Abstract
The invention discloses a pavement additional paving structure and an additional paving method by utilizing an existing waveform guardrail, wherein the structure comprises an existing upright post, a new pavement paved above the existing pavement and an additional upright post, wherein the bottom end of the existing upright post is embedded in the existing pavement; the guardrail plate is arranged on the newly-added upright post. The invention aims to provide a pavement additional paving structure and an additional paving method by utilizing an existing waveform guardrail, so as to solve the problem that in the prior art, after reconstruction and pavement additional paving, the waveform guardrail needs to be reconstructed again, so that a large amount of resources and cost are wasted, and the aims of fully utilizing the existing resources, shortening the construction period and reducing the engineering cost are fulfilled.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of road anti-collision guardrails, in particular to a pavement additional paving structure and an additional paving method by utilizing an existing waveform guardrail.
Background
The waveform guardrail is used as an important safety accessory facility of a road, can effectively prevent vehicles from rushing out of the road due to faults or uncontrolled driving, and can effectively reduce traffic accidents and property loss, thereby being widely applied.
At present, in practical engineering, the waveform guardrail is widely utilized. Along with the construction of a large amount of highway infrastructure in China, more and more highway major repair and intermediate repair projects are continuously developed, wherein a great part of the projects are additionally paved on the original road, so that the road surface elevation is higher and higher, and the road surface is raised after the major parts of the waveform guardrail foundations, the upright posts and the waveform breast boards are completely paved, so that the height of the existing waveform guardrail is insufficient, the safety standard is not met, and the existing waveform guardrail cannot be used continuously. In the prior art, when a road is paved, a common method is to dismantle and rebuild the waveform guardrail which comprises a foundation, an upright post and a waveform sideboard, so that a great deal of social resources are wasted, and the maintenance fund which is originally caught and sees elbows is frosted on snow.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a pavement additional paving structure and an additional paving method by utilizing an existing waveform guardrail, so as to solve the problem that in the prior art, after reconstruction and pavement additional paving, the waveform guardrail needs to be reconstructed again, so that a large amount of resources and cost are wasted, and the aims of fully utilizing the existing resources, shortening the construction period and reducing the engineering cost are fulfilled.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the pavement additional paving structure utilizing the existing waveform guardrail comprises an existing upright post, a new pavement paved above the existing pavement and an additional upright post, wherein the bottom end of the existing upright post is embedded in the existing pavement, the additional upright post is embedded in the new pavement, the top end of the additional upright post is higher than the top end of the existing upright post, and the additional upright post is connected with the existing upright post; the guardrail plate is arranged on the newly-added upright post.
After the road surface is reconstructed and paved on a large and medium-sized road surface in the prior art, the road surface is lifted, the height of the existing waveform guardrail is insufficient, the safety standard is not met, and the road surface cannot be used continuously; the invention provides a pavement additionally-paving structure utilizing the existing waveform guardrail, wherein the existing waveform guardrail comprises two parts, namely an existing upright post and a guardrail plate, the structure keeps the existing upright post continuously embedded in the existing pavement unchanged, the guardrail plate is detached, and a new pavement is directly poured on the existing pavement. In order to ensure the installation height of the guardrail after the pavement is heightened, the newly added stand columns are arranged beside the existing stand columns and are connected with the existing stand columns, and the top ends of the newly added stand columns are higher than the top ends of the existing stand columns. The concrete height of the newly-added stand columns is adapted according to the designed height of the heightened pavement, and the requirements for the height of the guardrail in relevant safety specifications are met. The newly paved road surface poured in the invention is submerged at the bottom of the newly added upright post, so that the bottom end of the newly added upright post can be embedded in the newly paved road surface, and the stability of the newly added upright post is ensured. After the newly-added upright posts are fixed and the newly-paved road surface is laid, the fence plates are installed on the newly-added upright posts. The breast board is preferably detached from the existing upright post, so that the breast board can be recycled. The invention makes full use of the upright post and the breast board structure of the existing waveform guardrail, does not need to dismantle the existing upright post and re-form holes, has quick and convenient construction, and has lower construction cost than the original traditional method of dismantling and re-building the guardrail. In addition, the guardrail upright column foundation does not need to be rebuilt, so that the maintenance cost can be obviously reduced, and the construction efficiency can be improved. Therefore, the method can fully utilize the existing resources, reduce the maintenance cost, realize quick construction, greatly shorten the construction period, reduce the construction cost and can be widely used in road engineering of reconstruction and major and middle maintenance.
Furthermore, the existing pavement and/or the new pavement are formed by pouring flat kerbs. The flat kerbstone refers to a kerbstone with a top surface flush with the road surface, and has the functions of calibrating the range of the road surface, tidying the road capacity and protecting the edge of the road surface.
Furthermore, the bottom end of the newly-added stand column is positioned on the top surface of the existing pavement. When installing newly-increased stand, just with its bottom directly place on existing road surface can, both can make things convenient for the connection installation between newly-increased stand and the existing stand, can make again more pre-buried in new pavement of newly-increased stand, and then improve stability.
Furthermore, the newly-added upright post is detachably connected with the existing upright post through a connecting piece.
Further, the connecting piece is a single-hole double-pipe clamp.
Furthermore, the newly-added upright columns and the existing upright columns are arranged along the direction of the center line of the road. For a straight road, the newly added upright posts and the existing upright posts are distributed along the axis direction of the road; but to the crooked section of road, then arrange according to the central line direction to make newly-increased stand, existing stand keep equal to the distance at road center, make the distance of guardrail to road center through this application setting, keep unchangeable with the distance of original guardrail to road center.
Furthermore, the existing upright post is of a hollow structure, and expansion concrete is poured inside the existing upright post. The structural strength and the hardness of the existing upright post are improved to be used as a stressed base part of the newly added upright post, when a vehicle is out of control to collide with a guardrail, the vehicle keeps forward power under the action of inertia, the upright post is easy to deform in the horizontal direction, and the upright post is easy to rush out of a road once the deformation is out of control.
The pavement paving method by using the existing waveform guardrail comprises the following steps:
(a) disassembling the existing corrugated guardrail, taking down the guardrail plate and keeping the existing upright post;
(b) installing a newly-added upright column beside the existing upright column, so that the top end of the newly-added upright column is higher than that of the existing upright column; fixing the newly added upright post;
(c) pouring a new pavement on the existing pavement, so that the bottom end of the newly added stand column is positioned in the poured new pavement;
(d) and installing the taken-down breast board on the newly-added upright post.
The method makes full use of the upright post and the breast board structure of the existing waveform guardrail, does not need to dismantle the existing upright post and re-form holes, has quick and convenient construction, and has lower construction cost than the original traditional method of dismantling and then building the guardrail. In addition, the method does not need to rebuild the guardrail column foundation, so that the maintenance cost can be obviously reduced, and the construction efficiency can be improved. Therefore, the method can fully utilize the existing resources, reduce the maintenance cost, realize quick construction, greatly shorten the construction period, reduce the construction cost and be widely used in road engineering reconstruction and major and middle maintenance.
And (c) further, in the step (b), the newly-added stand columns are fixedly connected with the existing stand columns through a plurality of connecting pieces, and the height of each connecting piece is higher than the height of the newly-paved road.

the invention utilizes the pavement additional paving structure and the additional paving method of the existing waveform guardrail, fully utilizes the upright post and the breast board structure of the existing waveform guardrail, does not need to dismantle the existing upright post and re-form holes, has quick and convenient construction, and has lower construction cost than the original traditional method of dismantling and then building the guardrail. In addition, the guardrail upright column foundation does not need to be rebuilt, so that the maintenance cost can be obviously reduced, and the construction efficiency can be improved. In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to examples and accompanying drawings, and the exemplary embodiments and descriptions thereof are only used for explaining the present invention and are not meant to limit the present invention.
Example 1:
the pavement additional paving structure using the existing waveform guardrail as shown in fig. 1 to 3 comprises an existing upright post 1, a new pavement 6 paved above the existing pavement, and a new upright post 2 with the bottom embedded in the new pavement 6, wherein the top end of the new upright post 2 is higher than the top end of the existing upright post 1, and the new upright post 2 is connected with the existing upright post 1; and the fence plate 4 is arranged on the newly added upright post 2.
Preferably, the balustrade 4 in this embodiment is a corrugated balustrade.
Example 2:
as shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the pavement additional paving structure using the existing corrugated guard rail, on the basis of embodiment 1, the existing pavement and the new pavement 6 are cast by flat stones. The bottom end of the newly-added upright post 2 is positioned on the top surface of the existing pavement. The newly-added upright post 2 is detachably connected with the existing upright post 1 through a connecting piece 3. The connecting piece 3 is a single-hole double-pipe clamp. The newly added upright columns 2 and the existing upright columns 1 are arranged along the central line direction of the road. The existing upright post 1 is of a hollow structure, and expansion concrete is poured inside the existing upright post.
Example 3:
the pavement paving method by using the existing waveform guardrail comprises the following steps:
the existing corrugated guardrail is disassembled, the guardrail plate 4 is taken down, and the existing upright post 1 is reserved;
installing a new upright post 2 beside the existing upright post 1, and enabling the top end of the new upright post 2 to be higher than the top end of the existing upright post 1; fixing the newly added upright post 2;
pouring a new pavement 6 on the existing pavement, and enabling the bottom end of the newly added upright post 2 to be positioned in the poured new pavement 6;
pouring expanded concrete into the existing upright post 1; and installing the removed breast board 4 on the newly added upright post 2.
Preferably, in the step b, the newly added upright post 2 is fixedly connected with the existing upright post 1 through a plurality of connecting pieces 3, and the height of the connecting pieces 3 is higher than the height 7 of the newly paved surface.
The connecting piece 3 in the embodiment adopts a single-hole double-pipe clamp, and the single-hole double-pipe clamp is customized according to the diameter and strength requirements of the existing stand column and the newly added stand column; the height of the newly added upright post is determined according to the current specification, and the height of the newly added upright post can be adjusted according to the field condition; the connection strength between the newly-added upright post and the existing upright post is required to meet the current standard.
In addition, when the road surface is heightened again, the newly-added upright post can be directly used as a stress component, and the guardrail can be heightened again in the same way in the embodiment.

2. A pavement overlaying structure using existing waveform guard rail according to claim 1, wherein said existing pavement and/or new pavement (6) is poured by flat stone.
3. A pavement overlaying structure using an existing corrugated guardrail according to claim 1, wherein a bottom end of said new post (2) is located on a top surface of an existing pavement.
4. The pavement structure using the existing corrugated guard rail according to claim 1, wherein the newly added upright post (2) is detachably connected with the existing upright post (1) through a connecting piece (3).
5. A roadway paving structure using an existing waveform guard rail according to claim 4, characterized in that the connecting member (3) is a single-hole double pipe clamp.
6. The pavement paving structure using the existing corrugated guardrail according to claim 1, wherein the new columns (2) and the existing columns (1) are arranged along the center line direction of the road.
7. A roadway-paving structure using an existing corrugated guardrail as claimed in claim 1, wherein the existing upright (1) is a hollow structure, and the interior of the hollow structure is poured with expansive concrete.
8. A pavement additionally-paving method by utilizing an existing waveform guardrail is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(a) the existing corrugated guardrail is disassembled, the guardrail plate (4) is taken down, and the existing upright post (1) is reserved;
(b) installing a newly-added upright post (2) beside the existing upright post (1), and enabling the top end of the newly-added upright post (2) to be higher than the top end of the existing upright post (1); fixing the newly added upright post (2);
(c) pouring a new pavement (6) on the existing pavement, and enabling the bottom end of the newly added upright post (2) to be positioned in the poured new pavement (6);
(d) and installing the taken-down breast board (4) on the newly added upright post (2).
9. A method for paving a pavement using an existing corrugated guardrail according to claim 8, wherein the newly added upright post (2) is fixedly connected with the existing upright post (1) in the step (b) through a plurality of connecting pieces (3), and the connecting pieces (3) are positioned at a height higher than the elevation (7) of the newly paved pavement.
10. The method of claim 8, wherein the step (d) further comprises: and pouring the expansive concrete into the existing upright post (1).
