However, oil-based rock debris contains a large amount of fine particles, and fine dust formed in thermal cracking engineering not only pollutes recovered oil, but also easily blocks oil and gas pipelines to cause that equipment cannot run for a long time.
Most of the existing dust removing devices adopt spray water for dust removal or cyclone dust removal, and the spray water for dust removal has limited dust removal effect due to insufficient gas-liquid contact and other reasons, particularly has poor removal effect on fine particles, is difficult to meet the latest environmental protection index requirements, and can bring free water into the atmosphere. Cyclone dust removal can remove larger particles, but has poor effect of removing fine particles, and cannot meet the latest environmental protection index requirements.
The invention is combined with a thermal cracking carbonization furnace for processing oil sludge, oil-based rock debris and oil sand materials in Chinese patent (CN201820799904.9) to be used together, in the prior art, the better filtering and dust removing effects are generally achieved by increasing filter plates or increasing the number of filter devices, because the thermal cracking carbonization furnace is applied to a skid-mounted platform, the space of the platform is limited, and the load is brought to the narrow skid-mounted platform by simply increasing the number of the filter devices.

an outer dust removing cylinder 7, a middle dust removing cylinder 20 and an inner dust removing cylinder 8 are arranged in the tank body 3, the inner dust removing cylinder 8 is sleeved outside the bearing 16, the upper end face of the inner dust removing cylinder 8 is sealed, the middle dust removing cylinder 20 is sleeved outside the inner dust removing cylinder 8, the outer dust removing cylinder 7 is sleeved outside the middle dust removing cylinder 20, the outer dust removing cylinder 7 and the middle dust removing cylinder 20 are both uncovered cylinders, the upper end faces of the outer dust removing cylinder 7 and the middle dust removing cylinder 20 are provided with a flower disc 10, the flower disc 10 seals the upper end face of a gap between the inner wall of the outer dust removing cylinder 7 and the outer wall of the middle dust removing cylinder 20, and the smoke dust is prevented from escaping out of the tank body 3 through a smoke passage, namely, the smoke dust is sealed through a part extending downwards on; the flower disc 10 is provided with a hanging buckle 19, the flower disc 10 is fixed with the inner wall of the tank body 3 through a bolt, the flower disc 10 is in a ring shape, and the outer diameter of the flower disc 10 is the same as that of the outer dust removal cylinder 7; the outer dust removing cylinder 7 and the middle dust removing cylinder 7 are hung on the flower disc 10 through hanging buckles 19, and the inner dust removing cylinder 8 is fixed through hanging buckles arranged at the lower end of the outer side of the middle dust removing cylinder 20 and the middle dust removing cylinder 20; the flower disc 10 above the flue between the inner dust removing cylinder 8 and the middle dust removing cylinder 20 is provided with a through hole as a passage of filtered flue gas, the supporting seat 9 is arranged at the lower end of the bearing 16 and is fixedly connected with the bearing 16, the supporting seat 9 is provided with a disc 12, the disc 12 comprises an inner disc and an outer disc, the inner disc and the outer disc are both provided with dust removing components vertical to the inner disc and the outer disc, the inner disc and the outer disc are both connected with the supporting seat 9 through bolts, the inner disc is arranged at the lower end of the inner dust removing cylinder 8, the outer disc 7 is arranged at the lower end of a gap between the outer dust removing cylinder 7 and the middle dust removing cylinder 20, when the bearing 16 rotates, the supporting seat 9 and the inner disc and the outer disc on the supporting seat 9 are driven to rotate together, the inner disc and the outer disc rotate together with the dust removing components, the dust removing components can brush out large particles attached to the outer wall of the dust removing cylinder 20 in the inner wall of the outer dust, the purpose of cleaning the outer dust removing cylinder 7 and the inner dust removing cylinder 8 is achieved.
The dust removal part comprises a steel brush 5 and a dust removal support 6, the dust removal support 6 is composed of two strip steel plates, the steel brush 5 is clamped between the two steel plates, the dust removal support 6 is perpendicularly connected to the disc 12, one end of the dust removal support 6 on the outer disc is fixed to the outer disc, the other end of the dust removal support extends to the upper end in the outer dust removal cylinder 7, one end of the dust removal support on the inner disc is fixed to the inner disc, the other end of the dust removal support extends to the upper end of the inner dust removal cylinder 8 and is fixed to a bearing 16 located inside the inner dust removal cylinder 8, and therefore the steel brush 5 can brush off whole smoke dust attached to the outer dust removal cylinder 7, the middle dust removal cylinder 20 and the inner dust removal cylinder 8.
The outer dust removing cylinder 7, the middle dust removing cylinder 20 and the inner dust removing cylinder 8 are all cylinders made of stainless steel micro metal sintering nets, a gap between the lower end face of the outer dust removing cylinder 7 and the lower end face of the tank body 3 is sealed by a steel plate to form a flue 11, a gap between the lower end face of the middle dust removing cylinder 20 and the lower end face of the inner dust removing cylinder 8 is sealed by a steel plate to form the flue 11, and filtered flue gas is discharged into a tank cover 14 above the flower disc 10 through the flue 11 and is discharged to the outside of the device through a chimney 15.
The motor 1 is set to be at a fixed rotating speed (lower rotating speed) to realize constant-speed self-cleaning, and the operation of the dust removal component can be controlled by remotely controlling the operation of the motor 1 on line through connecting a computer.
