Compared with the defects and shortcomings of the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) hardware conditions providing response for actively participating in classified collection activities in the process of generating household garbage for users are provided, the interest of the users is stimulated, good life style and habits are developed, and the users are stimulated to actively improve the classification effect and quality; therefore, the processing pressure in the subsequent production is reduced, the operation efficiency and stability of the system and the device are improved, and the system and the device of the equipment are simplified;
(2) the system evaluates the household garbage classified and delivered by the user and converts the household garbage into cash, participates in the transaction action between the system and the user, generates labor value between hands holding at will and enables the incentive action to have practicability and operability;
(3) the system and the device of the methane production equipment are improved, so that various operation states and parameters of the methane tank are suitable for the conditions of industrial production of the methane; the system and the device for generating power by using the methane are improved, and the running states and the performances of the methane power generation system and the power supply system are intelligently controlled;
(4) the production process and the utilization process of basic living resources are tracked, the main production link and the utilization link of the basic living resources are rebuilt and recovered in a local system, the natural ecological cycle process of the living resources is concentrated and rebuilt into an industrial production cycle process, the utilization and treatment industrial cycle ecological system is built, and the two world problems of white pollution caused by clean treatment and daily life of the living garbage are effectively solved.

the storage pressurization part of the biogas production equipment subsystem is connected with the air intake control part of the biogas power generation equipment subsystem, and the biogas produced, purified and pressurized is sent to the biogas power generation equipment to produce domestic and industrial electricity;

setting an analog signal processor, which is used for processing the received analog signal, dividing the detected household garbage into two types according to the type of the household garbage prompted by the prompt key, wherein one type is the prompting type household garbage, and the other type is the other type of household garbage, respectively counting the signal quantity of the two types of the received household garbage according to the pre-established analog signal characteristic set of the prompting type household garbage, and estimating the proportion of the other types of the household garbage in the detected household garbage quantity, thereby determining the grade of the delivered household garbage; estimating the size of the type of domestic garbage according to the line number of the continuous frames and the column number of the continuous frames of the other types of domestic garbage signals;

the digital signal processor is used for dividing the household garbage to be inspected into two types according to the type of the household garbage prompted by the prompt key, wherein one type of the household garbage is prompted type of the household garbage, the other type of the household garbage is other type of the household garbage, respectively counting the signal quantity of the two types of the received household garbage according to a pre-established digital signal characteristic set of the prompting type of the household garbage, estimating the proportion of the other types of the household garbage in the amount of the household garbage to be inspected, and determining the grade of delivering and receiving the household garbage; and estimating the size of the type of domestic garbage according to the line number of the continuous frames and the column number of the continuous frames of the other types of domestic garbage signals.

as shown in fig. 4 and 5, a pair of rotating wheels with the diameter of 350mm are arranged, and the rotating wheels are provided with stabbing piles; when the central line of the barbed pile is rotated to the vertical plane, the horizontal section of the barbed pile is square, the two side lengths of the bottom of the barbed pile are 26mm, the two side lengths of the top of the barbed pile are 6mm, one vertical section of the barbed pile is trapezoidal, the other vertical section of the barbed pile is hyperbolic, and the height of the barbed pile is 20 mm; the distance between 2 rows of adjacent pickets at the bottom of the pickets on the rotating wheel along the axial direction of the rotating wheel is 25mm, the distance between 2 adjacent pickets at the bottom of the pickets on the circumferential direction of the rotating wheel is 34.87mm, and 16 pickets are arranged on the circumference; as can be seen in fig. 4, 2 rotating wheels move in the same direction at the circumference facing the center line, the linear velocity V1 is not equal to V2, and a differential relative motion is generated between the two rotating wheels, so that the adjacent spikes on the two rotating wheels respectively pierce the two sides of the plastic bag, and due to the differential motion, a tearing force is generated on the plastic bag to tear the plastic bag; the barbed piles on the 2 rotating wheels are arranged in a staggered mode in the axial direction of the rotating wheels, and 1 row of barbed piles is arranged on each 2 rows of the rotating wheels rotating at a low speed, so that the barbed piles on the 2 rotating wheels can be meshed into the rotating wheels in the axial direction, and the number of the barbed piles on the low-speed rotating wheels is reduced by 1 row compared with the number of the barbed piles on the high-speed rotating wheels by 2 rows; the shaft distance of the 2 rotating wheels is set to be adjustable; the material for manufacturing the rotating wheel shaft is steel, and the material for manufacturing the rotating wheel and the barbed pile is plastic; the two rotating wheels are installed on the frame by the prior art and assembled into the plastic bag tearing machine; a comb-shaped plastic bag separating screen which vibrates in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction to generate a shaking effect is arranged below the plastic bag tearing machine; the plane of the comb-shaped plastic bag separating screen is placed along an inclined plane which inclines downwards by 15 degrees on the horizontal plane, the comb-shaped plastic bag separating screen consists of a row of combing branches which are 16mm in diameter, 110mm in interval and arranged along the inclined plane, and the combing branches are arranged on a comb handle; the comb handle of the separation sieve faces upwards, the comb branches face downwards, and the material for manufacturing the comb-shaped plastic bag separation sieve is stainless steel; a poking rod wheel is arranged on one side of a combing branch, 4 poking rods are arranged on one circumference of the poking rod wheel, the diameter and the axial distance of the poking rods are consistent with those of the combing branch, a separation box is arranged below a plastic bag separation sieve, the poking wheels and the poking rods are made of plastics, and the separation box is made of common steel; the comb-shaped plastic bag separating screen, the poking wheel, the poking rod and the separating box are assembled into the plastic bag separator by the prior art, and the plastic bag tearing machine and the plastic bag separator are assembled into the plastic bag tearing machine by the prior art.

The throwing groove on the 1 st station of the cleaning barrel receives the plastic bags separated from the 4 th household garbage pretreatment branch, and the throwing groove on the 6 th station receives the cleaner plastic bags separated from the 1 st and 3 rd household garbage pretreatment branches, the cleaner plastic bags and the plastic products separated from the 2 nd household garbage pretreatment branch.
