The marking mechanism further comprises a marking paint heating barrel 4, the marking paint heating barrel 4 is fixedly connected above the fixed frame 1, and the marking paint heating barrel 4 is communicated with the marking paint barrel 6. The marking device integrating cleaning, marking, heating and spraying also comprises a supporting claw 3, wherein the supporting claw 3 is fixedly connected with the fixed frame 1, arranged below the fixed frame 1 and arranged at the side part of the cleaning mechanism. The first support driving member 301 and the second support driving member 305 of the present embodiment are both air cylinders, hydraulic cylinders, or electric push rods, and preferably, the first support driving member 301 and the second support driving member 305 of the present embodiment are both air cylinders.

The embodiment of the marking method integrating cleaning, marking, heating and spraying is formed on the basis of the marking device integrating cleaning, marking, heating and spraying, and specifically comprises the following steps:
1) the whole marking device integrating cleaning, marking, heating and spraying is moved to the position of a road surface needing marking, the first supporting driving piece 301 drives the supporting rod 303 to rotate through the hinge frame 301, so that the supporting rod 303 is opposite to the road surface, then the second supporting driving piece 304 drives the movable sleeve 305 to move to one side close to the road surface along the axial direction of the supporting rod 303, the three stretching rods 306 are pushed to move to one side close to the road surface through the movable sleeve 305, the three suckers 310 corresponding to the bottoms of the three stretching rods 306 are in contact with the road surface, and the whole marking device integrating cleaning, marking, heating and spraying is supported;
2) referring to fig. 10, the lifting frame 702 is driven by the lifting driving member 701 to rotate to one side close to the road surface, so that the sweeping roller 8 is in contact with the road surface; the sliding driving piece drives the connecting slide block 21 to slide along the sliding groove through the sliding transmission shaft and the sliding transmission belt in sequence, and meanwhile, the cleaning roller driving piece 901 drives the cleaning roller 8 to rotate through the cleaning roller driving shaft 902 to clean the road surface; sweeping the road surface through the sweeping spray head 11, and sweeping particles such as dust or sand dust clamped between stone joints of the road surface; after the road surface is cleaned, referring to fig. 11, the lifting frame 702 is driven by the lifting driving member 701 to rotate towards the side far away from the road surface, and the cleaning roller 8 is retracted;
3) the conversion plate 14 is driven to rotate by the conversion plate driving piece 17, and the conversion plate is switched to the scribing pen 16, so that the scribing pen 16 is communicated with the marking paint cylinder 6, the longitudinal driving piece 5011 drives the longitudinal moving frame 502 to move along the length direction of the fixed frame 1 sequentially through the longitudinal transmission shaft 5012 and the longitudinal transmission belt 5013, and meanwhile, the transverse driving piece 2011 drives the transverse moving frame 202 to move along the length direction (equivalent to the width direction of the fixed frame 1) of the longitudinal moving frame 502 sequentially through the transverse transmission shaft 2012 and the transverse transmission belt 2013, so that the transverse moving frame 202 drives the scribing mechanism to move along the length direction and the width direction of the fixed frame 1 simultaneously, and the edge of a line is drawn on a road surface by the scribing pen 16;
the conversion plate 14 is driven to rotate by the conversion plate driving piece 17, the conversion plate is switched to the spraying pen 15, the spraying pen 15 is communicated with the marking paint cylinder 6, the longitudinal driving piece 5011 drives the longitudinal moving frame 502 to move along the length direction of the fixed frame 1 sequentially through the longitudinal transmission shaft 5012 and the longitudinal transmission belt 5013, meanwhile, the transverse driving piece 2011 drives the transverse moving frame 202 to move along the length direction (equivalent to the width direction of the fixed frame 1) of the longitudinal moving frame 502 sequentially through the transverse transmission shaft 2012 and the transverse transmission belt 2013, so that the transverse moving frame 202 drives the marking mechanism to move along the length direction and the width direction of the fixed frame 1 simultaneously, and lines are filled inside the road surface through the spraying pen 15 until marking is finished;

The marking device integrating cleaning, marking, heating and spraying is characterized by comprising a fixed frame (1), a transverse moving mechanism (2), a longitudinal moving mechanism (5), a marking mechanism and a cleaning mechanism, wherein the longitudinal moving mechanism (5) is arranged in the fixed frame (1) and is in sliding connection with the fixed frame (1); the transverse moving mechanism (2) is connected with the longitudinal moving mechanism (5) in a sliding manner, and the marking mechanism is connected with the transverse moving mechanism (2);
the cleaning mechanism comprises a cleaning roller lifting mechanism (7), a cleaning roller (8) and a cleaning roller driving mechanism (9), and the cleaning roller lifting mechanism (7) is connected with the fixed frame (1); the cleaning roller lifting mechanism (7) is connected with the cleaning roller (8) through a cleaning roller driving mechanism (9), and the cleaning roller lifting mechanism (7) is arranged on the outer side of the longitudinal moving mechanism (5).

The line marking device integrating sweeping, marking, heating and spraying as one body as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sweeping roller lifting mechanism (7) comprises a lifting driving member (701) and a lifting frame (702), the lifting frame (702) is hinged with the fixed frame (1), the fixed frame (1) is connected with the lifting frame (702) through the lifting driving member (701), and the inner side of the lifting frame (702) is provided with a sliding groove along the length direction;
the cleaning roller driving mechanism (9) comprises a cleaning roller driving part (901), a cleaning roller driving shaft (902), a connecting slide block (21), a sliding driving part, a sliding transmission shaft and a sliding transmission belt, wherein the connecting slide block (21) and the sliding transmission belt are both arranged in a sliding groove, the power output end of the sliding driving part is connected with the sliding transmission belt through the sliding transmission shaft, the sliding transmission belt is connected with the connecting slide block (21), and the sliding driving part drives the connecting slide block (21) to slide along the sliding groove sequentially through the sliding transmission shaft and the sliding transmission belt; the cleaning roller driving piece (901) is connected with the connecting slide block (21) through a cleaning roller driving shaft (902); the cleaning roller (8) is sleeved outside the cleaning roller driving piece (901) and the cleaning roller driving shaft (902), and the cleaning roller driving piece (901) drives the cleaning roller (8) to rotate through the cleaning roller driving shaft (902).

The marking device integrating sweeping, marking, heating and spraying as claimed in claim 2, wherein the sweeping mechanism further comprises a purging tube (10) and a plurality of purging nozzles (11), the purging tube (10) is fixedly connected to the connecting slide block (21), the plurality of purging nozzles (11) are distributed on the purging tube (10), and the purging nozzles (11) are communicated with the purging tube (10).

The integrated line marking apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the longitudinal moving mechanism (5) comprises a longitudinal driving mechanism (501) and a longitudinal moving frame (502), the longitudinal driving mechanism (501) comprises a longitudinal driving member (5011), a longitudinal driving shaft (5012) and a longitudinal driving belt (5013); the longitudinal driving piece (5011) is fixedly connected with the fixed frame (1), and the longitudinal driving piece (5011) is connected with a longitudinal transmission belt (5013) through a longitudinal transmission shaft (5012); the longitudinal moving frame (502) is provided with a sliding roller mechanism, and the longitudinal moving frame (502) is connected with a longitudinal transmission belt (5013) through the sliding roller mechanism; a longitudinal roller sliding groove is formed in the inner side of the fixed frame (1), and the sliding roller mechanism is arranged in the longitudinal roller sliding groove and is in sliding connection with the longitudinal roller sliding groove;
the transverse moving mechanism (2) comprises a transverse driving mechanism (201) and a transverse moving frame (202), and the transverse driving mechanism (201) comprises a transverse driving piece (2011), a transverse transmission shaft (2012) and a transverse transmission belt (2013); the transverse driving piece (2011) is fixedly connected with the longitudinal moving frame (502), and the transverse driving piece (2011) is connected with the transverse transmission belt (2013) through a transverse transmission shaft (2012); a sliding roller mechanism is arranged on the transverse moving frame (202), and the transverse moving frame (202) is connected with a transverse transmission belt (2013) through the sliding roller mechanism; and a transverse roller sliding groove is formed in the inner side of the longitudinal moving frame (502), and the sliding roller mechanism is arranged in the transverse roller sliding groove and is in sliding connection with the transverse roller sliding groove.

The integrated sweeping, scribing, heating and spraying reticle device according to claim 4, wherein the sliding roller mechanism comprises a roller (12), a ball (13), a tightening member (18), a spacing adjusting member (19) and an adjusting slider (20), the roller (12) is provided with a mounting hole along the axial direction, the longitudinal transmission shaft (5012) or the transverse transmission shaft (2012) extends into the mounting hole, the roller (12) is connected with the bottom wall of the roller sliding groove through the ball (13), and the contact surface area of the ball (13) and the roller (12) is larger than 1/2 of the outer surface area of the ball (13); the adjusting sliding block (20) is arranged in the mounting hole, and the longitudinal transmission shaft (5012) or the transverse transmission shaft (2012) is connected with the ball (13) through the adjusting sliding block (20); the roller (12) is provided with a distance adjusting hole along the radial direction, the distance adjusting hole is communicated with the mounting hole, and the roller (12) is also provided with a top tightening piece hole which is communicated with the distance adjusting hole; the distance adjusting piece (19) is arranged in the distance adjusting hole, one end of the distance adjusting piece (19) extends to a position between the longitudinal transmission shaft (5012) or the transverse transmission shaft (2012) and the adjusting slide block (20), the other end of the distance adjusting piece (19) extends to a position above the propping piece hole, and the inclined surface of the contact surface of the adjusting slide block (20) and the distance adjusting piece (19) is inclined; the top tightening piece (18) is arranged in the top tightening piece hole, and the top tightening piece (18) is in contact with the distance adjusting piece (19).

The line marking device integrating sweeping, marking, heating and spraying as claimed in claim 5, it is characterized in that the marking mechanism comprises a marking paint cylinder (6), a conversion plate (14), a spraying pen (15), a marking pen (16) and a conversion plate driving piece (17), the marking paint cylinder (6) and the conversion plate driving piece (17) are fixedly connected with the transverse moving frame (202), the conversion plate (14) is rotationally connected with the transverse moving frame (202), the power output end of the conversion plate driving piece (17) is connected with the conversion plate (14), the spraying pen (15) and the marking pen (16) are both fixedly connected with the conversion plate (14), the conversion plate (14) is driven to rotate by the conversion plate driving piece (17), switching the spraying pen (15) and the marking pen (16) to enable the spraying pen (15) or the marking pen (16) to be communicated with the marking paint cylinder (6); the pen point of the spraying pen (15) and the pen point of the marking pen (16) are arranged opposite to the road surface.

The line marking device integrating sweeping, marking, heating and spraying as one body as claimed in claim 6, wherein the marking mechanism further comprises a marking paint heating barrel (4), the marking paint heating barrel (4) is fixedly connected above the fixed frame (1), and the marking paint heating barrel (4) is communicated with the marking paint barrel (6).

The line marking device integrating sweeping, marking, heating and spraying as claimed in claim 7, wherein the line marking device integrating sweeping, marking, heating and spraying further comprises a supporting claw (3), the supporting claw (3) is fixedly connected with the fixed frame (1), is arranged below the fixed frame (1) and is arranged at the side of the sweeping mechanism.

The line marking device integrating sweeping, scribing, heating and spraying as claimed in claim 8, wherein the supporting claw (3) comprises a first supporting driving member (301), a hinge frame (301), a supporting rod (303), a second supporting driving member (304), a movable sleeve (305), a stretching rod (306), a sucker connecting rod (309), a sucker (310) and a movable roller (311), the first supporting driving member (301) is fixedly connected with the fixed frame (1), the hinge frame (301) is hinged with the fixed frame (1), a power output end of the first supporting driving member (301) is hinged with the supporting rod (303) through the hinge frame (301), and the movable sleeve (305) is sleeved outside the supporting rod (303) and is slidably connected with the supporting rod (303); the second supporting driving piece (304) is fixedly connected with a supporting rod (303), the power output end of the second supporting driving piece (304) is hinged with a movable sleeve (305), the outer side wall of the movable sleeve (305) is hinged with a plurality of stretching rods (306), the stretching rods (306) are arranged in parallel, the bottom of the supporting rod (303) is hinged with a plurality of sucker connecting rods (309), the number of the sucker connecting rods (309) is the same as that of the supporting rod (303), the top end surface of each sucker connecting rod (309) is provided with a stretching rod sliding groove, one end part of each stretching rod (306) is arranged in each stretching rod sliding groove and is in sliding connection with each stretching rod sliding groove, the bottom of each sucker connecting rod (309) is provided with a sucker (310), and each sucker (310) is hinged with each sucker connecting rod (309); the moving roller (311) is connected to the bottom of the support rod (303).
10. The method for cleaning, scribing, heating and spraying integrated reticle based on the reticle device integrating cleaning, scribing, heating and spraying as claimed in claim 9, characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) the first supporting driving piece (301) drives the supporting rod (303) to rotate through the hinge frame (301), so that the supporting rod (303) is right opposite to the road surface, then the second supporting driving piece (304) drives the movable sleeve (305) to move towards one side close to the road surface along the axial direction of the supporting rod (303), the movable sleeve (305) pushes the stretching rod (306) to move towards one side close to the road surface, so that a sucker (310) at the bottom of the stretching rod (306) is in contact with the road surface, and the whole marking device integrating sweeping, marking, heating and spraying is supported;
2) the lifting driving piece (701) drives the lifting frame (702) to rotate towards one side close to the road surface, so that the cleaning roller (8) is in contact with the road surface; the sliding driving piece drives the connecting slide block (21) to slide along the sliding groove through the sliding transmission shaft and the sliding conveyor belt in sequence, and meanwhile, the cleaning roller driving piece (901) drives the cleaning roller (8) to rotate through the cleaning roller driving shaft (902) to clean the road surface; sweeping the road surface through a sweeping spray head (11), and sweeping particles such as dust or sand dust clamped between stone joints of the road surface; after the road surface is cleaned, the lifting driving piece (701) drives the lifting frame (702) to rotate to one side far away from the road surface, and the cleaning roller (8) is retracted;
3) the conversion plate driving piece (17) drives the conversion plate (14) to rotate and is switched to the marking pen (16), so that the marking pen (16) is communicated with the marking paint cylinder (6), the longitudinal driving piece (5011) drives the longitudinal moving frame (502) to move along the length direction of the fixed frame (1) sequentially through the longitudinal transmission shaft (5012) and the longitudinal transmission belt (5013), meanwhile, the transverse driving piece (2011) drives the transverse moving frame (202) to move along the length direction of the longitudinal moving frame (502) sequentially through the transverse transmission shaft (2012) and the transverse transmission belt (2013), so that the transverse moving frame (202) drives the marking mechanism to move along the length direction and the width direction of the fixed frame (1) simultaneously, and the edge of a line is drawn on a road surface through the marking pen (16);
the conversion plate driving piece (17) drives the conversion plate (14) to rotate and is switched to the spraying pen (15), so that the spraying pen (15) is communicated with the marking paint cylinder (6), the longitudinal driving piece (5011) drives the longitudinal moving frame (502) to move along the length direction of the fixed frame (1) sequentially through the longitudinal transmission shaft (5012) and the longitudinal transmission belt (5013), meanwhile, the transverse driving piece (2011) drives the transverse moving frame (202) to move along the length direction of the longitudinal moving frame (502) sequentially through the transverse transmission shaft (2012) and the transverse transmission belt (2013), so that the transverse moving frame (202) drives the marking mechanism to move along the length direction and the width direction of the fixed frame (1) simultaneously, and the interior of lines is filled on the road surface through the spraying pen (15) until marking is finished;
4) the second supporting and driving piece (304) drives the movable sleeve (305) to move towards one side far away from the road surface along the axial direction of the supporting rod (303), the movable sleeve (305) pushes the stretching rod (306) to move towards one side far away from the road surface, the sucker (310) at the bottom of the stretching rod (306) is driven to leave the road surface, the movable roller (311) is in contact with the ground, and the movable roller (311) drives the whole marking device integrating sweeping, marking, heating and spraying to move.
