Description

Facial mask and method for producing the same
Technical Field
This application claims priority from korean patent application No. 10-2017-0041728, filed by the korean intellectual property office at 31/3/2017, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
The present invention relates to a mask having an excellent feeling of use.
Background
A mask is a skin care product that is applied to the skin and removed after a certain period of time of standing, and is classified into various types according to the formulation and the method of use. Among them, the mask sheet is a product in which a cosmetic solution containing a moisturizing agent, a whitening agent, an anti-wrinkle agent, and other functional cosmetic ingredients is impregnated into a base material on a sheet, and is used in such a manner that it is attached to the skin of a user for a certain period of time and then peeled off. Facial masks have excellent portability and ease of use, and thus are one of the most common forms of facial masks. In order to meet various demands of consumers, facial films are also continuously developed.
Most of the facial films currently in popularity are in the form of: the cosmetic composition is impregnated into a base material (e.g., a nonwoven fabric), and is manufactured by folding the base material into a packaging bag and then injecting and sealing the contents. Therefore, a cosmetic water or a cosmetic liquid having low viscosity and excellent fluidity is used as a content to be injected to be easily impregnated into a base material. On the other hand, high viscosity dosage forms (such as creams and gels) are less fluid and therefore difficult to impregnate into a substrate in the same manner as described above, thereby limiting their use as contents.
In the conventional facial film sheet manufactured as described above, a considerable amount of the contents remains in the packaging bag as well as the base material. In addition, there is no particular difference between both sides of the sheet, and both sides are wetted with the contents. Such a mask sheet has problems in that a large amount of injected contents evaporate or remain in a package instead of being supplied to the skin, so that a considerable amount is lost, and a feeling of use is poor, for example, the contents may leave a residue on the hands during handling, and the contents having low viscosity may flow down even after the mask sheet is attached to the skin.
In order to solve the above problems, korean utility model No. 20-0464720 proposes a facial mask that can be used while unfolding a packaging film by releasably attaching a face sheet impregnated with a lotion to one side of the packaging film and then integrally molding it. Such a mask pack can be used by holding the periphery of an unopened packaging film by hand, thereby preventing the contents from leaving residues in the hand, and also preventing the cosmetic water from evaporating from the packaging film. However, the mask has the following problems: the flexibility of the face sheet is reduced by the packaging film, resulting in poor skin adhesion, and the permeability of the sheet is reduced, indicating an airtight feeling of use when attached to the skin. In addition, there is a disadvantage in that the impregnation amount of the content is limited in this way.
Therefore, there is a need to develop a new mask sheet which does not leave residues on hands, is hygienic and easy to handle, has good adhesion to the skin, gives a good feeling of use, and can use a high-viscosity formulation as a content.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. These drawings may be embodied in various forms as embodiments for explaining the present invention and are not limited to the present specification. In this case, for the sake of clearly describing the present invention, portions irrelevant to the description are omitted, and like reference numerals are used for like portions throughout the specification. In addition, the sizes and relative sizes of components shown in the drawings are not related to actual proportions, and may be reduced or enlarged for clarity of description.
Face pack
The present invention provides a mask, comprising: a facial mask sheet impregnated with a cosmetic composition on only one side of the facial mask sheet; and a release film, wherein the face mask sheet comprises: a base layer impregnated with a cosmetic composition; and a barrier layer adhered to one side of the base layer to block the cosmetic composition impregnated in the base layer from flowing out, the release film being adhered to the other side of the base layer of the mask sheet.
In the case of the mask pack of the present invention, since the cosmetic composition is impregnated only on one side of the mask sheet and the mask sheet is protected with the release film, the contents do not leave residues on the hands during use, thereby being easy to use. In addition, although the mask sheet includes a barrier layer, the mask sheet has excellent adhesion to the skin and shows a pleasant use feeling. In addition, the mask of the present invention is impregnated with a high viscosity formulation (e.g., cream) unlike a conventional mask, thereby providing high moisturizing and high nutritive effects.
Fig. 1 is a sectional view of a mask pack according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1. Referring to fig. 1, the mask pack of the present invention includes a release film 10 and a mask sheet 20, and the mask sheet 20 includes a base layer 21 and a barrier layer 22. At this time, the cosmetic composition is impregnated in the base layer 21, and does not leave a residue on the outside of the barrier layer 22.
In the present invention, the release film 10 serves to protect the skin-contacting surface of the mask sheet 20 until it is attached to the skin, and to prevent the cosmetic composition supported on the base layer 21 from being contaminated and evaporated, wherein the release film 10 is peeled off from the mask sheet when the user uses the mask, and the base layer 21 of the mask sheet 20, which is in contact with the release film 10, is the skin-contacting surface.
The material of the release film 10 is not particularly limited, and may be used without limitation as long as the material is a material known in the art that can be used as a release film. In particular, a PET film, an embossed PET film, a PP film, etc. may be preferable.
In the present invention, the mask sheet 20 includes a base layer 21, and the base layer 21 is impregnated with a cosmetic composition and serves as a surface to be attached to the skin.
The base layer 21 has a plurality of holes so that the cosmetic composition can be impregnated, and the shape and material thereof are not particularly limited as long as the base layer 21 has excellent liquid retention properties.
For example, the base layer 21 may be a nonwoven, fabric, paper, foam, or sponge. Also, the material of the base layer 21 may include, but is not limited to, at least one selected from the group consisting of viscose rayon, modal, lyocell, tencel, cuprammonium, polyester, Polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), Polyacrylonitrile (PAN), polyamide, Polyurethane (PU), polylactic acid (PLA), nylon, cotton, hemp, pulp, and cellulose. According to one embodiment of the invention, the substrate layer may comprise a viscose rayon, tencel, cuprammonium or cotton nonwoven.
The mass per unit area of the substrate layer 21 is not particularly limited, but may be 10gsm to 150gsm (g/m)2)。In addition, the moisture content of the base layer 21 may be 100% to 5000% of the weight of the base layer itself, but is not limited thereto.
The thickness of the base layer 21 is not particularly limited in the present invention, and may be appropriately adjusted as necessary, but may be preferably 20 μm to 2 mm. When the thickness of the base layer is less than 20 μm, there are problems in workability, for example, the spreadability of the mask sheet is poor and the mask sheet is easily torn. When the thickness of the base layer exceeds 2mm, the mask sheet is too thick, and thus there is a problem that the adhesive strength is reduced when it is attached to the skin. Therefore, the thickness of the base layer is appropriately adjusted within the above range.
The mask sheet 20 of the present invention includes a barrier layer 22 adhered to one surface of the base layer 21. The barrier layer 22 serves to block the cosmetic composition impregnated in the base layer 21 from flowing or evaporating out of the base layer 21 and to prevent the contents from leaving a residue on the outer surface of the mask sheet 20. At this time, the barrier layer 22 may be preferably formed as a thin film so as not to reduce the inherent flexibility of the base layer 21.
In the present invention, the barrier layer 22 may comprise nanofibers. Here, the nanofiber means a fiber having a number average diameter of a single fiber of 1nm to 500 nm. Such nanofibers exhibit excellent adhesion when adhered to the substrate layer 21 and can be fabricated as a film suitable for use as a material for the barrier layer 22.
The nanofibers can be made by an electrospinning process. The electrospinning method is a method in which a polymer solution or a polymer in a molten state is spun into a fiber form by applying a high voltage (for example, 10kV to 60kV) and discharging it from a nozzle. Since the electrospinning process is based on polymer solutions or polymers in the molten state, almost all types of fiber materials can be used.
The material of the nanofibers is not particularly limited as long as the material can be electrospun, and a synthetic polymer, a natural polymer, or a combination thereof may be used. Specifically, the material of the barrier layer may be at least one selected from Polyacrylonitrile (PAN), polyethylene oxide (PEO), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), Polystyrene (PS), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), Polyurethane (PU), polyethylene propylene (PVP), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), nylon, Polyethersulfone (PES), Polyetherimide (PEI), poly (styrene-butadiene-styrene) (SBS), and carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC), and preferably may be at least one selected from polyacrylonitrile, polyvinylidene fluoride, and polyurethane.
In the present invention, the barrier layer 22 may preferably have water-and oil-repellent properties to prevent the cosmetic composition from creeping and exert a barrier effect. That is, the barrier layer may be prepared with the water-and oil-repellent ingredient contained, or may be a layer coated with the water-and oil-repellent ingredient on a substrate having little or no water-and oil-repellent ingredient.
According to embodiments of the present invention, the barrier layer 22 may be a nanofiber sheet made with the included water repellent polymer. At this time, non-limiting examples of the water-repellent polymer may be at least one selected from the group consisting of water-repellent polyolefin, water-repellent polyurethane (e.g., fluorine-containing polyurethane), water-repellent polyvinylidene fluoride, and polytetrafluoroethylene-based resin. At this time, the water repellent polymer may be contained in an amount of 0.01 to 5 wt%, or 0.1 to 2 wt%, based on 100 wt% of the total amount of the barrier layer.
The barrier layer 22 of the present invention may preferably be realized in the form of a thin film, so that the barrier layer 22 may be used as a barrier film without reducing the flexibility of the base layer 21. In particular, the barrier layer may be formed with a mass per unit area of from 1gsm to 50gsm, more preferably from 1gsm to 20 gsm. When the mass per unit area of the barrier layer is less than 1gsm, it is difficult to prevent permeation and evaporation of the cosmetic composition impregnated into the base layer. When the mass per unit area of the barrier layer exceeds 50gsm, since the flexibility of the substrate layer is reduced, the adhesion is reduced when attached to the skin, and the breathability is deteriorated, which may indicate an airtight feeling in use.
In the mask sheet 20 of the present invention, the base layer 21 and the barrier layer 22 may be bonded by an adhesive, thermal welding, ultrasonic waves, or sewing.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the adhesion of the base layer 21 and the barrier layer 22 may be formed by at least one adhesive selected from the group consisting of an acrylic adhesive, a rubber-based adhesive, a polyurethane adhesive, a polyester adhesive, a silicone adhesive, and a hot-melt adhesive. The adhesive layer between the base layer 21 and the barrier layer 22 may be formed by a general method, for example, by a method of applying the above adhesive, and the adhesive layer may have a function of a barrier supplement layer that supplements the water and oil repellency of the barrier layer 22. In this case, the adhesive may be bonded by spot fusion in order to prevent the air permeability of the top sheet from being lowered by the adhesive.
Preferably, a hot melt adhesive may be used as the adhesive. The hot melt adhesive is an adhesive containing no water or solvent at all, and is bonded in a state in which a nonvolatile, nonflammable, or thermoplastic resin which is solid at room temperature is melted by heating. The hot melt adhesive is environmentally friendly because it contains no solvent and has the advantage of being less irritating to the skin.
The type of the hot melt adhesive is not particularly limited, and adhesives commonly used in the art may be used without limitation. Specifically, the hot melt adhesive may further contain a resin such as ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), Polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), SIS, polyester, polyamide, polyurethane as an alkaline resin, and further contain wax (paraffin wax, polyethylene wax, etc.), tackifying resin (rosin-based resin, terpineol resin, coumarone indene resin, petroleum resin, etc.), plasticizer (paraffin wax, aromatic oil, etc.), filler (calcium carbonate, clay, etc.), antioxidant (phenol, aromatic amine, etc.).
The amount of the adhesive used in the present invention is not particularly limited and may be appropriately adjusted as needed, but may be, for example, 0.1gsm to 10 gsm. When this range is satisfied, appropriate adhesiveness can be ensured, and the problem of a decrease in the air permeability of the topsheet due to excessive application of the adhesive can be avoided.
Meanwhile, the mask sheet 20 of the present invention may further include a barrier supplement layer 23 formed on the barrier layer 22, as shown in fig. 2. The barrier supplemental layer 23 serves to supplement the water-and oil-repellency of the barrier layer 22, and the barrier supplemental layer 23 may preferably be formed as a film similar to the barrier layer 23 so as not to reduce the flexibility of the sheet and preferably not to impair the air permeability of the sheet. For example, the barrier supplemental layer 23 may have a mass per unit area of 0.1gsm to 20 gsm.
The barrier supplemental layer 23 may be a waterproof film or a coating layer coated with at least one resin selected from the group consisting of fluorine-based resins, silicone-based resins, polyurethane-based resins, and polytetrafluoroethylene-based resins. Preferably, the barrier supplement layer 23 may be a polyurethane coating.
In addition, a pattern may be transferred or printed on the outer surface of the barrier supplement layer 23 (i.e., the surface that is not adhered to the barrier layer 23) to provide an aesthetic appearance. At this time, the transfer or printing method is not particularly limited, and a method known in the art may be used.
The formulation of the cosmetic composition impregnated in the mask sheet 20 of the present invention is not particularly limited as long as the formulation can be impregnated into the base layer 21 as described above, but a high viscosity formulation having a viscosity of 5,000cps to 200,000cps is preferably used.
Since the cosmetic composition of a high viscosity formulation as described above has not only an excellent water content as compared with a formulation having high fluidity (e.g., emulsion and lotion), but also can increase the contents of oil and active ingredients, there is an advantage in that a high level of nutrition can be provided to the skin and the moisturizing effect and the regenerating effect can be maximized. In addition, when a high viscosity formulation is applied, the contents do not flow off the mask sheet during dispensing or use of the mask, and thus the convenience of use is also excellent.
The viscosity of the cosmetic composition may be measured by a viscosity measuring device apparatus. Specifically, the viscosity value can be measured by placing 100g of the sample in a container and storing it in a constant temperature bath at 30 ℃ for at least 12 hours, then adding the sample to a Brookfield viscometer (Brookfield RVDV-II + pro viscometer) with a spindle set to number 64 and a spindle speed set at 12rpm, and by operating the apparatus for 2 minutes.
The ingredients of the cosmetic composition are not particularly limited in the present invention, but may be: moisturizing ingredients such as fatty alcohols, waxes, oils, glycerin; skin active ingredients having effects such as wrinkle improvement, skin whitening, UV prevention, anti-aging, moisture supplement, elasticity increase; a natural extract.
For example, the skin active ingredient may be at least one selected from the group consisting of retinol, retinyl palmitate, retinyl acetate, retinoic acid, coenzyme Q10, elastin, collagen, hyaluronic acid, ceramide, collagen, caffeine, chitosan, ascorbic acid, ascorbyl glucoside, α -bisabolol, tocopherol, tocopheryl acetate, arbutin, niacinamide, adenosine, retinol acetate, vitamin a, vitamin D, vitamin E, and natural extracts.
The natural extract may be at least one selected from aloe, green tea, ginseng, red ginseng, pearl, kazuki liquor, pine needle, ginkgo leaf, propolis, mulberry leaf, silkworm, snail mucus, kakadu plum, camu fruit, acey coconut, squalane, caviar, broccoli, blueberry, Witch Hazel (Witch Hazel), acerola, chlorella, mangosteen, guava, dogwood, carrot, caffeine, Witch Hazel, spirulina, salmon roe, trumpet, kelp, purslane, sea lettuce, watercress, mulberry root, raspberry, wild berry, deer tail, gulfweed, edelweis, chamomile, lavender, mint, eucalyptus, melissa, oregano, tea tree, scutellaria, houttuynia cordata, sea buckthorn, and citron.
In addition, the cosmetic composition may further comprise preservatives, thickeners, perfumes, surfactants, and the like, which are widely used as additives in the art.
As described above, the mask pack of the present invention includes the mask sheet 20 impregnated with the cosmetic composition on only one side of the mask sheet 20 and the release film 10 adhered to the mask sheet 20, so that it is easy to use since the contents do not leave residues on the hands when handling the mask pack. In addition, the mask pack of the present invention uses a high-viscosity cream-like preparation as a cosmetic composition to be impregnated, thereby exhibiting high moisturizing and high nourishing effects as compared to a mask pack impregnated with a conventional low-viscosity preparation.
Method for producing facial mask
The method for manufacturing the mask pack of the present invention is not particularly limited, and for example, the mask pack of the present invention may be manufactured by including the steps of:
s1) preparing a mask sheet comprising a base layer and a barrier layer on the side to which the base layer is adhered;
s2) applying a cosmetic composition on the release film; and
s3) impregnating the cosmetic composition by placing the mask sheet on the release film coated with the cosmetic composition.
When the above method is used, it is easy to impregnate the mask sheet with a high-viscosity formulation (e.g., cream). In addition, since the cosmetic composition leaves no residue in the portion other than the base layer used as the skin contact surface, there is an advantage that a mask which is easy to handle can be manufactured.
Hereinafter, the manufacturing method according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail for each step.
In step S1, a mask sheet is prepared, the mask sheet including a base layer capable of being impregnated with a cosmetic composition and a barrier layer adhered to one surface of the base layer.
The base layer may be a commercially available material, or may be manufactured and used directly, as described above.
The barrier layer may comprise nanofibers as described above. In this case, the nanofiber barrier layer may be manufactured by an electrospinning method.
In the electrospinning process, a polymer solution or a molten polymer may be used as described above. The polymer solution consists of a base polymer of nanofibers, a water-repellent polymer, and a solvent. In this case, the solvent is not particularly limited as long as the solvent can dissolve the base polymer and the water-repellent polymer. In one embodiment of the present invention, a polymer solution prepared by using methyl ethyl ketone as a solvent and dissolving 14.5 wt% of polyurethane and a trace amount of fluorine-containing polyurethane as a water repellent agent was used as an electrospinning solution.
The conditions of the electrospinning process for forming the barrier layer may be carried out by generally known methods, but are not particularly limited. For example, electrospinning can be performed at a temperature of 20 ℃ to 25 ℃, a humidity of 20% to 40%, and a voltage of 40,000V to 55,000V.
In the present invention, the electrospinning method is not particularly limited, and any of general electrospinning, Air Electrospinning (AES), centrifugal electrospinning, and flash electrospinning can be used.
The barrier layer may be formed by bonding a previously prepared nanofiber layer on the substrate layer, or by directly electrospinning a polymer solution on one surface of the substrate layer. At this time, in order to promote adhesion of the barrier layer and the base layer, the above adhesive may be first applied on the base layer before adhering the barrier layer, and the barrier layer may be formed on the adhesive.
Meanwhile, the mask sheet of step S1 may further include a barrier supplement layer formed on the barrier layer. At this time, as described above, the water-and oil-repellency of the barrier layer can be supplemented by the coating layer.
At this time, a method of forming a coating layer on the barrier layer is not particularly limited, and for example, a method of laminating a waterproof film, a method of coating a water repellent on the barrier layer by a conventional coating method, or the like may be used.
In step S2, the high viscosity cosmetic composition is uniformly coated on the release film before being impregnated in the base layer. At this time, the coating method is not particularly limited in the present invention, and for example, a method such as comma coating, reverse coating, slot die coating, spray coating, doctor blade may be used.
In step S2, the coating thickness of the cosmetic composition is not particularly limited, but may be preferably 100 μm to 5,000 μm, more preferably 200 μm to 1000 μm.
Next, in step S3, the cosmetic composition is impregnated by placing the mask sheet prepared in step S1 in the cosmetic composition coated on the release film.
When this method is used, the cosmetic composition having high viscosity and poor fluidity can be sufficiently impregnated in the base layer. Further, the cosmetic composition may be selectively impregnated only to the skin-adhering surface, which is preferable.
At this time, in steps S2 and S3, when the cosmetic composition having a temperature of 30 ℃ to 80 ℃ is used immediately, there is an advantage that impregnation of the cosmetic composition can be more smoothly performed.
By the manufacturing method as described above, the mask pack of the present invention has a stacked structure of a release film, a base layer impregnated with a cosmetic composition, and a barrier layer in this order. Therefore, the base sheet does not directly contact the hand when the mask is manipulated, and thus is convenient and sanitary to use. In addition, when the manufacturing method as described in the present invention is used, since a preparation such as a high-viscosity cream can be supported in the mask, a mask with high nutrition and high moisture can be manufactured.
Hereinafter, preferred examples are provided to aid understanding of the present invention, but the following examples are only intended to illustrate the present invention. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made within the scope and spirit of the invention, and that such changes and modifications are within the scope of the appended claims.

The conditions of electrospinning were set to a temperature of 20 ℃ to 25 ℃, a humidity% of 20 to 40%, and a voltage of 40,000V to 55,000V.
Separately, the cosmetic composition prepared in preparation example 1 was applied to a release film (PET film having a thickness of 20 μm), and the cosmetic composition was uniformly applied to a thickness of 700 μm using a comma coater (japan pond field).
The prepared mask sheet was placed on the cosmetic composition coated on the release film, and the cosmetic composition was impregnated on the non-woven fabric by pressurizing at a predetermined pressure to manufacture the mask.
The mask pack prepared as described above is easy to handle and sanitary because the cosmetic composition impregnated in the base layer does not leave a residue on the outside due to the release film and the barrier layer. In addition, the use of a high-viscosity cream as a cosmetic composition shows high moisturizing ability as compared with a conventional mask, and ensures breathability even when a barrier layer is included, so that there is no feeling of air impermeability when attached to the skin, and the adhesion to the skin is also very excellent.
