Referring to fig. 6, 8 and 9, in the present embodiment, the connection assembly 20 of the atomization apparatus for the electronic cigarette includes a connection sleeve 21 having a cavity therein and a cartridge connecting seat 1023 connected to one end of the power supply device 102, the connection sleeve 21 is detachably connected to the cartridge connecting seat 1023, for example, by clamping or screwing, the upper end of the connection sleeve 21 and the upper end of the cartridge connecting seat 1023 are disposed along the longitudinal axial direction of the power supply device 102, and the atomization assembly 30 is at least partially disposed in a space between the upper end of the connection sleeve 21 and the upper end of the cartridge connecting seat 1023. The upper end, the lower end and the like are used for referring to the reference direction of the electronic cigarette in the normal use state, such as being placed on a table and being held by a user for use, and are not absolutely defined. It can be appreciated that during the smoking process of the user, the hot air flow in the air outlet channel 112 can preheat the smoke liquid in the liquid storage cavity 110, so that the smoke liquid has a higher temperature before entering the atomizing assembly 30, the smoke liquid atomizing efficiency can be increased, and the consumption can be reduced.
The tail cap 13 is substantially in a circular plate-shaped structure, a liquid outlet through hole 131 communicated with the liquid storage cavity 110, an air inlet through hole 132 communicated with the air inlet channel 111 and an air outlet through hole 133 communicated with the air outlet channel 112 are formed in the tail cap 13, a sealing member (not shown) is installed in the liquid outlet through hole 131, the sealing member is arranged along the radial direction of the liquid outlet through hole 131 and can close the lower end opening of the liquid storage cavity 110, and when the sealing member is pierced under the action of external force, smoke liquid in the liquid storage cavity 110 can flow out through the liquid outlet through hole 131.
In the present embodiment, the connection assembly 20 includes a connection sleeve 21, and a connection member 22 and an end cover 23 both housed in the connection sleeve 21, wherein the end cover 23 is connected to the connection member 22 and located above the connection member 22.
The connecting sleeve 21 is a hollow cylindrical structure with two through ends, and the connecting sleeve 21 is sleeved outside the lower end of the liquid storage pipe 11. When the liquid storage assembly 10 is installed, the lower end of the liquid storage pipe 11 is inserted into the connecting sleeve 21. In addition, one of the inner wall of the connecting sleeve 11 and the outer wall of the liquid storage tube 11 is provided with a clamping protrusion (not shown), and the other one is provided with a clamping groove (not shown) matched with the clamping protrusion, so that the connection stability between the connecting component 20 and the liquid storage component 10 is further improved through the clamping relationship between the clamping protrusion and the clamping groove.
Referring to fig. 9, the end cap 23 is installed in the lower end of the connection sleeve 21 by interference fit, the end cap 23 is substantially a circular plate-shaped structure, a connection pipe 231 is inserted through the center of the end cap 23, and two ends of the connection pipe 231 penetrate through and correspond to the liquid outlet through hole 131. In addition, the end cap 23 is provided with a first through hole 122 and a second through hole 123, wherein the first through hole 122 is communicated with the air inlet through hole 132, and the second through hole 123 is communicated with the air outlet through hole 133.
The connecting member 22 has a cylindrical structure with two ends penetrating, a cavity of the connecting member 22 forms a receiving groove 220, and the atomizing assembly 33 is received in the receiving groove 220. The lower end of the end cap 23 is inserted into the connecting member 22, and the connecting tube 231 abuts against the atomizing assembly 30, so that the tobacco liquid in the liquid storage chamber 110 can flow into the atomizing assembly 30 through the connecting tube 231, and the tobacco liquid is heated to generate smoke. In order to improve the connection stability of the connecting piece 22 and the end cover 23, the connecting piece 22 and the end cover 23 are clamped.
In addition, the lower end of the connecting piece 22 is clamped with the upper end of the power supply device 102, so that the fixed connection relationship between the connecting component 20 and the power supply device 102 is realized. It is understood that in other embodiments, not shown, the connection member 22 and the power supply device 102 may be detachably connected by a screw connection, a plug connection, a magnetic connection, or the like, without limitation.
Referring to fig. 7, the connection sleeve 21 is provided with a notch 211, the notch 211 extends from the upper end of the connection sleeve 21 to the lower end of the connection sleeve 21, and after the liquid storage assembly 10 is mounted on the connection assembly 20, the smoke liquid in the liquid storage assembly 20 can be observed through the notch 211. For example, the liquid storage assembly 10 is provided with a window 115, only the window 115 on the liquid storage assembly 10 is made of transparent or semitransparent material, and other parts are opaque, such as black or other dark color systems. After the liquid storage assembly 10 is mounted on the connecting assembly 20, due to the existence of the notch 211, the window 115 on the liquid storage assembly 10 is matched with the notch 211, so that the smoke liquid condition in the liquid storage assembly 10 can be observed through the notch 211 and the window 115 from the outside, and whether the liquid storage assembly 10 needs to be discarded or not is judged, and a new liquid storage assembly 10 is replaced.
When the liquid storage assembly 10 is connected to the connection assembly 20, the connection tube 231 is inserted into the liquid outlet through hole 131 and pierces the sealing member, and then the tobacco juice in the liquid storage chamber 110 flows into the atomization assembly 30 through the liquid outlet through hole 131. In this embodiment, the sealing member is a plastic film, which cannot be repaired after being punctured, and after the tobacco juice is used, the liquid storage assembly 10 is replaced with a new one. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, not shown, the sealing member is made of rubber, and the sealing member has a slot formed thereon, and naturally, the slot is automatically closed to seal the reservoir 110, and when the connection pipe 231 passes through the slot, the slot is pushed open to open the reservoir 110, so that the reservoir 10 can be removed by the user at any time after the liquid smoke is not used, thereby preventing the liquid smoke from continuously contacting the atomizing assembly 30 and damaging the atomizing assembly 30. It will be appreciated that the connecting tube 231 in this embodiment serves as the piercing member for piercing the sealing member to allow the smoke liquid in the liquid storage chamber 110 to flow out. Further, in order to prevent the smoke liquid from leaking between the tail cap 13 and the end cap 23, a seal ring 222 is interposed between the hole wall of the liquid outlet through hole 131 and the outer wall of the connection pipe 231. The material of the sealing ring 222 includes, but is not limited to, silicone or rubber.
The atomizing assembly 30 includes an atomizing base 31, a liquid absorbing element 32 accommodated in the atomizing base 31, and a heating element 33 installed on the atomizing base 31, wherein the structures and the connection relations of the atomizing base 31, the liquid absorbing element 32, and the heating element 33 are the same as those in the first embodiment, and are not described herein again, as long as the differences are, in this embodiment, the atomizing assembly 30 is detachably connected to the power supply apparatus 102.
Referring to fig. 9 again, the power supply device 102 includes a housing 1021, a battery 1022 accommodated in the housing 1021, a cartridge connecting seat 1023 installed at one end of the housing 1021, and a first electrode 1024 and a second electrode 1025 installed on the cartridge connecting seat 1023, wherein the connecting element 22 is clamped outside the cartridge connecting seat 1023, and the atomizing base 31 of the atomizing assembly 30 is clamped inside the cartridge connecting seat 1023. The first electrode 1024 is electrically connected to one of the positive and negative electrodes of the battery 1022, and the second electrode 1025 is electrically connected to the other of the positive and negative electrodes of the battery 1022. When the connecting assembly 20, the atomizing assembly 30 and the power supply device 102 are mounted in place, one pin of the heating element 33 is in contact with and electrically connected to the first electrode 1024, and the other pin 331 of the heating element 33 is in contact with and electrically connected to the second electrode 1025, so as to achieve the electrical connection relationship between the heating element 33 and the power supply device 102. In addition, insulating members (not shown) are respectively clamped between the first electrode 1024 and the second electrode 1025 and the smoke cartridge connecting seat 1023, and the insulating members play a role in electrical isolation to avoid short circuit. It can be understood that the insulating member is made of an insulating material such as rubber or silica gel.
In addition, referring to fig. 8 and 9 again, a sealing gasket 24 is interposed between the end cap 22 and the atomizing base 31, the sealing gasket 24 has a through slot (not shown) corresponding to the liquid absorbing element 32, the through slot is communicated with both the first through hole 122 and the second through hole 123, and the connecting pipe 231 is abutted against the liquid absorbing element 32 after passing through the through slot, so as to achieve liquid communication between the liquid storage cavity 110 and the liquid absorbing element 32. By providing the seal gasket 24, gas leakage can be prevented. The material of the sealing gasket 24 includes, but is not limited to, silicone or rubber.
When the liquid absorbing device is used by a user, smoke liquid in the liquid storage cavity 110 is absorbed by the liquid absorbing element 32 through the connecting pipe 231, smoke is generated under the heating of the heating element 33, external air enters through the air inlet hole 113, flows through the upper end face of the liquid absorbing element 32 after passing through the air inlet channel 111, the air inlet through hole 132 and the first through hole 122 in sequence, then flows through the second through hole 123, the air outlet through hole 133 and the air outlet channel 112 in sequence, and enters the mouth of the user through the air outlet hole 114. The direction indicated by the dashed arrows in fig. 9 is the airflow direction, and the direction indicated by the solid arrows in fig. 9 is the smoke flow direction.
In the electronic cigarette 200 according to the second embodiment of the present invention, when the atomizing assembly 30 needs to be replaced, the connection between the connecting assembly 20 and the power supply device 102 is released, so that the atomizing assembly 30 can be taken out, and the liquid absorbing element 32 and the heating element 33 on the atomizing assembly 30 are conveniently and independently detached and replaced, thereby reducing material waste and saving cost.
