When an operator places a paperboard with an uncoated surface to be adhered at the bottom of the vacuum suction nozzle 55, the paperboard on the vacuum suction nozzle 55 cannot be aligned with the paperboard in the slot 2501 due to an error in manual operation, resulting in adhesion deviation. Before the vacuum suction nozzle 55 releases the sheet, the second gear 74 drives the vacuum suction nozzle 55 to rotate by a certain angle by driving the second servo motor 71, thereby solving the problem of deviation.

As shown in fig. 1, 12 and 13, a signal module 9 is arranged at the upper end of the workbench 1, the signal module 9 comprises a plurality of signal transmitting units 91 and a plurality of signal receiving units 92, the signal module 9 is connected with a PLC control system, and the PLC control system controls the on/off of the alarm system.
The signal transmitting unit 91 comprises a first fixed base 9101, and signal transmitters 9102 are arranged at two ends of the first fixed base 9101;
the signal receiving unit 92 includes a second fixing base 9201, and both ends of the second fixing base 9201 are provided with signal receivers 9202.
The signals transmitted by the signal transmitter 9102 are all positioned right above the side wall of the clamping groove 2501, and when the paper board on the vacuum suction nozzle 55 is aligned with the paper board in the clamping groove 2501, the signal receiver 9202 can receive the signals transmitted by the signal transmitter 9102;
when the paper board on the vacuum suction nozzle 55 and the paper board in the clamping groove 2501 deflect, the signal receiver 9202 cannot receive the signal transmitted by the signal transmitter 9102, and at the moment, the PLC control system controls the alarm system to be started to send out an alarm. At this time, the second servo motor 71 is driven, and the second gear 74 drives the vacuum suction nozzle 55 to rotate by a certain angle until the alarm is released, at which time the paper board on the vacuum suction nozzle 55 is aligned with the paper board in the slot 2501.
The use method of the automatic bonding device of the packing box comprises the following steps:
1) placing the sliding plate 25 on the workbench 1 to make the limiting columns 2401 and the limiting holes 2601 matched, and then placing the paperboards with the surface coated with the films one by one in the clamping grooves 2501;
2) the air cylinder 61 is driven, and the air pressure rod 63 drives the vacuum suction nozzle 55 to move upwards for a certain distance, so that the vacuum suction nozzle 55 is prevented from contacting and colliding with the paper boards in the clamping groove 2501;
3) the second driving mechanism 3 is driven to enable the third driving mechanism 4 to be located above the clamping groove 2501, the first hydraulic cylinder 41 is driven to puncture the film coating layers on the paper boards to be bonded through the conical rod 4301, the second driving mechanism 3 is driven, and the first hydraulic cylinder 41 moves in the three directions of XYZ to puncture the film coating layers one by one;
4) the air cylinder 61 is driven, the air pressure rod 63 drives the fifth driving mechanism 7 and the vacuum suction nozzle 55 to move downwards, an operator sucks the paper board (glue is arranged at the bottom of the paper board) which is not coated with a film on the surface to be adhered by using the vacuum suction nozzle 55, the second driving mechanism 3 is driven, and the paper board at the bottom end of the vacuum suction nozzle 55 is placed above the paper board in the clamping groove 2501 and close to the position of the upper end of the paper board in the clamping groove 2501;
5.1), if the alarm system gives an alarm at this time, it is shown that the paper boards on the vacuum suction nozzles 55 and the paper boards in the slots 2501 are deflected, the second servo motor 71 is driven, the second gear 74 drives the vacuum suction nozzles 55 to rotate by a certain angle until the paper boards on the vacuum suction nozzles 55 and the paper boards in the slots 2501 are aligned, the alarm is relieved, the first hydraulic cylinders 41 are driven to enable the paper boards on the vacuum suction nozzles 55 to move downwards to be in contact with the paper boards in the slots 2501, the paper boards are released by the vacuum suction nozzles 55, and the first hydraulic cylinders 41 move in the three directions of XYZ by driving the second driving mechanism 3, so that the paper boards which are to be adhered and are not coated on the surfaces are aligned one by one and placed on the paper boards in the slots 2501;
5.2) if the alarm system does not give an alarm, driving the first hydraulic cylinder 41 to make the paper board on the vacuum suction nozzle 55 move downwards to be contacted with the paper board in the clamping groove 2501, the vacuum suction nozzle 55 releases the paper board, and the first hydraulic cylinder 41 moves in three directions of XYZ by driving the second driving mechanism 3 to align the paper boards which are to be adhered and have no film coated on the surfaces one by one on the paper boards in the clamping groove 2501;
6) the first driving mechanism 2 is driven to drive the slide plate 25 to a position below the sixth driving mechanism 8, the sixth driving mechanism 8 is driven, the cardboard in the card slot 2501 and the cardboard on the vacuum suction nozzle 55 are bonded by the bonding plate 83, and after bonding, the slide plate 25 is taken out, and bonding is completed.

the bottom end of the workbench (1) is provided with a first driving mechanism (2), the first driving mechanism (2) comprises two first linear electric cylinders (21) which are distributed in parallel and fixed at the bottom end of the workbench (1), first electric cylinder guide rails (22) are arranged on the first linear electric cylinders (21), first electric cylinder sliding blocks (23) are arranged on the first electric cylinder guide rails (22) in a sliding mode, sliding blocks (24) are fixed between the first electric cylinder sliding blocks (23), limiting columns (2401) are arranged at the upper ends of the sliding blocks (24), and sliding plates (25) are arranged at the upper ends of the sliding blocks (24);
the upper end of the workbench (1) is provided with two second driving mechanisms (3) which are distributed in parallel, each second driving mechanism (3) comprises a Z-direction first driving unit (31), a Y-direction second driving unit (32) and an X-direction third driving unit (33), the first driving units (31) are fixed on the workbench (1) in an array distribution manner, the second driving units (32) are fixed between the first driving units (31) in a parallel distribution manner, and the third driving units (33) are fixed between the second driving units (32);
a third driving mechanism (4) is arranged at the bottom end of a third driving unit (33) positioned at one end of the workbench (1), the third driving mechanism (4) comprises a first hydraulic cylinder (41), the bottom of the first hydraulic cylinder (41) is fixedly connected with a second electric cylinder sliding block (313) on the third driving unit (33), a first connecting piece (4102) is fixedly connected to the bottom end of a first hydraulic rod (4101) on the first hydraulic cylinder (41), a first servo motor (42) is fixed to the bottom end of the first connecting piece (4102), a connecting plate (43) is fixed to the bottom end of a first driving shaft (4201) arranged at the output end of the first servo motor (42), connecting rods (431) distributed in an array are fixed to the bottom end of one side of the connecting plate (43), tapered rods (4301) are fixed to the bottom end of the connecting rod (431), and a through hole (432) is formed in the other side of the connecting plate (43);
an adsorption mechanism (5) is arranged at the end part of the connecting plate (43), the adsorption mechanism (5) comprises a vacuum pump (51), the vacuum pump (51) is fixed on the connecting plate (43) through a first base (5101) arranged at the bottom end, a first air port (5102) and a second air port (5103) are respectively arranged on the vacuum pump (51), a hose (52) is connected to the second air port (5103), the hose (52) penetrates through the connecting plate (43) and is connected with a gas pipe fixing piece (53), and a vacuum suction nozzle (55) is fixed at the bottom end of the gas pipe fixing piece (53);
a fourth driving mechanism (6) is arranged at the side end of the adsorption mechanism (5), the fourth driving mechanism (6) comprises an air cylinder (61), the air cylinder (61) is fixed on the connecting plate (43) through a support (62), a second connecting piece (64) is arranged at the bottom end of an air pressure rod (63) on the air cylinder (61), a lower pressing rod (65) is fixed at the bottom end of the second connecting piece (64), and a lower pressing plate (66) is arranged at the bottom end of the lower pressing rod (65);
a fifth driving mechanism (7) is arranged at the side end of the fourth driving mechanism (6), the fifth driving mechanism (7) comprises a second servo motor (71), the second servo motor (71) is fixed on a supporting plate (72) through a second base (711), a fixing plate (721) is arranged on one side, close to the top, of the supporting plate (72), the fixing plate (721) is fixed on the second connecting piece (64), a first gear (73) is fixed at the output end of the second servo motor (71), a second gear (74) is meshed with the side end of the first gear (73), and the second gear (74) is fixed on the connecting column (56);
a sixth driving mechanism (8) is arranged at the bottom end of a third driving unit (33) positioned at the other end of the workbench (1), the sixth driving mechanism (8) comprises a second hydraulic cylinder (81), a third connecting piece (82) is connected to the bottom end of a second hydraulic rod (811) on the second hydraulic cylinder (81), and an adhesive plate (83) is fixed to the bottom end of the third connecting piece (82);
the working table is characterized in that a signal module (9) is arranged at the upper end of the working table (1), the signal module (9) comprises a plurality of signal transmitting units (91) and a plurality of signal receiving units (92), the signal module (9) is connected with a PLC control system, and the PLC control system controls the on-off of an alarm system.

The automatic bonding device for the packing box according to claim 1, wherein the bottom end of the sliding plate (25) is provided with a limiting block (26), the limiting block (26) is in sliding fit with the rectangular groove (12), a limiting hole (2601) in limiting fit with the limiting column (2401) is formed on the limiting block (26), and the upper end face of the sliding plate (25) is provided with clamping grooves (2501) distributed in an array.

when the paper board on the vacuum suction nozzle (55) and the paper board in the clamping groove (2501) deflect, the signal receiver (9202) cannot receive the signal transmitted by the signal transmitter (9102).

4) the air cylinder (61) is driven, the air pressure rod (63) drives the fifth driving mechanism (7) and the vacuum suction nozzle (55) to move downwards, an operator utilizes the vacuum suction nozzle (55) to suck the paper board (glue is arranged at the bottom of the paper board) which is not coated on the surface to be adhered, the second driving mechanism (3) is driven, and the paper board at the bottom end of the vacuum suction nozzle (55) is placed above the paper board in the clamping groove (2501) and close to the position of the upper end of the paper board in the clamping groove (2501);
5.1), if the alarm system gives an alarm at the moment, the situation that the paper boards on the vacuum suction nozzles (55) and the paper boards in the clamping grooves (2501) deflect is shown, the second servo motor (71) is driven, the second gear (74) drives the vacuum suction nozzles (55) to rotate for a certain angle until the paper boards on the vacuum suction nozzles (55) and the paper boards in the clamping grooves (2501) are aligned, the alarm is relieved, the first hydraulic cylinder (41) is driven to enable the paper boards on the vacuum suction nozzles (55) to move downwards to be in contact with the paper boards in the clamping grooves (2501), the vacuum suction nozzles (55) release the paper boards, and the first hydraulic cylinder (41) moves in the three directions of XYZ by driving the second driving mechanism (3), so that the paper boards which are to be adhered and are not coated on the surfaces are aligned and placed on the paper boards in;

6) and driving the first driving mechanism (2), driving the sliding plate (25) to the lower part of the sixth driving mechanism (8), driving the sixth driving mechanism (8), bonding the paper board in the clamping groove (2501) and the paper board on the vacuum suction nozzle (55) by using the bonding plate (83), and taking out the sliding plate (25) after bonding to finish bonding.
