Preferably, in step S3, the pushing mechanism includes a pushing and receiving jacking cylinder 400, a pushing electric pole 401, a pushing and holding claw 402, a pushing and guiding claw 406, a pushing and receiving detection switch 407, and a pushing base 409;
a pushing receiving detection switch 407 in the pushing guide claw 406 detects that the oil rod conveyed by the guide mechanism enters the pushing guide claw 406, the pushing receiving jacking cylinder 400 drives the pushing base 409 to ascend, the oil rod is separated from the guide mechanism, and then the guide mechanism moves away from the pushing mechanism;
the pushing electric pole 401 drives the pushing clamping claw 402 to move towards the pushing guide claw 406, and finally the oil pole enters the pipe inlet end of the external oil pole installation device.
Preferably, the pushing mechanism further comprises a pushing electromagnet 403;
when a pushing receiving detection switch 407 in the pushing guide claw 406 detects that the oil rod conveyed by the guide mechanism enters the pushing guide claw 406; the push electromagnet 403 in the push chucking claw 402 flush with the push guide claw 406 adsorbs and fixes the oil rod.
Preferably, the pushing mechanism further comprises a first pushing oil cylinder 404, a second pushing oil cylinder 405 and a tail end pushing proximity switch 408;
the tail end of the pushing approaching switch 408 on the pushing guide claw 406 detects that the pushing clamping claw 402 approaches the pushing guide claw 406, and the pushing electric pole 401 stops moving; the first pushing oil cylinder 404 drives the second pushing oil cylinder 405 to descend to be flush with the oil rod, and the second pushing oil cylinder 405 acts to push the oil rod out of the pushing mechanism and enters the pipe inlet end of the external installation device.

Claims (8)

1. A working method of a pipe supply system of an oil field drilling device is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, after the lifting mechanism moves to the lower end and acquires the oil rod from the pipe box mechanism, the oil rod is driven to move to the upper end;
s2, the guide mechanism receives the oil rod on the lifting mechanism and moves longitudinally to the pushing mechanism;
s3, the pushing mechanism receives the oil rod on the guide mechanism and pushes the oil rod to the installation position transversely;
the tube box mechanism comprises an oil rod box, a box body valve, a tube unloading window, a lower limiting jacking seat and a tube taking opening, and the lifting mechanism comprises a lifting electric rod, a lifting seat, a lifting frame, a lifting claw, a lifting and lifting detection switch and a lifting and lifting telescopic oil cylinder;
a lifting seat on the power output end of the lifting electric pole is pressed on a box body valve to open a pipe unloading window on the oil rod box, and an oil rod in the oil rod box rolls to the box body valve through the pipe unloading window;
a lifting telescopic oil cylinder on a lifting frame connected with the lifting seat drives a lifting claw hand at the front end of the lifting telescopic oil cylinder to extend into a valve of the box body to obtain an oil rod;
the lifting electric pole drives the lifting seat to drive the oil pole on the lifting claw to move upwards to a specified height;
the lifting telescopic oil cylinder is lifted to drive a lifting claw at the front end of the lifting telescopic oil cylinder to act, and an oil rod is transmitted to the guide mechanism;
in step S1, the exit pipe detection means detects whether the rod is slipping out of the pipe box means; the outlet pipe detection mechanism comprises an outlet pipe detection groove, an outlet pipe detection electromagnet, an outlet pipe detection plate, an outlet pipe detection reset spring and an outlet pipe detection switch;
when the lifting mechanism moves to the lower end, the outlet pipe detection electromagnet is powered off, and the outlet pipe detection plate drives the outlet pipe detection switch to extend out of the oil rod box under the action of the return force of the outlet pipe detection reset spring so as to detect whether the oil rod below rolls out of the pipe unloading window or not; when the oil rod is detected by the outlet pipe detection switch, the oil rod is obtained from the pipe box mechanism by the lifting mechanism.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step S1, the sucker rod is shifted by a pipe shifting mechanism in the bottom of the pipe box mechanism to prevent the sucker rod from being stuck and rolling out.
3. The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the pipe shifting mechanism comprises a pipe shifting cylinder and a pipe shifting plate, and when the oil rod is stuck and cannot roll out in the pipe box mechanism, the pipe shifting cylinder drives the pipe shifting plate to move up and down to shift the oil rod.
4. The working method of the pipe supply system of the oilfield drilling device as defined in claim 1, wherein after the proximity switch of the outlet pipe at the lower end of the lifting seat is contacted with the lower limiting jacking seat on the valve of the box body, whether the lifting seat moves downwards to the place is judged;
after a lifting detection switch in the lifting claw triggers a signal, whether the oil rod enters the lifting claw is judged.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein in step S2, the conveyance mechanism comprises a conveyance detection proximity switch, a conveyance mast, a conveyance rack, a conveyance gripper, and a conveyance lift detection switch;
after the guiding and conveying detection proximity switch detects that the oil pole is lifted to the proper position by the lifting mechanism, the guiding and conveying electric pole drives the guiding and conveying claw to move to the position below the oil pole through the guiding and conveying frame; the lifting mechanism moves downwards, and the oil rod falls on the guide claw; after a guiding and conveying lifting detection switch in the guiding and conveying claw detects that the oil pole falls into the guiding and conveying claw, the oil pole is driven by a guiding and conveying electric pole to move towards the pushing mechanism.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein in step S3, the pushing mechanism comprises a pushing and supporting jacking cylinder, a pushing electric pole, a pushing and holding claw, a pushing and guiding claw, a pushing and supporting detection switch, and a pushing and supporting base;
a pushing receiving detection switch in the pushing guide claw detects that the oil rod conveyed by the guiding mechanism enters the pushing guide claw, a pushing receiving jacking oil cylinder drives the pushing base to ascend, the oil rod is separated from the guiding mechanism, and then the guiding mechanism moves away from the pushing mechanism;
the propelling movement pole drives propelling movement card and holds the claw and remove to propelling movement direction claw, and finally the pole gets into in external pole installation device advances the pipe end.
7. The method of operating an oilfield drilling unit supply pipe system of claim 6, wherein the pushing mechanism further comprises a pushing electromagnet;
when the pushing in the pushing guide claw is connected with the detection switch, the oil rod conveyed by the detection guide mechanism enters the pushing guide claw and then is adsorbed and fixed by the pushing electromagnet in the pushing clamping claw which is parallel to the pushing guide claw.
8. The method of operating an oilfield drilling unit supply pipe system of claim 6, wherein the pushing mechanism further comprises a first pushing cylinder, a second pushing cylinder, and a tail end pushing proximity switch;
the tail end of the pushing guide claw pushes the approach switch, and when the pushing clamping claw is detected to approach the pushing guide claw, the pushing electric pole stops moving; the first oil cylinder is pushed to drive the second oil cylinder to descend to be flush with the oil rod, and the second oil cylinder is pushed to act to push the oil rod out of the pushing mechanism to enter the pipe inlet end of the external installation device.
