Background
The degreasing powder is environment-friendly and efficient, does no harm to human and environment, has strong decontamination capability and good washability, can thoroughly and quickly remove aged oil stains and animal and vegetable oil on the surface of steel, and has stable solution at high temperature.
Chemical degreasing is usually needed on steel parts of lamps, and the chemical degreasing is a process of removing oil stains on the surfaces of parts by utilizing saponification and emulsification of hot alkaline solution on grease. The alkaline solution comprises two parts: one part is alkaline substance such as sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate, etc.; the other part is surface active substances such as sodium silicate, emulsifier and the like. Saponification with an alkaline substance removes saponifiable oil, and emulsification with a surfactant removes unsaponifiable oil. The chemical oil removal has the characteristics of simple process, easy operation, low cost, non-toxic and non-flammable oil removal liquid and the like.
