommendation dimension, searching the emergency resource database to find out emergency resources which belong to the same scene as the main emergency resources;
when the recommendation dimensions are of the same type, searching the emergency resource database to find out emergency resources which belong to the same type as the main emergency resources;
when the recommended dimension is a secondary derivation recommended dimension, searching in the emergency resource database according to a pre-established secondary derivation standard and an event type corresponding to the emergency resource to find out a secondary derivation emergency resource corresponding to the event type;
when the recommendation dimension is the same-capability recommendation dimension, searching the emergency resource database to find out emergency resources which have the same capability as the main emergency resources;
when the recommendation dimension is a same-purpose recommendation dimension, searching the emergency resource database to find out emergency resources which belong to the same purpose as the main emergency resources;
and when the recommendation dimension is a key information recommendation dimension, determining a key word, and searching in the emergency resource database to find out the emergency resource covering the key word.
4. The apparatus of claim 3, wherein the determining unit is further configured to: providing all the found emergency resources meeting the respective recommended dimensions for a user, determining the selection condition of the user aiming at all the found emergency resources meeting the respective recommended dimensions, and determining the associated emergency resources from all the found emergency resources meeting the respective recommended dimensions according to the selection condition.
5. An electronic device, comprising: memory, processor and computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing a method of combining emergency resources according to any one of claims 1 to 2 when executing the computer program.
6. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out a method of combining emergency resources according to any one of claims 1 to 2.
