when the cleaning water needs to be pumped out of the oak barrel 100, the water suction port 131 of the water suction pipe 13 is moved to the accumulated water position in the oak barrel 100, the water suction pump 24 is started, and the cleaning water is pumped to the primary filter part 231 through the water suction channel 133, the water suction port 132 and the suction pipe 6. The cleaning water drops down along the primary filter plate 233 to the secondary filter portion 232, and the residue is filtered at the primary filter plate 233 and slides down along the primary filter plate 233 from the residue drop port 271 into the residue tank 27. The clean water enters the secondary filter unit 232 and is filtered again by the separation screen 25 to enter the water collection tank 22.
When the dregs in the dregs filtering box 27 need to be cleaned, the cover opening plate 272 is opened. When dregs in the secondary filter part 232 need to be cleaned, the cover opening plate 272 is opened, and the primary filter plate 233 can be detached.
