The invention belongs to the technical field of reasonable greening maintenance, and particularly relates to a trunk whitening method for a road green belt.
Background
Whitewashing is a method for preventing and treating tree diseases and insect pests and frostbite. Various trees planted in green belts of towns, villages and highways need to be whitewashed before entering winter. The height of the white coating depends on the size of the trees, and the main raw materials of the white coating agent adopted by the white coating are lime, salt and water. At present, the tree whitening work is mainly finished by manual work, and the manual work has the disadvantages of high labor intensity, low working efficiency and high labor cost. Chinese patent application No. CN201510227594.4 shows a foldable tree whitewashing machine, which comprises a moving platform, a folding lifting mechanism and a lifting whitewashing mechanism. The lower side of the moving platform is provided with a double-rocker mechanism, and the upper side of the moving platform is provided with a screw mechanism consisting of a lead screw and a ball flange; the folding lifting mechanism is connected with the screw mechanism through a ball flange connecting plate, and the linear motion of the screw mechanism can be converted into the lifting and stretching motion of the folding lifting mechanism; the lifting whitewashing mechanism is connected with the folding lifting mechanism through a whitewashing support connecting shaft and a locking nut, the whitewashing support is placed flat and then moves to the tail end of the horizontal support along an inner sliding groove of the folding lifting mechanism, the folding action of the lifting whitewashing mechanism can be achieved, and the manipulator on the lifting whitewashing mechanism adopts a second-stage arm, so that the whitewashing of trees with different inclination degrees and different diameters can be achieved.
The machine replaces the manual work to carry out the whitewashing operation, although the labor intensity of workers can be reduced and the whitewashing efficiency can be improved, the following problems still exist: the tree slit on the bark is internally coated with living matters such as moss, so that the interior of the tree slit on the bark cannot be whitewashed, pests can hide in the tree slit to damage the tree, and the whitewashing effect is seriously influenced.

Technical problem to be solved
The invention provides a method for whitening a road green belt tree, which aims to solve the following problems in the process of whitening the green belt tree in the prior art: the tree slit on the bark is internally coated with living matters such as moss, so that the interior of the tree slit on the bark cannot be whitewashed, pests can hide in the tree slit to damage the tree, and the whitewashing effect is seriously influenced.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a trunk whitewashing method for road green belts is completed by matching a trunk whitewashing device, wherein the trunk whitewashing device comprises a base, and rollers and a pushing frame are arranged on the base. The base is provided with a notch, and the upper surface of the base is symmetrically provided with two vertical mounting plates at two sides of the notch. The bar spout of two vertical directions is seted up to the mounting panel side, and sliding fit has two horizontally first cylinders in the bar spout. The tip fixed connection of first cylinder has the semicircular mounting bracket of horizontally, and mutually supporting inserted block and recess are seted up to two semicircular mounting bracket tip. Semicircular chutes are formed in the upper surface of the semicircular mounting rack, the two semicircular chutes are identical in radius, and the end portions of the two semicircular chutes are matched with each other. A vertical door-shaped mounting frame is in sliding fit with the semicircular sliding groove, and a cleaning mechanism and a brushing mechanism are mounted on the door-shaped mounting frame.
The cleaning mechanism comprises two first limiting sleeves horizontally and fixedly installed on the door-shaped installation frame, and first sliding rods which are parallel to each other are arranged in the first limiting sleeves in a sliding fit mode. One end of the first sliding rod is horizontally and rotatably provided with a brush roller, and the other end of the first sliding rod is horizontally and fixedly provided with a first connecting rod. A first supporting rod is horizontally and fixedly installed between the two first limiting sleeves, a first lead screw parallel to the first sliding rod is rotatably installed between the first connecting rod and the first supporting rod, a first motor is fixedly installed at the end part of the first sliding rod, the output end of the first motor is fixedly connected with the brush roller, the brush roller is driven to rotate through the first motor, and living objects in gaps on the surfaces of barks are cleaned. The brushing mechanism is positioned above the cleaning mechanism and comprises two second limiting sleeves horizontally and fixedly installed on the door-shaped installation frame, and second sliding rods which are parallel to each other are arranged in the second limiting sleeves in a sliding fit mode. One end of the second sliding rod is horizontally and rotatably provided with a brushing roller with the same diameter as the brushing roller, and the other end of the second sliding rod is horizontally and fixedly provided with a second connecting rod. A second supporting rod is horizontally and fixedly arranged between the two second limiting sleeves, and a second lead screw parallel to the second sliding rod is rotatably arranged between the second connecting rod and the second supporting rod. The trunk whitewashing device further comprises a driving mechanism and a lifting mechanism. The end part of the second sliding rod is fixedly provided with a second motor, the output end of the second motor is fixedly connected with the coating roller, and the coating roller is driven by the second motor to rotate so as to coat a whitening agent on the surface of the bark and the bark gap.
The method for whitening the trees in the road green belt comprises the following steps:

Step four, coating the surface of the bark: the brush roller cleans the bark gap and the brush roller applies the whitening agent to the cleaned bark surface above the brush roller.
As a preferred technical scheme of the present invention, in the trunk whitewashing device, the driving mechanism includes a support plate vertically and fixedly mounted on the door-shaped mounting frame, a third motor is horizontally and fixedly mounted on the outer side of the support plate, an output shaft of the third motor penetrates through the support plate and points to the center of the semicircular mounting frame, and a bevel gear is fixedly mounted on an end portion of the output shaft of the third motor. The upper surface of the semicircular mounting rack is fixedly provided with a semicircular bevel gear ring which is meshed with the bevel gear. The bevel gear is driven to rotate by the third motor, so that the door-shaped mounting frame, the cleaning mechanism and the painting mechanism are driven to move circularly along the semicircular sliding groove.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the lifting mechanism includes a first conveying roller and a second conveying roller horizontally rotatably mounted on the top and bottom of the mounting plate. Horizontal fixed mounting has the lift bar between two first cylinders, lift bar fixed connection the one end of drive belt, and first conveying roller is passed and fixed connection is on the second conveying roller to the other end of drive belt. The bottom fixed mounting of mounting panel has the fourth motor, the output and the second conveying roller fixed connection of fourth motor. Drive the second conveying roller through the fourth motor and rotate, the second conveying roller passes through the drive belt and drives the lift bar along bar spout direction top-down motion to drive first cylinder, door style of calligraphy mounting bracket, clean the whole length direction top-down motion along the trunk of mechanism and painting mechanism.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, in the trunk whitewashing device, the mounting plate is hinged on the base, the upper surface of the base is obliquely and fixedly provided with the second cylinder, and the end part of the second cylinder is hinged on the mounting plate. Through the contained angle between second cylinder adjustment mounting panel and the base to make bar spout and trunk parallel, and then make to clean the mechanism and scribble the mechanism and can remove along trunk length direction, realize cleaning and the coating to different gradient trunk surfaces.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, in the trunk whitewashing device, a plurality of annular bulges are uniformly arranged on the outer surface of the painting roller, and the width of the bulges is smaller than the width of the bark gap. In the rotation process of the brushing roller, the annular bulge extends into the bark gap to coat the inside of the bark gap with a whitening agent, so that the whitening effect is improved.
According to a preferable technical scheme of the invention, in the trunk whitewashing device, a storage box is fixedly arranged above the second sliding rod, the storage box is positioned right above the painting roller, and the bottom of the storage box is provided with a through hole. The material storage box is filled with the whitening agent with required dosage before work, and the whitening agent automatically drops from the material storage box to the surface of the brushing roller to be adsorbed by the brushing roller in the work process, so that the surface of the brushing roller is ensured to contain the whitening agent all the time, and the uniformity of whitening on the surface of the bark is improved.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a spring is installed between an end surface of one side of the brush roller and an end surface of an inner side of the first sliding rod in the trunk whitewashing device. The end face of the other side of the brush roller is fixedly provided with a rigid straight rod, and the end face of the inner side of the first sliding rod is fixedly provided with a convex block at a position corresponding to the end part of the rigid straight rod. The end of the rigid straight rod and the lug are hemispherical. In the process of driving the brush roller to rotate through the first motor, after the end part of the rigid straight rod abuts against the convex block, the brush roller is pushed to move axially along the brush roller, and the spring is compressed. After the end part of the rigid straight rod is separated from the convex block, the brush roller moves reversely along the axial direction of the brush roller under the elastic force of the spring. Along with the high-speed rotation of the brush roller, the brush roller generates high-frequency vibration along the axial direction, and parasitic objects which are cleaned from the bark surface and attached to the brush are shaken off.
(III) advantageous effects
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) before the trunk of the green belt is whitewashed by adopting the trunk whitewashing device, the vertical annular brush is carried out on the surface of the bark by the brush roller rotating at high speed, and the inhabitants such as moss growing in the gaps of the bark are cleaned, so that the whitewashing agent can fully enter the gaps of the bark to kill pests hidden in the gaps of the bark, and the whitewashing effect is improved.
(2) In the trunk whitewashing device, the positions of the brush roller and the brushing roller in the horizontal direction can be adjusted, so that the brush roller and the brushing roller can be tightly attached to the surface of a tree bark when rotating around the trunk and moving up and down along the trunk aiming at the trunks with different thicknesses, and the cleaning and coating effects are ensured.
(3) In the trunk whitewashing device, the brush roller is periodically pushed by the convex block and is influenced by the elastic force of the spring in the high-speed rotation process to generate axial high-frequency vibration, so that inhabitants such as moss and the like adhered to the brush after being cleaned are shaken off, the inhabitants are prevented from being adhered to barks again along with the brush roller, and the cleaning effect is further improved.
(4) In the trunk whitewashing device, the mounting plate is driven to rotate by the second air cylinder, and the angles of the strip-shaped sliding groove and the semicircular mounting frame are adjusted, so that the brush roller and the brushing roller can rotate around the trunk and move along the length direction of the trunk aiming at the inclined trunk, and the cleaning and coating effects are improved.

Detailed Description
The embodiments of the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings, but the invention can be implemented in many different ways as defined and covered by the claims.
As shown in fig. 2 to fig. 6, the present embodiment provides a trunk whitewashing device, which comprises a base 1, and a roller 2 and a pushing frame 3 are mounted on the base 1. The base 1 is provided with a notch, and two vertical mounting plates 4 are symmetrically arranged on the upper surface of the base 1 at the two sides of the notch. Two bar-shaped sliding grooves 5 in the vertical direction are formed in the side face of the mounting plate 4, and two first horizontal cylinders 6 are arranged in the bar-shaped sliding grooves 5 in a sliding fit mode. The end part of the first cylinder 6 is fixedly connected with a horizontal semicircular mounting rack 7, and the end parts of the two semicircular mounting racks 7 are provided with an insertion block 8 and a groove 9 which are matched with each other. Semicircular sliding grooves 10 are formed in the upper surface of the semicircular mounting rack 7, the two semicircular sliding grooves 10 are identical in radius, and the end portions of the two semicircular sliding grooves are matched with each other. A vertical door-shaped mounting frame 11 is in sliding fit with the semicircular sliding groove 10, and a cleaning mechanism 12 and a painting mechanism 13 are mounted on the door-shaped mounting frame 11.
The cleaning mechanism 12 includes two first position-limiting sleeves 121 horizontally and fixedly installed on the door-shaped installation frame 11, and first sliding rods 122 parallel to each other are slidably fitted in the first position-limiting sleeves 121. One end of the first sliding rod 122 is horizontally and rotatably provided with a brush roller 123, and the other end is horizontally and fixedly provided with a first connecting rod 124. A first supporting rod 125 is horizontally and fixedly installed between the two first limiting sleeves 121, a first lead screw 126 parallel to the first sliding rod 122 is rotatably installed between the first connecting rod 124 and the first supporting rod 125, a first motor 127 is fixedly installed at the end of the first sliding rod 122, the output end of the first motor 127 is fixedly connected with the brush roller 123, and the brush roller 123 is driven by the first motor 127 to rotate so as to clean the living matters in the gaps on the surface of the bark. The brushing mechanism 13 is located above the cleaning mechanism 12, and includes two second position-limiting sleeves 131 horizontally and fixedly mounted on the door-shaped mounting frame 11, and second sliding rods 132 parallel to each other are slidably fitted in the second position-limiting sleeves 131. One end of the second sliding rod 132 is horizontally rotatably installed with a brush roller 133 having the same diameter as the brush roller 123, and the other end thereof is horizontally fixedly installed with a second connecting rod 134. A second support rod 135 is horizontally and fixedly installed between the two second position-limiting sleeves 131, and a second lead screw 136 parallel to the second sliding rod 132 is rotatably installed between the second connecting rod 134 and the second support rod 135. The trunk whitewashing device further comprises a drive mechanism 14 and a lifting mechanism 15. The end of the second sliding rod 132 is fixedly provided with a second motor 137, the output end of the second motor 137 is fixedly connected with the brushing roller 133, and the brushing roller 133 is driven by the second motor 137 to rotate so as to coat the surface and the gaps of the barks with the whitening agent.
In this embodiment, the driving mechanism 14 includes a supporting plate 141 vertically and fixedly mounted on the door-shaped mounting frame 11, a third motor 142 is horizontally and fixedly mounted on the outer side of the supporting plate 141, an output shaft of the third motor 142 penetrates through the supporting plate 141 and points to the center of the semicircular mounting frame 7, and a bevel gear 143 is fixedly mounted on the end of the output shaft of the third motor 142. A semicircular bevel gear ring 144 engaged with the bevel gear 143 is fixedly installed on the upper surface of the semicircular mounting bracket 7. The third motor 142 drives the bevel gear 143 to rotate, so as to drive the whole of the door-shaped mounting frame 11, the cleaning mechanism 12 and the brushing mechanism 13 to make an annular motion along the semicircular chute 10.
In the present embodiment, the lifting mechanism 15 includes a first conveyor roller 151 and a second conveyor roller 152 horizontally rotatably mounted on the top and bottom of the mounting plate 4. A lifting rod 153 is horizontally and fixedly installed between the two first air cylinders 6, the lifting rod 153 is fixedly connected with one end of a transmission belt 154, and the other end of the transmission belt 154 passes through the first transmission roller 151 and is fixedly connected with the second transmission roller 152. The bottom of the mounting plate 4 is fixedly provided with a fourth motor 155, and the output end of the fourth motor 155 is fixedly connected with the second conveying roller 152. The second conveying roller 152 is driven to rotate by the fourth motor 155, and the second conveying roller 152 drives the lifting rod 153 to move from top to bottom along the direction of the strip-shaped chute 5 by the driving belt 154, so as to drive the first cylinder 6, the door-shaped mounting frame 11, the sweeping mechanism 12 and the brushing mechanism 13 to move from top to bottom along the length direction of the trunk.
In the embodiment, the mounting plate 4 is hinged on the base 1, the upper surface of the base 1 is obliquely and fixedly provided with the second air cylinder 16, and the end part of the second air cylinder 16 is hinged on the mounting plate 4. Through the contained angle between the 16 adjustment mounting panels of second cylinder 4 and the base 1 to make bar spout 5 parallel with the trunk, and then make clean mechanism 12 and brush mechanism 13 and can remove along trunk length direction, realize cleaning and the coating to different gradient trunk surfaces.
In this embodiment, the outer surface of the brushing roller 133 is evenly provided with a number of ring-shaped protrusions, the width of which is smaller than the bark gap width. In the rotating process of the painting roller 133, the annular protrusion extends into the bark gap to paint the inside of the bark gap with the white paint, so that the white painting effect is improved.
In this embodiment, the storage box 17 is fixedly mounted above the second sliding rod 132, and the storage box 17 is located right above the brushing roller 133 and has a through hole at the bottom. Before the operation, the storage box 17 is filled with the whitening agent with required dosage, and the whitening agent automatically drops from the storage box 17 to the surface of the coating roller 133 and is adsorbed by the coating roller 133, so that the surface of the coating roller 133 is ensured to contain the whitening agent all the time, and the uniformity of the bark surface whitening is improved.
In this embodiment, a spring 18 is installed between one side end surface of the brush roller 123 and the inner side end surface of the first slide lever 122. The other end face of the brush roller 123 is fixedly provided with a rigid straight rod 19, and the end face of the inner side of the first sliding rod 122 is fixedly provided with a lug 20 corresponding to the end of the rigid straight rod 19. The ends of the rigid straight bars 19 and the projections 20 are hemispherical. When the first motor drives the brush roller 123 to rotate, the end of the rigid straight rod 19 abuts against the protrusion 20, so that the brush roller 123 is pushed to move axially along the brush roller 123, and the spring 18 is compressed. After the end of the rigid straight rod 19 is separated from the protrusion 20, the brush roller 123 is moved in the opposite direction along the axial direction of the brush roller 123 by the elastic force of the spring 18. As the brush roller 123 rotates at a high speed, the brush roller 123 generates high-frequency vibration in the axial direction, and the parasitic objects that are swept from the bark surface and attached to the brush are shaken off.
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment further provides a method for whitening a road green belt tree, comprising the following steps:
step one, preparation before work: drive two semi-circular mounting brackets 7 separation through first cylinder 6, promote the trunk whitewash device through pushing away frame 3 for the trunk of waiting to whitewash is located between two semi-circular mounting brackets 7, drives two semi-circular mounting brackets 7 butt joint together through first cylinder 6, fills the whitewash agent of required dose in to storage tank 17.
Step two, adjusting the working position: the included angle between the mounting plate 4 and the base 1 is adjusted through a second air cylinder 16, so that the strip-shaped sliding groove 5 is parallel to the trunk; the position of the brush roller 123 and the brush roller 133 is then adjusted by means of the first lead screw 126 and the second lead screw 136 until the brush roller 123 and the brush roller 133 abut against the trunk surface.
Step three, cleaning bark gaps: the door-shaped mounting rack 11 is driven by the driving mechanism 14 to rotate along the two semicircular chutes 10, and the brush roller 123 is driven by the first motor to rotate to clean the bark gap. After the door-shaped mounting frame 11 rotates for a circle, the lifting mechanism 15 drives the semicircular mounting frame 7 to move from top to bottom along the direction of the strip-shaped sliding groove 5 by a distance equal to the diameter of the brush roller 123, and cleaning is performed again according to the method.
Step four, coating the surface of the bark: while the brush rollers 123 clean the bark gaps, the brush rollers 133 apply a whitening agent to the surface of the bark cleaned above the brush rollers 123.
