Description

Facial mask and method for producing the same
Technical Field
The present application claims priority based on korean patent application No. 10-2017-0126755, 09/29/2017, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
The present invention relates to a mask having an excellent feeling of use.
Background
The facial mask is a skin management product used in a manner of being applied to the skin and left for a certain period of time and then removed, and is classified into various types according to its formulation and use method. The mask sheet is a product which contains a moisturizing agent, a whitening agent, a wrinkle improving agent and other functional cosmetic components, wherein the cosmetic solution is soaked in a substrate of the sheet and is used in a mode of being torn off after a certain time of skin attachment of a user. The mask sheet is excellent in portability and easy to use, and occupies a place in the most common form of the mask, and research and development for satisfying various demands of consumers are continuously performed.
Most of the facial mask sheets that are currently in circulation are produced in a form in which a base material such as nonwoven fabric is impregnated with a cosmetic composition, and the base material is folded and placed in a packaging bag, and then the contents are injected and sealed. Therefore, a cosmetic water or a cosmetic liquid having low viscosity and excellent fluidity is used as the content to be injected so as to easily impregnate the base material. On the other hand, a high viscosity formulation such as a cream or a gel is difficult to be impregnated into a substrate by the above-mentioned method due to its low fluidity, and thus its use as a content is limited.
The general mask sheet thus manufactured is not only a base material but also contains a considerable amount of contents in the packaging bag. The two sides of the top sheet are not particularly distinguished, and are entirely wetted with the contents. Such a mask sheet has a problem that the mask sheet loses a considerable amount of content by evaporation or remaining in a packaging bag as compared with the case where the injected content is supplied to the skin, and has a problem that the use feeling is deteriorated, for example, the content is stained when it is taken, and the low-viscosity content flows down even after the mask sheet is attached to the skin.
In order to solve the above problems, korean authorized utility model No. 20-0464720 proposes a facial mask which is integrally formed by detachably attaching a facial sheet paper impregnated with a cosmetic water to one side of a packaging film so as to be usable while unfolding the packaging film. The mask is used by grasping the outer peripheral edge of the unfolded packaging film with a hand, so that the contents can be prevented from being stained and the cosmetic water can be prevented from evaporating through the packaging film. However, the facial mask has a problem that the flexibility of the facial sheet is reduced by the packaging film, and the feeling of skin adhesion is reduced, and the sheet has a problem that the permeability is reduced, and the feeling of use is oppressed when the sheet is attached to the skin. In addition, such an embodiment has a disadvantage that the content impregnation amount is limited.
Therefore, there is a need for the development of a novel mask sheet which is hygienic and easy to handle without touching the hand, has excellent skin adhesion and good feeling in use, and can use a high-viscosity formulation as a content.

Face pack
The present invention provides a facial mask comprising a facial mask sheet impregnated with a cosmetic composition on only one side, the facial mask sheet comprising: a base layer impregnated with a cosmetic composition; a blocking layer that blocks the cosmetic composition impregnated in the base layer from flowing out; and a blocking supplement layer for supplementing the hydrophobic function and the oleophobic function of the blocking layer, wherein the blocking supplement layer is formed into more than one layer between the substrate layer and the blocking layer, or formed into more than one layer between the substrate layer and the blocking layer and outside the blocking layer, or formed into more than two layers outside the blocking layer.
The mask sheet of the present invention is simply used without touching the contents when it is used because the mask sheet is impregnated with the cosmetic composition only on one side of the mask sheet and the cosmetic composition is protected or folded by the release film so as not to be exposed to the outside. The mask sheet has excellent skin-fitting properties and a pleasant feeling in use, despite having a barrier layer and a barrier supplement layer. In addition, unlike the existing mask, the mask of the present invention contains a high viscosity formulation such as a cream, and can impart high moisturizing and high nutritional effects.
Fig. 1 is a view showing a cross section of a mask pack according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the mask of the present invention includes a mask sheet 20, and the mask sheet 20 includes a base layer 21, a blocking supplement layer 22, and a blocking layer 23. At this time, the blocking supplement layer 22 includes a first blocking supplement layer 221 and a second blocking supplement layer 222. The foundation layer 21 is impregnated with the cosmetic composition, and the cosmetic composition does not stick to the outside of the barrier layer 23.
In the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the mask sheet may further include a release film 10 laminated on the outer surface of the base layer 21, and the impregnated cosmetic composition may not stick to the user's hand and may not evaporate outward by including the release film.
Here, the release film 10 serves to protect the skin contact surface of the mask sheet 20 before being attached to the skin, and prevent the cosmetic composition impregnated in the base layer 21 from being contaminated and evaporated, the release film 10 is peeled from the mask sheet when a user uses the mask, and the base layer 21 of the mask sheet 20 contacting the release film 10 becomes the skin contact surface.
The material of the release film 10 is not particularly limited, and any known material that can be used as a release film in the art can be used without limitation. In particular, a PET film or an embossed (embossing) treated PET film, a PP film, or the like is preferable.
In the present invention, the facial mask sheet 20 includes a base layer 21, and the base layer 21 is used as a surface to be adhered to the skin by being impregnated with a cosmetic composition.
The base layer 21 has a plurality of pores to be impregnated with the cosmetic composition, and the form and material thereof are not particularly limited as long as the liquid retention property is excellent.
For example, the base layer 21 may be a non-woven fabric, a paper, a foam, or a sponge, and the material thereof may be one or more selected from the group consisting of viscose rayon, modal, lyocell, tencel, cuprammonium, polyester fiber, Polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), Polyacrylonitrile (PAN), polyamide, Polyurethane (PU), polylactic acid (PLA), nylon, cotton, hemp, pulp, and cellulose, but is not limited thereto. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the substrate layer may be a viscose rayon non-woven fabric, a tencel non-woven fabric, a cuprammonium non-woven fabric or a cotton non-woven fabric.
The mass per unit area of the substrate layer 21 is not particularly limited and may be 10gsm (g/m)2) To 150gsm (g/m)2). In addition, the moisture content of the base layer 21 may be in the range of 100% to 5000% by weight of the base layer itself, but is not limited thereto.
The thickness of the base layer 21 is not particularly limited in the present invention, and may be appropriately adjusted as needed, and is preferably in the range of 20 μm to 2 mm. If the thickness of the base layer is less than 20 μm, the film sheet has a problem of poor extensibility and easy tearing, and if it exceeds 2mm, the film sheet is too thick and the adhesive force is lowered when it is adhered to the skin, and therefore, the thickness is appropriately adjusted within the above range.
The mask sheet 20 of the present invention includes a blocking layer 23, and the blocking layer 23 blocks the outflow of the cosmetic composition contained in the base layer. The blocking layer 23 blocks the cosmetic composition impregnated in the base layer 21 from flowing out or evaporating to the outside of the base layer 21, and prevents the contents from sticking to the outer surface of the mask sheet 20. In this case, the blocking layer 23 is preferably formed as a thin film so as not to reduce the flexibility inherent in the base layer 21.
In the present invention, the blocking layer 23 may be composed of nanofibers. Here, the nanofiber means a fiber having an average diameter of a single fiber of 1nm to 500 nm. Such nanofibers exhibit excellent adhesion when they come into contact with the base layer 21, and can be produced as a thin film, and therefore are suitable for use as a material for the blocking layer 23.
The nanofibers are produced by an electrospinning (electrospinning) method. The electrospinning method is a method in which a polymer solution or a polymer in a molten state is spun into a fiber form by applying a high voltage (for example, 10kV to 60kV) to the solution and the polymer being ejected from a nozzle. The electrospinning method uses a polymer solution or a polymer in a molten state as a raw material, and therefore can use almost all kinds of fiber materials.
The material of the nanofibers is not particularly limited as long as it is an electrospun material, and a synthetic polymer, a natural polymer, or a combination thereof may be used. Specifically, as the material of the blocking layer, one or more selected from the group consisting of Polyacrylonitrile (PAN), polyethylene oxide (PEO), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), Polystyrene (PS), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), Polyurethane (PU), polyethylene propylene (PVP), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), nylon, Polyethersulfone (PES), Polyetherimide (PEI), poly (styrene-butadiene-styrene) (SBS), and carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) may be used, and preferably, one or more selected from the group consisting of polyacrylonitrile, polyvinylidene fluoride, and polyurethane may be used.
In the present invention, the blocking layer 23 preferably has water repellency and oil repellency so as to prevent migration of the cosmetic composition and exhibit a blocking effect. That is, the blocking layer may be manufactured to include hydrophobic and oleophobic ingredients, or may be a layer that coats the substrate with no or little hydrophobic and oleophobic ingredients.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the blocking layer 23 may be a nanofiber sheet manufactured by including a hydrophobic polymer coated on nanofibers. In this case, as a non-limiting example of the hydrophobic polymer, one or more selected from the group consisting of hydrophobic polyolefin, hydrophobic polyurethane (for example, fluorinated polyurethane), hydrophobic polyvinylidene fluoride, and polytetrafluoroethylene resin may be cited. At this time, the hydrophobic polymer may be included in a range of 0.01 to 5 wt% or 0.1 to 2 wt% of the total weight of the blocking layer.
The blocking layer 23 of the present invention is preferably implemented in a thin film form so as to function as a blocking film without reducing the flexibility of the base layer 21. In particular, the blocking layer may be formed with a mass per unit area of from 1gsm to 50gsm, and more preferably, from 1gsm to 20 gsm. If the mass per unit area of the blocking layer is less than 1gsm, permeation and evaporation of the cosmetic composition impregnated in the base layer are difficult to block, and if it exceeds 50gsm, flexibility of the base layer decreases, and the feeling of fit when it is attached to the skin decreases and breathability decreases, possibly resulting in a feeling of oppressive use.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the lamination of two or more layers of the respective layers constituting the topsheet may be performed by an adhesive, thermal welding, ultrasonic welding, or sewing (tacking).
Here, the lamination may be configured by one or more adhesives selected from the group consisting of an acrylic adhesive, a Rubber (Rubber) -based adhesive, a polyurethane adhesive, a polyester adhesive, a silicone adhesive, and a hot melt adhesive. In this case, the face film sheet may be bonded by spot welding in order to prevent the air permeability of the face film sheet from being lowered by the adhesive.
Preferably, as the adhesive, a hot melt adhesive may be used. The hot melt adhesive is an adhesive in which a nonvolatile, nonflammable, thermoplastic resin which is solid at normal temperature is bonded in a state of being melted by heat without using water or a solvent at all. The hot melt adhesive contains no solvent and thus has the advantages of environmental protection and little skin irritation.
The kind of the hot melt adhesive is not particularly limited, and adhesives generally used in the art may be used without limitation. Specifically, the hot melt adhesive may be a hot melt adhesive which uses a resin such as ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), Polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polystyrene-polyisoprene-polystyrene (SIS), polyester, polyamide, polyurethane, or the like as a base resin, and additionally contains wax (paraffin, polyethylene wax, or the like), tackifier resin (rosin-based resin, terpene resin, coumarone indene resin, petroleum resin, or the like), plasticizer (paraffin, aromatic oil, or the like), filler (calcium carbonate, clay, or the like), antioxidant (phenol, aromatic amine, or the like), or the like.
In the present invention, the amount of the binder used is not particularly limited, and may be appropriately adjusted as needed, and may be in the range of 0.1gsm to 10gsm, for example. When the content of the pressure-sensitive adhesive is within such a range, it is preferable to ensure adequate adhesiveness and avoid a problem of reduction in air permeability of the top sheet due to excessive application of the pressure-sensitive adhesive.
The barrier supplement layer 22 of the present invention is used for supplementing the water repellency and oil repellency of the barrier layer 23 or preventing the contents inside the topsheet from being exposed to the outside, and is preferably formed as a thin film without reducing the flexibility of the sheet, preferably without reducing the air permeability of the sheet, as in the case of the adhesive layer. As an example, the mass per unit area of the block-supplement layer 22 may be formed to be 0.1gsm to 20 gsm.
The blocking supplement layer 22 may be a waterproof film or a coating layer coated with one or more substances selected from the group consisting of fluorine-based, silicone-based, urethane-based, and teflon-based resins. Preferably, the blocking supplement layer 22 is a polyurethane coating having hydrophobicity or hydrophilicity, and is capable of imparting both hydrophobic and oleophobic functions.
The blocking supplement layer 22 may include a material selected from the group consisting of titanium oxide (TiO) having non-transparency2) Zinc oxide (ZnO), iron oxide (Fe)2O3) Zirconium oxide (ZrO)2) Silicon dioxide (SiO)2) Manganese oxide (MnO) and aluminum oxide (Al)2O3) Cerium oxide (CeO)3) Preferably, the inorganic substance is one or more inorganic substances selected from the group consisting of mica, talc and kaolin so that the contents inside the mask sheet are not exposed to the outside.
In this case, the inorganic substance may be contained in an amount of 0.01 to 0.5 wt% based on the total weight of the barrier supplement layer 22, and if the content is less than 0.01 wt%, the hydrophobic and oleophobic ingredient may flow out to the outside, and if the content exceeds 0.5 wt%, the flexibility of the entire mask sheet may be reduced.
Further, a pattern may be transferred or printed on the outer surface of the blocking supplement layer 22, that is, the surface not in contact with the blocking layer, and the pattern may be transferred or printed on the outer surface of the blocking supplement layer 22, thereby providing aesthetic appearance while preventing the contents inside the mask sheet from being exposed to the outside. At this time, the transfer or printing method is not particularly limited, and a method known in the art may be used.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1, the mask sheet of the present invention may include two or more blocking supplement layers. By forming the blocking supplement layer into two or more layers, it is possible to block the hydrophobic or oleophobic ingredient contained in the blocking layer from flowing out or evaporating to the outside. Preferably, by including blocking supplement layers that are a hydrophobic layer and an oleophobic layer, as shown in fig. 1, it is possible to perform that the first blocking supplement layer 221 is such that the oleophobic ingredient of the blocking layer 23 does not flow out or evaporate to the outside, and the second blocking supplement layer 222 is such that the hydrophobic ingredient of the blocking layer 23 does not flow out or evaporate to the outside.
The blocking supplement layer may be formed as one or more layers between the base layer and the blocking layer, or formed as one or more layers entirely between the base layer and the blocking layer and outside the blocking layer, or formed as two or more layers outside the blocking layer.
The blocking supplement layer is formed in one or more layers between the base layer and the blocking layer, and thus, it is possible to perform an operation of once blocking the cosmetic composition impregnated into the base layer from passing through the blocking layer and evaporating, and preventing the hydrophobic functional or oleophobic functional component included in the blocking layer from being mixed with the cosmetic composition.
In addition, the blocking supplement layer is formed as one or more layers on both the base layer and the blocking layer and on the outer surface of the blocking layer, so that the cosmetic composition can be prevented from being mixed with the water-repellent functional or oil-repellent functional component included in the blocking layer and the cosmetic composition can be supplemented from being evaporated to the outside.
In addition, the blocking supplement layer is formed in two or more layers on the outer surface of the blocking layer, so that the water-repellent component of the blocking layer does not flow out to the outside, and the oil-repellent component of the blocking layer does not flow out to the outside.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the blocking supplement layer may be selectively laminated on one surface and/or the other surface of any one selected from the base layer and the blocking layer. The base layer, the first barrier supplement layer, the barrier layer, and the second barrier supplement layer are preferably laminated in this order, but the lamination order may be different depending on the cosmetic composition impregnated into the base layer or the composition of the barrier layer. Preferably, the barrier layer is laminated so as to complement the water-repellent function or oil-repellent function of the barrier layer.
In addition, the two or more blocking supplement layers may be continuously laminated or discontinuously laminated. As an example, as shown in fig. 3, the base layer 21, the blocking layer 23, the first blocking supplement layer 221, and the second blocking supplement layer 222 may be sequentially stacked, and by thus stacking, the first blocking supplement layer 221 and the second blocking supplement layer 222 physically extend a path through which the cosmetic composition is evaporated to the outside, thereby forming a double film. Therefore, the amount of the cosmetic composition evaporated to the outside can be significantly reduced.
The formulation of the cosmetic composition impregnated in the facial mask sheet 20 of the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it can be impregnated in the base layer 21, and a high-viscosity formulation having a viscosity of 5,000cps to 200,000cps is preferably used.
The cosmetic composition of the high viscosity formulation as described above has not only superior water content but also increased oil content and active ingredient content as compared with a formulation having high fluidity such as emulsion, lotion, etc., and thus has advantages in that nutrition can be supplied to the skin at a high concentration and moisturizing effect and regeneration effect can be maximized. In addition, when a high-viscosity formulation is used, the contents of the mask do not flow down from the mask sheet during distribution or use, and therefore, the mask is also excellent in convenience in use.
At this time, the viscosity measurement of the cosmetic composition may be performed by a viscosity measuring device. Specifically, the viscosity of the cosmetic composition may be measured by loading 100g of the sample into a container, storing the sample in a thermostatic bath at 30 ℃ for 12 hours or more, loading the sample on a briokfield (briokfield) viscosity measuring device (briokfield vdv-II + proviscometer) set to a spindle number (spindle number) of 64 and a spindle speed of 12rpm, and measuring the viscosity value measured by operating the device for 2 minutes.
The ingredients of the cosmetic composition are not particularly limited in the present invention, and moisturizing ingredients such as fatty alcohols, waxes, oils, glycerin, etc., skin active ingredients having wrinkle improving, skin whitening, ultraviolet blocking, anti-aging, moisture supplying, elasticity increasing, etc., natural extracts, etc., may be used.
For example, the skin active ingredient may be at least one selected from the group consisting of retinol, retinyl palmitate, retinyl acetate, retinoic acid, coenzyme Q10, elastin, collagen, hyaluronic acid, ceramide, caffeine, chitosan, ascorbic acid, ascorbyl glucoside, α -bisabolol, tocopherol, tocopheryl acetate, arbutin, niacinamide, adenosine, vitamin a, vitamin D, vitamin E, and natural extracts.
The natural extract may be at least one selected from the group consisting of aloe vera, green tea, ginseng, red ginseng, pearl, kazuki, pine needle, ginkgo leaf, propolis, mulberry leaf, silkworm, snail mucilage, kakakadu plum, camu (camu-camu), acai coconut, squalane, caviar, broccoli, blueberry, Witch hazel (Witch hazel), acerola, chlorella, mangosteen, guava, dogwood, carrot, caffeine, Witch hazel (Hamamelis), spirulina, salmon seed, persimmon, Giant kelp (gian kelp), kelp, purslane, hypnea, cauliflower, mulberry root, raspberry, deer tail, gulfweed, edelweiss, chamomile, lavender, peppermint, eucalyptus, lemon balm, oregano, tea tree, gold, houttuynia, hawthorn, and grapefruit.
In addition, the cosmetic composition may further comprise preservatives, thickeners, perfumes, surfactants, and the like, which are widely used in the art as additives.
As described above, the mask pack of the present invention includes the mask sheet 20 impregnated with the cosmetic composition on only one side, so that the contents are not sticky during taking the mask pack, and thus, the use is easy. In addition, the mask of the present invention uses a formulation such as a high viscosity cream as an impregnated cosmetic composition, thereby exhibiting high moisturizing and high nutritional effects as compared to conventional masks containing a formulation having a low viscosity.
Method for producing facial mask
The method for manufacturing the mask of the present invention is not particularly limited, and may include the following steps as an example: s1) preparing a facial mask sheet including: a base layer impregnated with a cosmetic composition; a blocking layer that blocks the cosmetic composition impregnated in the base layer from flowing out; and a blocking supplement layer for supplementing the hydrophobic function and the oleophobic function of the blocking layer, wherein the blocking supplement layer is formed into more than one layer between the substrate layer and the blocking layer, or formed into more than one layer between the substrate layer and the blocking layer and outside the blocking layer, or formed into more than two layers outside the blocking layer; and S2) impregnating the base layer with the cosmetic composition.
In the case of the above method, the sheet of face mask is easily impregnated with a high-viscosity agent such as cream. In addition, since the cosmetic composition is not applied to the part other than the foundation layer which is the skin contact surface, there is an advantage that a mask which can be easily taken can be produced.
Hereinafter, a manufacturing method according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail in accordance with the steps.
In the step S1), preparing a facial mask sheet including: a base layer impregnated with a cosmetic composition; a blocking layer that blocks the cosmetic composition impregnated in the base layer from flowing out; and a blocking supplement layer for supplementing the hydrophobic function and the oleophobic function of the blocking layer, wherein the blocking supplement layer is formed into more than one layer between the substrate layer and the blocking layer, or formed into more than one layer between the substrate layer and the blocking layer and outside the blocking layer, or formed into more than two layers outside the blocking layer.
The material and form of the base layer are the same as those described above, and the base layer may be made of a commercially available material or may be directly manufactured and used.
The barrier layer may be formed of nanofibers as described above, in which case the nanofiber barrier layer may be produced by electrospinning.
In the electrospinning process, a polymer solution or a molten polymer may be used as described above. The polymer solution is composed of a nanofiber base polymer, a hydrophobic polymer, and a solvent, and in this case, the solvent is not particularly limited as long as it can dissolve the base polymer and the hydrophobic polymer. In one embodiment of the present invention, a polymer solution, which is produced by dissolving 14.5 wt% of polyurethane and a trace amount of fluorine-containing polyurethane as a water repellent in methyl ethyl ketone as a solvent, was used as an electrospinning solution.
The conditions of the electrospinning process for forming the barrier layer may be generally widely known, and are not particularly limited. For example, electrospinning can be carried out at a temperature of 20 ℃ to 25 ℃, a humidity of 20% to 40%, and a voltage of 40,000V to 55,000V.
In the present invention, the Electrospinning method is not particularly limited, and any of general Electrospinning (Electrospinning), Air-Electrospinning (AES), centrifugal Electrospinning (centrifugal Electrospinning) and flash-Electrospinning (flash-Electrospinning) can be used.
The blocking layer may be formed by bringing the manufactured nanofiber layer into contact with the base layer or the blocking supplement layer, or may be formed by directly electrospinning a polymer solution on one surface of the base layer or the blocking supplement layer.
The blocking supplement layer can supplement the hydrophobic function and the oleophobic function of the blocking layer by the coating layer as described above.
In the S1), the blocking supplement layer may be formed as one or more layers between the base layer and the blocking layer, or the blocking supplement layer may be formed as two or more layers outside the blocking layer. When the facial mask sheets are prepared by stacking in this manner, as described above, the path through which the cosmetic composition evaporates to the outside is physically extended, thereby forming a double film.
In this case, a method of forming a coating layer on the barrier layer is not particularly limited, and for example, a method of laminating a waterproof film, a method of coating a water repellent agent on the barrier layer in a certain thickness by a general coating method, or the like can be used.
In the step S2), as the step of impregnating the base layer with the cosmetic composition, the method of impregnation may be any method used in the art, and is not particularly limited as long as the base layer is sufficiently impregnated with the high-viscosity cosmetic composition having poor fluidity.
As an embodiment of the present invention, a step of laminating a release film on the base layer such that one surface of the release film coated with the cosmetic composition is opposite to one surface of the base layer may be further included between the step of S1) and the step of S2). By further including the step of laminating the release film on the base layer, the high viscosity cosmetic composition can be uniformly coated on the release film before impregnating the base layer.
At this time, the coating method is not particularly limited in the present invention, and for example, comma coating, reverse coating, slot die coating, spray coating, blade coating, or the like can be used.
In addition, the coating thickness of the cosmetic composition is not particularly limited, but may be preferably in the range of 100 μm to 5,000 μm, more preferably in the range of 200 μm to 1000 μm.
Next, in the S2), the mask sheet prepared in the S1) may be placed on the cosmetic composition coated on the release film to be impregnated with the cosmetic composition.
Even in the case of using this method, the base layer can be sufficiently impregnated with the high-viscosity cosmetic composition having poor fluidity. Further, it is preferable that the skin-adhering surface is selectively impregnated with the cosmetic composition.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the step of folding the facial film sheet so that the cosmetic composition is not exposed to the outside may be further included after the step of S2), and a method of folding the facial film sheet so that a part of one surface of the base layer impregnated with the cosmetic is overlapped with another surface of the base layer impregnated with the cosmetic is preferably capable of spreading the facial film sheet while the cosmetic composition is not sticky. As an example, a structure folded along the contour lines of the forehead and nose to be folded into a half-face shape may be used.
By further including the step of folding the mask sheet after the step of S2), the cosmetic composition impregnated into the base layer does not evaporate to the outside, and the cosmetic composition does not exist on the outer surface, so that the cosmetic composition can be kept from being smeared.
On the other hand, when the cosmetic composition having a temperature of 30 ℃ to 80 ℃ immediately after the production is used in the step of S2), there is an advantage that the impregnation of the cosmetic composition can be more smoothly achieved.
The mask of the present invention has a structure comprising 2 or more barrier supplement layers, which are laminated in this order of a base layer impregnated with a cosmetic composition and a barrier layer, by the above-mentioned production method. Therefore, the base layer does not directly contact the hand when the mask is taken, and thus the mask is convenient and sanitary to use. Further, according to the production method of the present invention, since a dosage form such as a cream having a high viscosity can be impregnated into a mask, a mask having high nutrition and high moisture can be produced.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments are proposed to help the understanding of the present invention, but the following embodiments are merely illustrative of the present invention, and it is obvious to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made within the scope and technical concept of the present invention, and such changes and modifications naturally fall within the scope of the appended claims.
