Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of hydrogen production, and particularly relates to a hydrogen slow release agent containing ammonia borane and application thereof.
Background
Hydrogen, as an inert gas with reducing properties, is almost ubiquitous in nature. The existing medicine shows that hydrogen can selectively remove hydroxyl free radicals, has stronger antioxidant effect, does not influence the functions of other active oxygen, and can improve on the aspect of energy metabolism, so that the hydrogen has good improvement and control effects on various pathological changes in vivo. In Japan, hydrogen has been added as an additive to foods, beauty masks, etc., and has effects of enhancing immunity, removing color spots, reducing weight, improving endocrine, etc. The hydrogen has no toxic or side effect on human bodies, and is widely suitable for various crowds. Therefore, the hydrogen-containing substance capable of slowly releasing hydrogen has a large market development space.
If a formula of the hydrogen slow-release agent which can be stable, safe and nontoxic for a long time can be provided, reductive hydrogen can be slowly released when the hydrogen slow-release agent needs to be used, and the hydrogen slow-release agent has important value.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention uses ammonia borane which is a substance with higher hydrogen storage value (up to 19.6wt percent of hydrogen storage capacity) for the first time to prepare the hydrogen slow release agent capable of slowly releasing hydrogen when in use. The theoretical basis of the invention is as follows: the ammonia borane is white solid at normal temperature and normal pressure, has a melting point of 104 ℃, is relatively stable and is convenient to store and transport. When ammonia borane is dissolved in water, hydrolysis reaction can be slowly carried out, and hydrogen is slowly released, so that a certain hydrogen concentration is always maintained in the solution.
The molecular formula of the ammonia borane is NH3·BH3Also known as borazane.
The invention provides a hydrogen slow release agent containing ammonia borane, which comprises the following components: ammonia borane, alkaline earth metal salt and drying agent.
Preferably, the desiccant is selected from at least one of calcium chloride, silica gel, molecular sieves, mineral desiccants, or fibrous desiccants. The drying agent can keep the hydrogen slow-release agent in a dry state and prevent the hydrogen from being released by moisture.
Preferably, the hydrogen slow release agent further comprises an adsorbent.
Preferably, the adding amount of the ammonia borane is 1-35% of the mass of the hydrogen slow release agent.
Preferably, the adsorbent is selected from one or more of attapulgite, kaolin, montmorillonite, talcum powder or sericite. The above are all natural minerals. The adsorbent can also be other substances with adsorbability: such as activated carbon.
The adsorbent has the following functions: the adsorbent has excellent adsorbability, and has a certain adsorption effect on substances such as peculiar smell and products obtained after ammonia borane hydrolysis; meanwhile, water can be stored, the continuous reaction in the ammonia borane hydrolysis process is ensured, and the hydrogen slow release agent is always in a reductive hydrogen-rich environment in a certain range.
Preferably, the alkaline earth metal salt is selected from at least one of calcium salt or magnesium salt, and the calcium salt or magnesium salt has a solubility in water of not less than 10g/100g water at 25 ℃.
Preferably, the alkaline earth metal salt is selected from at least one of calcium chloride, calcium nitrate, calcium bicarbonate, calcium dihydrogen phosphate, calcium acetate, calcium formate, magnesium chloride, magnesium nitrate, magnesium sulfate, magnesium acetate, magnesium formate, magnesium bicarbonate, or magnesium dihydrogen phosphate.
Preferably, the ratio of moles of the ammonia borane to moles of the alkaline earth metal salt is less than 2.
The metaborate ions after the ammonia borane hydrolysis are harmful to human bodies, so that the alkaline earth metal salts such as calcium chloride and magnesium chloride are added to precipitate the metaborate ions, and the harm of the metaborate ions in the solution can be removed.
Preferably, the hydrogen slow-release agent is in the form of powder, spheres, blocks or tablets.

Preferably, in the hydrogen slow release agent, by mass, the ammonia borane is 0.1-6 parts, the adsorbent is 80-95 parts, the desiccant is 6-20 parts, and the mole ratio of the ammonia borane to the alkaline earth metal salt is less than 2.
In a second aspect, the invention provides a use of the hydrogen sustained release agent of the first aspect in a diaper.
The panty-shape diapers can not in time be changed in the use for the panty-shape diapers breed the bacterium easily, if there is the wound in the panty-shape diapers package scope, probably aggravate the infection. When the product is added into the paper diaper, the paper diaper is soaked in use, and the hydrogen slow-release agent in the paper diaper can slowly release hydrogen, so that the range covered by the paper diaper is in a reductive hydrogen-rich environment, and the breeding of aerobic bacteria is inhibited.
In a third aspect, the invention provides the use of the hydrogen sustained release agent of the first aspect for daily health care.
The daily health care means that the hydrogen slow release agent can be added into daily necessities or daily chemicals for use, wherein the daily necessities or daily chemicals comprise, but are not limited to, washing or bathing products such as bath foam and facial cleanser, cosmetics, skin care products and the like.
The hydrogen slow release agent can also be added into daily chemicals such as facial masks. The hydrogen slow release agent is added when the mask is used, and the addition amount of the hydrogen slow release agent is 2 wt% of the mask base solution. This amount is reasonable and maintains the hydrogen concentration for a long period of time.
When used in daily chemical products such as facial masks, the paste facial mask can be prepared by adding one or more of natural mineral soils such as attapulgite, montmorillonite and kaolin, and adding glycerol, fish oil, skin care powder, etc. The mud-shaped mask has the function of skin water retention, can maintain hydrogen on the surface of skin for a longer time, and further improves the using curative effect of the product.
When the hydrogen slow-release agent is used in a bath, the hydrogen slow-release agent can be pressed into a spherical shape, a sheet shape or powder wrapped by powder, and is soaked in water when in use.
Preferably, when the hydrogen slow-release agent is a powder coated with a powder, the powder coating can coat the generated insoluble precipitate such as metaboric acid alkaline earth metal salt in the powder coating, and is permeable to air and water.
Preferably, the material of the powder bag is wrapped by conventional filter paper.
The hydrogen slow release agent needs to be sterilized by ultraviolet rays and needs to be stored in a dry and ventilated place.
The application schemes can be freely combined on the premise of no contradiction.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) currently, ammonia borane is mostly applied to the industrial field as a rocket high-energy fuel, and is not applied to the biochemical field by people. The invention innovatively utilizes the characteristic that ammonia borane can be slowly hydrolyzed to release hydrogen when meeting water for the first time, and obtains the hydrogen sustained-release agent capable of slowly releasing and controlling hydrogen by adding a plurality of specific components, belonging to a green pollution-free product rich in nano hydrogen, having high safety and relatively low cost, being easy for industrial production, and meeting the requirement of contemporary people on daily health care by using the hydrogen-rich product.
(2) The compatibility is high. The main auxiliary agents in the formula, such as alkaline earth metal salt, adsorptive clay, drying agent and the like, are common reagents for daily chemical products, have no problem of poor compatibility, and can be suitable for different cosmetic formulas comprising facial mask base solution.
(3) Has wide application. Uses of the hydrogen sustained release agent of the invention include, but are not limited to, applications in bath daily chemicals. When being used in the paper diaper, the hydrogen slow release agent can enable the paper diaper to be always in a hydrogen-rich reducing environment in the wrapping range, and bacteria are not easy to breed. When the hydrogen slow release agent is used in bath daily chemical products, the skin is in a hydrogen-rich state, and the released hydrogen can reduce active oxygen free radicals with high reactivity on the surface layer of the skin, so that oxidative damage and local inflammatory damage of the skin can be prevented.
(4) The hydrogen slow release agent slowly releases hydrogen for 36 hours when in use, and keeps the hydrogen concentration in the solution to be always more than 1400ppb, so the hydrogen slow release agent is always in the state of releasing hydrogen in the air and has higher stability.
